The location was very central which was a big bonus , we have spent a lot of time in Cheltenham in the past we had relatives there who have sadly passed away now , so coming brought back lots of memories for us

Was a little disappointed that there was mold on the blind in the en suite, some stains on the carpet and sofa but apart from that was great

Property was beautiful, modern, very clean and felt super safe to be in. We got a little bit lost on arrival and the lady who answered my calls for directions was very kind and helpful, will definitely be returning and recommending!
Didn’t hate anything but I would add a toothbrush holder and a shelf in the bathroom as there were three of us staying we didn’t have enough room to place all our bathroom items on the sink. Also the shower door handles felt very loose not sure if this is something you can change but might be worth keeping an eye on.

We booked this apartment for the cheltenham festival and it was great in every way. Spotlessly clean and inviting, central to everything. Would definitely book again

Modern apartment that's spotlessly clean, located bang in the middle of the town centre behind John Lewis and the high street. Once you're out of the apartment, you're within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and bars so ideal for a city break. If you're after that penthouse living, this place is highly recommended!
Three flights of stairs with luggage and no lift can be a challenge!

The cleanliness and locality
The sitting room was very small, without a window. Not a problem for us as we were out all day, but had we been in more, we would have felt a tad claustrophobic.

It was extremely clean and comfortable with everything you need for a 2 night stay. We would certainly stay again.

Parking costs. Added another £90 to the week.
No placemats. Concerned about marking the table so used bread board and folded up and newspaper.
