Had a blast! The property was super clean! Beachfront was awesome and it was a small walk. The owner communicates well. Plan on coming back!

Perfect condo for our family of 6- 3 adults, 3 kids. Close to beach. Beautiful view. Easy access to beach and local restaurants and activities.

Location was great - right on the beach, near stores and restaurants. Condo was well maintained and provided essentials. Parking was easy. We would book this condo again.

Wonderful beachfront property. Right on the beach, beautiful views. Overall was clean, rooms are spacious. Pots and pans available as well as extra blankets! The pull out couch probably needs to be upgraded, as it has stains and not the most comfortable. The beds in the rooms are so nice. My kids loved the bunk beds! Owner is very responsive! If you have more than 1 vehicle, I suggest you order a parking pass for each, ahead of time, made things so much easier and was a relief! Property is clean, every morning they were cleaning! Umbrellas and chairs are available to rent I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family vacation - we enjoyed the beautiful views from this very comfortable and very clean condo. It is a great fit for family-friendly time at the beach! We appreciated all of the details in making sure our needs would be met and our stay would be enjoyable - and there wasn't anything additional we wanted/needed. Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect! Condo was spotless, in a perfect location, checking was a breeze and communication with the owner was top notch! Not 1 complaint, it was the most stress free trip and we will definitely book again!

The building was smaller than the huge Phoenix complexes nearby and we liked that aspect. The location was great. This unit was 2nd floor oceanfront with balcony. The condo had all the things needed - coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher, towels, vacuum. We would definitely come back. Not condo related but We rented beach chairs and umbrella from Haley on the beach and she was incredible.

We enjoyed our stay at Harbour Place! Compared to other larger resorts, condominium options, we loved the smaller complex with a far less crowded beach. The chair rental service was excellent with friendly, helpful staff who were absolutely wonderful to interact with. The beachfront location was perfect for our family. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee while overlooking the ocean and sugary beach! It was quiet, clean and just enough comfort for our family. The owner was quick to respond with our checkin instructions as they weren’t received prior to check in day. We really appreciated the vacuum to stay on top of the sand that would come in with us each day. A couple of repairs needed….the master bathroom towel bar would fall down, some of the bakeware needs to be replaced and the sliding door was near impossible to push open. Other than that, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and the sitting area was cozy after a long day of beaching! The one and only negative experience has nothing to do with the owner. We didn’t appreciate the constant parking violations added to our car as we tried to get settled in. It was excessive and unwelcoming, but once we were settled in, our vehicle was left alone. I understand that they have to keep people from parking there who haven’t reserved a condo, but it’s definitely not welcoming to those who have. We wanted to tell whomever this person was to “chill out,” but we didn’t have any fines as a result. It was just annoying. Would we stay again? Absolutely! We were sad to leave such a beautiful spot!

The Gulf State Park is within walking distance (we discovered a trailhead just across the road, towards the Phoenix complex) - will definitely be back for hiking, biking and segueing.

The updates to the unit looked great, appliances all worked fine and we had all the utensils and cookware we needed. This property is close to Gulf State Park and is in a quieter section of Orange Beach, which was exactly what we wanted. The only small down side was that we had to drive everywhere, but only a mile or two to everything. We would stay here again!

Pros" Location was awesome; literally steps to the beach. Nice heated pool/hot tub. Condo is on the 2nd Floor so easy to get up/down to the room (slow elevator!), but still an amazing view from the balcony. Condo was a cute style, comfy, very quiet, and mostly clean (a few dust bunnies and random "hairs" but nothing gross). Couch, beds and pillows were comfy. Extra blankets was nice to have to curl up on couch. Good working TV. Wifi ok. Kitchen was nice, with ample appliances, good microwave, (toaster only 2 of 4 slots work), strainers, bakeware, pots, etc. Cons: no windows in back bedroom and room smelled musty. Full bed is on blocks and it fell off as my teen got out of bed: broken toe hazard! Unit has stacked washer/dryer but only a thin/flexible person could cram into the small opening to get stuff out of the washer. Disappointing there were no "additional" amenities at the condo. No tinfoil , saran wrap, dish sponge, coffee filters for the machine. No salt/pepper/sugar/coffee/olive oil or PAM spray. No card games, board games or puzzles. No chairs or umbrella for beach (renting down at the beach was expensive, so we passed). No beach towels (we were forewarned but it is disappointing to have to pack them). No football to throw around by the water, or boogie or skim board to try out. I was disappointed because I've been to condos before that had ALL of this--It really makes a condo stand out as "better than a hotel" when you feel like it has it all. This condo was definitely bare bones. We came from airplane out of state, so we had to buy a LOT to make it a good trip, especially sense it rained and we were stuck inside one day. Weather in March is chilly. Upon arrival, when we turned on the heater and the fire alarm went off. I texted the owners to make sure this wasn't concerning and got no response at all. Owners were responsive BEFORE we got there, but while there, we heard not a peep from them. It would be nice if they check in with you to ensure all is well. When we left early, I texted them to let them know (as requested) and again, no response. I thought that was weird, but I wasn't overly worried about -nothing urgent. Other: Their list of places to eat is outdated and includes things that are no longer in business, but most of it was helpful. It was nice to have a list of ideas to do and places to eat. Overall we enjoyed the stay, and would use this condo again, but I'm not sure it screamed "come back again!".

We were there 4 nights. The condo is in a perfect place, so close to the beach. We sat on the balcony every morning. When we go to Orange beach we will stay here.

Construction was happening so the outdoor pool was closed, but even though it connects with the indoor pool, that remained opened (just blocked the outdoor pool side off). This unit is in a perfect spot to get anywhere on the property easily. My brother used the outdoor community grills and those were well kept and easy to use. Perfect size for a small group. The condo and property were very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and the easy access to the beach! It was also close to shopping and restaurants. We used the grill area several times as well which was perfect when we wanted to let the kids swim while we cooked. The condo had everything we needed and we throughly enjoyed our stay! The owner answered any questions I had very quickly too. Highly recommend!
