It is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom and has been wonderful for 2 families. The condo building has so many amenities. The view is spectacular.We plan to come again to same building, but this unit needs repair. The carpet is worn and you have to be careful not to step on tacks. Two toilets were not working which were fixed, except the master. We just removed the lid and were able to flush. One tv was not working. These issues were the same and our stays were 2 years apart. There also needs to be some paint touch-ups in bathroom. This might seem picky, but it is pretty bad and you just expect more for what you are paying.I do hope these issues are addressed. If so, this unit would be outstanding.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location! It had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for my entire family. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and other amenities were clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again.

The dishwasher did not work on the dry cycle so we had to dry them every time we used it. Hard to do with only 2 dish towels for the month! The light in the master has a short. When we got there the king size master bed had a queen sheet on it that didn’t stay on. It took us a few days to find a king size in another closet! There is NO mattress cover on the bed! In general this unit is in poor repair, poorly stocked and dirty.

We spent 8 days/ 9 nights at the Phoenix West II condo unit #1103. Our family had a wonderful time at Orange Beach. All total for the week there were 7 adults and 3 children. The unit had 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom plus another bathroom in the hall which also had a washer and dryer. Plenty of room for everyone. TVs in every bedroom, plus the living room. Beds were very comfortable. Great communication throughout the booking process to check out. Answered all our questions in a timely manner and provided the requested information. Instructions provided for checking in and out in a timely manner. Condo provided carts and buggies to carry luggage, bags, groceries, etc. inside. They were located by the elevators on each floor. This condo was wonderful. As described. Right on the beach. Well decorated. Views were awesome. Great balcony with plenty of room to sit and enjoy the view. The condo amenities were great. In addition to the beach, there was an in-door pool, hot tubs, outdoor pool, lazy river, splash pad, putting green, ping pong table, outdoor chess game, game machines, etc. Since we had 3 children with us, this gave us and them plenty of activities to enjoy. Location was great. Nearby restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The property is gated, and parking passes are required for each vehicle. We were told that only 2 parking passes would be given, as parking was managed by the condo association, however, we had no issue obtaining 4 passes. Just had to pay for each one. Plenty of parking available especially on the higher levels of the parking deck. It was nice to be able to park on the same level as the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. The only issue with the kitchen we had was with the dishwasher. It did not dissolve the dishwasher pod completely on a full cycle. Other feedback/suggestion, would be to leave a few light bulbs in the unit as there was one out in the orange bedroom bath. Also, one over the dining room table was out. One went out while we were there in the front bedroom bathroom. Might also want to check the light switch in the front bathroom for a short as it sometimes didn’t want to engage. Also, other feedback, is there is a carpet tack going from the kitchen into the living room that if you’re barefoot it will bite you. Had one toe that required a band-aid. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The accommodations were awesome. Great location

We enjoyed the condo. Nice rooms. The view from the balcony was great! We would have liked more options for watching tv in the living area. The staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

The size of the condo was good for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The property wasn’t as clean as I would have liked/am accustomed to. Lots of lightbulbs that are needing replaced. Holes in the wall that need patched. The TV in one of the guest rooms we couldn’t get to work. The patio furniture desperately needs replaced. The beds are adequate but not ideal. There needs to be more dresser space in the two guest rooms and in one of the guest rooms the only dresser was broken. The pools were pretty dirty at times. Overall we had a good visit. The place just needs some updating

This was our first time to the Gulf Shores and loved our stay. The condo was exactly as described. We loved the decore and layout of the property. Being able to park on our floor with shopping carts available to bring in this was tremendously helpful! The property had many amenities however we just enjoyed the beach and the lazy river.

We had a wonderful time at Phoenix West 2! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. The indoor & outdoor pools, water slide, lazy river, hot tubs (1st floor and in the fitness center), were also great. Beautiful white sandy beach and views from our balcony! Great location and close to lots of amazing restaurants!

This condo was very clean and had mostly everything we needed. It was clean and very pretty. A couple of small things to note. The table on the balcony is so uneven it is unusable. (due to rusting on the legs) Also, it was a bit disappointing that not one of the three bedrooms has an ocean view. One last and very small thing, a Kurig coffee maker would have been great.

The elevators were malfunctioning all week which made it very frustrating to go to and from the unit

Unit was fine, with the exception of the TV not working in the master bedroom. On day 1, we came back from the beach to our door wide open and a man in the master looking at the tv. We didn’t know anyone would be coming to look at the tv, as we hadn’t yet identified it didn’t work; the previous party must’ve reported the week prior to our visit. The man said he would return with a new TV; no one ever returned. We encountered 3 individuals sleeping on the floor in the hallway outside our rooms. This was about 5 am. Made me question the safety of this Phoenix. Elevators are a disaster; one was not working the entire week and the long lines to get up to your room after a day at the beach were ridiculous. Our issues, aside from the tv, were Phoenix related, not so much the condo we rented. However those issue do impact your stay. We won’t stay at this Phoenix again.

Splash pad for the real littles and actual pool for the kids wanting to swim and do tricks. Have to get up super early not to have to walk far for seating on beach unless you rent from the rental chairs. Water was so clear and we could see dolphins each morning. We all agreed we would definitely rent from this property again.

My only complaint is that it’s high time to replace outdoor patio furniture. The table is missing about 3 full legs. Many drinks and meals were lost because it would tilt over with any pressure. Replace the patio furniture and we will be back again.

Replace the patio furniture and we will be back again.

Stove was finicky, but we figured it out after a few meals. Great sized kitchen for a group.

We chose Phoenix West II because it seemed to have the most amenities that could be utilized in the winter. The condo was large & had plenty of space for our family of ten. It has a very nice balcony with a gorgeous view. The elevators were fast, & there were plenty of buggies & carts conveniently located on our floor. It was nice to be able to park on the same level as our condo. It is also super nice to have a code to get into the door to share with everyone in your party so no worrying about who has a key. Workout facility, pools, & hot tubs were all very nice. The snack bar wasn’t open & the putting green is torn up, but all else was very good. There is a nice ramp to the beach with several water hoses & shoe storage. Condo is convenient to all you need. Definitely a great beach experience!

We had a wonderful time ! Lots of space for everyone and really liked that there is a 4th bathroom. All the pools were great ! Only complaint was that the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable.
