We really enjoyed the stay at Phoenix 5 V809. The master shower could use some work, but it was clean. The comforter in the 2nd bedroom was dirty, and the balcony furniture was covered in sand, but overall the place was nice. We would stay again.

My family stayed at Phoenix 809 for a week and had a great experience! The condo looks just like it does in the photos and was very clean and well-stocked. Check-in was super easy, as was check-out. The property owners were extremely quick to respond to any questions. The building has amazing amenities including a splash pad for the kids, hot tubs, as well as indoor and outdoor pools! The beach was also amazing and not too crowded. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful & the amenities were great. My son loved the splash pad, the pool was nice & thankfully the weather was perfect during our entire stay - the cable/tv in the living room did not work and the WiFi was terrible. I couldn't even check my email on the condo's WiFi. This wasn't a big deal for us since we stayed out all day with the nice weather. The master bedroom is decorated beautiful but the mattress was so awful, the hardest bed I've ever slept in. I may have been able to tolerate it, but my sunburn made it unbearable. That was my only complaint though. I do have some suggestions for the owners though - the hallway when you walk in would be the perfect spot to hang some hooks up (for beach/pool stuff, towels, bags, etc.), there isn't anywhere to hang anything in the condo, so this would be a great spot! Also, I would suggest putting black-out curtains in the master bedroom, it's entirely too bright way too early, especially for vacation. Thank you for having us, we definitely enjoyed our stay!!

We arrived to a very dirty condo. There were large food pieces on the floor, entertainment center, and end tables. There was a dirty knife under the entertainment center, a ziplock bag of unknown contents by my little's bed, hair on the nightstand and in the bathroom, the silverware in the drawer had food stuck on it, sand all over the floors, an unknown pill under the master bed, dust built up everywhere...! It was gross. The managers sent someone to address the initial issues and she even remarked on how nasty it was. She, however, was actually a laundry person so a cleaning person was scheduled to come the next day to do a more thorough job.
The cleaning lady came, looked at the issues, promised to come back later to address it and was never seen again. To say the cleaners need more training is an understatement. Everytime we had a lego or other toy roll under furniture I loathed having to look for it for fear of what else I would find.
Cleaning aside, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The kitchen is lightly equiped but does not have any non-breakable cups or plates for little ones. There is a single of all disposables but you will need more. You receive an abundance of communications and rules, but they cant tell you until 30 min before check in that the place has no blow dryer. Even hotels supply a blow dryer.
The wifi is unlocked and super slow so if you plan to work remote, this is not the place.

We had a great stay in our condo. It had a perfect view of the ocean, pool and splash pad. We were travelling with a 3, 6 and 8 year old and the room accommodations were perfect. The condo was very clean! Would definitely book this condo again.

The location was perfect. The remodel is done well. However, there were a few things that still need to be addressed. The master sink was clogged and would not drain. The patio furniture needs to be replaced as well as the glass doors and the wood door on the patio. The building is quite old, but overall still a nice place. The unit was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was filthy. The ceiling was black in both bathrooms and made you feel nasty while showering. The ceiling was falling in in the master bathroom. There was mold on the shower curtain in the guest bathroom. The master bathroom door was off of one of the hinges and to just close the door was a hassle. Multiple plugs in the condo did not work. The exhaust fan in the guest bathroom did not work properly. There was multiple cracks in the wall throughout the condo. The master bathroom toilet was wobbly to where you could not sit properly. The furniture was cracked and you could tell where people had been putting wet drinks on the dressers. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms desperately needed repainting due to the paint being chipped. The dishes were nasty. I went to use a wine glass and there was still lip stick prints on the side of the glass and leftover particles of dirt in the glass. Multiple silverware was found unwashed. The tv remote batteries were dead in the master bedroom and you had to use the living room remote for the master bedroom. There was no salt, pepper, tissues, soap for hands, shampoo or conditioner either. I understand we will not have fancy shampoo and conditioner but at least the complimentary “hotel” options would have been fine. The fire extinguisher was not easily accessible either. We had to hunt for it. Everything was very outdated and did not live up to the pictures that was listed on the site. I was very disappointed with what I had to stay in. I would not stay again nor would I recommend to anyone else. I have stayed in Phoenix V multiple times before and NEVER had an experience this bad. I never could even get in contact with the owners which also upset me. The owners need to fix these problems and ensure the next persons stay is better.

When we arrived, the floors were soaking wet from where housekeeping had just mopped. There was also a maintenance man inside repairing things that were broken. Since checkout is at 10:00am and we didn’t check in until 4:00pm, these items should have been taken care of before our arrival. Our biggest complaint was the air conditioning. It ran 24/7 and only got down to a cool temperature in the early morning hours.

Mold in vent in extra bedroom bathroom. rod for shower coming out of wall, mattresses in same room are in need of replacement, kitchen sink rusting out, master bath shower curtain was in need of cleaning or replaced, ceiling fan in master would only work on one speed and backwards and was so off balanced it kept you awake. Description stated WiFi but we never could find a connection for 809 and therefore barely had a connection to what could be connected to.

Tv in guest room does not work. Shower head is just free floating in the wall, no dust pan to clean up any sand accumulated on floor. Somewhat disappointed with the price, but overall a good stay.

Overall we had a really nice time. The condo could of been cleaner in general & they definitely could use some better pots & pans. The elevators were very slow & sometimes you pushed up & it would take you down. We still have a very nice week away at the beach!

Beautiful view.
We had a GREAT time here. The condo was clean, bright, and appealing, but best of all, was the spectacular view of the beach and ocean. The kitchen was well equipped.

The property managers were great to work with. They responded quickly and were accommodating. The rental had nice furniture, however the floors were dirty. Within the first hour, we had to wash our feet because we were walking around barefoot. We spent most of our time at the indoor pool because of the weather. Our 3 year old loved it.
