Enclavado en Maalaea, esta encantador condominio por 202 € por noche es una estupendo opción para su próxima escapada. Nuestra casa de Maui es una de no fumadores de un condominio totalmente equipada dormitorio en la playa más larga en el estado de Hawaii. Escuche el suave sonido de las olas y ver la puesta de sol desde la silla en tu terraza privada. Caminar por las cinco millas de playa de arena blanca y nadar justo afuera de su puerta. Azúcar complejo de playa se encuentra en más de tres acres de frente al mar con bienes raíces en el medio de una larga playa de arena en la costa sur de Maui. Condo sits right on the water and the balcony is great for enjoying the sounds of the waves. The overall property is great and long beachwalks are easily accessible. Nice pool/hot tub and landscaping and access to all island attractions.
Make sure you do a sunrise summit on Haleakala, it is beautiful and only about an hour drive. We also did the Road to Hana and although a full day of driving it was a unique experience.
Road travel was easy on Maui and food was availlable close by.

The location is absolutely perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of South Kihei. Our view from the lenei is beautiful. We watched many sunsets from here. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of amenities especially the well stocked kitchen. The only downside is the shower. The water pressure was way too much. A new shower head would help with that.
Overall all we give it a 5 star rating. We would stay here again!

The property is very well kept and check in process was very easy. The sunsets from the Lanai were amazing. The beach out front is calm and made for a great spot for early morning and sunset swims.
We will definitely consider sugar beach again for future vacations on Maui. Mahalo !

This property was nicely updated and maintained and right on the beach. The hosts were easy to get in contact with and helpful during our stay. We would recommend this property to others looking for a vacation rental in South Maui!

This condo is in Kihei. This was our first time to Maui, and weren’t sure where it stay on the island. Kihei is the perfect location. It’s between Lahaina and Kaanapali in one direction and Wailea in the other direction. It’s a little breezy in Kihei, but on warm days it is refreshing.

Great condo for two. Big comfortable bed. Comfortable sectional couch. Lanai good. Small restaurant/bar on site. Pool area clean. Plenty of beachside furniture for sunning. Great getaway spot. No complaints👍👍

Very peaceful and quiet complex, which was perfect! Nicely furnished. The staff at the resort is really friendly and helpful, as are the owners of the condo. We enjoyed watching whales breaching and playing off in the distance and got into the aloha spirit that is Hawaii. Just what we needed!

Cons: thin walls, very hard water pressure in the shower, squeaky fan, flat pillows, no binder of local recommendations you typically find at other rentals, no way to stream to TV (only important if you’re stuck inside on a rainy day, which we were)
Overall the pros outweighed the cons, and we enjoyed our stay! There are just a couple improvements that could make this a 5-star stay. Thank you, Rich and Suzanne.

Right on the beach! Highly recommend staying here. If your exploring the Island this is perfect location to access all areas. Sunsets are amazing and there is ocean front pool and bar restaurant right on grounds. You can also book all of your adventures on site. PERFECT 🤩

This Sugar Beach resort property more than met our expectations! The pictures are great but the experience of being right on the beach, listening to the waves and watching the nightly sunset from the lanai cannot be captured! The grounds were beautiful, pool awesome, you can rent snorkel gear right there, walking distance to an ABC store as well as Sugar Beach Bake shop, quiet beach for morning and evening walks, I could go on and on!! Unit was beautiful, clean, comfortable, updated, and had everything you need for a day on the beach. I highly recommend this property!!

Piece of Heaven
Our stay was great. The condo had everything we needed. Just big enough for us two. The onsite office gave great advice. Very quiet and family friendly. Be sure to book all excursions in advance. Sugar beach water is a little dark from the sand, but several other beaches around to pick from. Loved eating breakfast on the balcony. Internet service wasn't the greatest but we made due. Overall, would stay again!

We stayed at Sugar Beach 216 for 5 nights while we explored the south shore, up country and the Road to Hana and we couldn’t have asked for a better location with easy access to all of those places. The condo was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the condo had everything we could possibly need (the Tommy Bahama chairs, cooler and beach umbrella we used almost every day!) If we ever come back to Maui we will stay here again. Mahalo!

Sugar Beach 216 was absolutely perfect for our trip!
We stayed at Sugar Beach 216 for 5 nights while we explored the south shore, up country and the Road to Hana and we couldn’t have asked for a better location with easy access to all of those places. The condo was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the condo had everything we could possibly need (the Tommy Bahama chairs, cooler and beach umbrella we used almost every day!) If we ever come back to Maui we will stay here again. Mahalo!

We enjoyed our four night stay at your lovely ocean side condo. The sounds of the ocean waves and the beautiful sunsets were a real bonus! The condo was clean and the furnishings were nice. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was so convenient to all of the activities we wanted to do. We highly recommend your beautiful rental!
