We all enjoyed our time! The house felt cozy and had enough room. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice pots and pans, silverware, cups etc. It was very easy to communicate with the host and check-in and check-out was very easy!

We enjoyed staying in the condo. It was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location for easy access to the Snowflake Lift and a short walk to town (about ten minute walk , at the most) Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This property exceeded expectations. Our first visit to Breck and we hit a home run on many levels. Plenty of space for our family of 6 adults. Directly across street from Charter Sports Ski Rental and Snow Flake chair lift. Short walk to downtown. We used Epic Mountain Express to transport us between Denver Airport and property. We had no need for transportation once at property. This property is a must stay and highly recommended.

We enjoyed the property. Very comfortable for our group. Carpet was a bit dirty, otherwise a great place. Enjoyed using the grill and appreciated on suite bath for all bedrooms. Hope to stay again!

This property was just a described. It was comfortable, had all the amenities needed and everything was in good working order and CLEAN! The owners are thoughtful in their communication and kind and easy to work with.

This townhome/condo was great for our ski week in Breck. We have stayed on 4 O'Clock before in the Sunset Townhomes, but this location was much closer to the Snowflake lift with just a very short walk. So short in fact, my 7 and 5 year old skiiers didn't complain. :) The ski in was great as well.
The rental is EXTREMELY well stocked. As it is managed by the owner, supplies were plentiful. Everything was labled and well thought out. Heating/air was perfect. The layout was great and very quiet. The entire place was very clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable.
Communication with the owner was great and he was very helpful.

Exactly as advertised. Great location. The condo is located across the street from the lift. Short drive to down town. Close enough to walk if you needed to. The condo was clean and in great condition. We had a great stay.

This place is accurately described. The lift to the resort including rental and ticket window is so close you can see it from the driveway.
Can walk to town as long as you are reasonably healthy. Very convenient.

8 of us (3 generations with 4 kids 7 - 16) spent a memorable week here! Plenty of space, sleeping arrangements were perfect, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked and facilitated! Renter instructions were comprehensive and helpful. Would definitely recommend for other families.

We had a terrific stay. The condo is conveniently located right by the heart of Breckenridge. The condo is also very spacious. The property is well maintained and was clean. Definitely recommend for others.

My husband, daughter and two 11 year old grandsons stayed here for four nights. We had a great time and thought the condo was perfect. Our two grandsons especially liked that they each had their top bunk bed. The condo was furnished with everything we needed, as we did cook and eat several of our meals here. It was nice to have the large, comfortable sofa to all gather around and talk. Thanks for letting us use your condo, we would rent again if we decide to return to the area.

We loved our week stay in A31!! We felt right at home from the start! With 3 levels, there is a lot of room to spread out. Was perfect for spending time all together on the main floor and plenty of space for the tween/teens to have their own time on the second floor. All three bedrooms had small balcony’s and we loved having the doors open to hear the creek and get the fresh air! The owners were great and provide some basics like Kleenex, trash bags and dishwasher detergent and a few days supply of toilet paper. Plus, previous guests and the owners leave remaining condiments and supplies. Salt, pepper, mustard, mayo, a few days coffee, sugar, tea, pasta, spices, etc are there for your use as well. The kitchen also has anything you can think of to use for cooking and entertaining. The bathroom towels were nice and plush.
The condo is centrally located and a 8-10 min walk to main st. There is also a bike rental right across the street.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave.

Great Location, Great Value, Well Stocked
Our family of 8 truly loved this rental. It was nice to stay in a rental that is obviously maintained by the owner. Things used by a family were stocked in normal quantities, such as trash bags, utensils, and plates. It was also evident that they took time to keep the condo updated and repaired. The living and dining areas provided a great space for us to enjoy family time. Also, the unit is in walking distance to the ski lifts for the winter or a nice short hike around the reservoir. We hope to be back again!

This is a MUST STAY property
If you are spending time at Breckenridge, this property must be on your short list. It is absolutely the best rental experience I have ever had in 10 years of travel/rentals anywhere. I traveled with 4 teens for a late season ski trip. The condo was so well equipped it felt like I never left home. The location is a SHORT walk to the Snowflake lift and easy access from 4 O’clock trail on your way back at the end of the day. Likewise it is just a short walk to the downtown for easy access to shops and eateries. Communication with the owner was OUTSTANDING. Instructions in advance of the stay were well communicated and during the stay everything was well thought out and advice spot on.

Loved it!
We loved this condo! Ski lift right across the street and close to downtown so we could walk. All 3 bedrooms are large and spacious with comfy beds. The living area is comfortable with plenty of seating for 8. Kitchen is fully stocked with gadgets and cookware! This place had lots of small touches that we appreciated like hooks for mittens, snow pants, coats ect, snow boot trays, place to hang your skiis in a heated garage, and lots of towel racks! You can walk to the pool but we drove which wasn’t a big deal. We would absolutely stay here again!

This condo is a perfect location for skiing and proximity to town. The kitchen is well stocked for a rental. The owner was terrific with providing information and readily available with any questions.

Great vacation
Had such a good time at Antler Lodge. So close to the lift--we could see people skiing right outside the window. The little things--HOOKS EVERYWHERE were so unbelievably convenient.
I had a few questions-the owners answered right away each time.

The condo was great and right across the street from Snowflake lift and the free city bus route. We had great communication with the owners who gave us good information before we arrived. There were four adults and four kids 17 to 10. Plenty of room for all of us. Everyone had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home.

The Best Accommodations EVER
Bill and Mary Jo have set up an Amazing VRBO. It is sooo close to the Snowflake lift...takes about 3 minutes to walk to the lift and 2 minutes to get home at the turn off from Four O'Clock run. The kitchen was Very Well stocked with anything and everything. The beds were very comfortable. It was also quite convenient to downtown and the City Market Grocery Store. Also, the neighbors were very helpful. Thank you for a Fantastic week on the slopes!

This place is just like it is shown. There is plenty of room. We had myself and husband, our oldest son, his wife and 1 y/o then our 24 y/o and 12y/o. The kitchen was the best stocked vrbo I've been in. The location is perfection and is a true ski in/out. We never made it to the hot tubs or pool bc it seemed too far in winter. Would definitely stay again

The location of the condo was perfect. Short walk to lifts in the day and short walk to Main Street for some apres ski fun! The condo was clean and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again.
