Ubicado en tropical Village Walk, esta casa se encuentra a poca distancia en automóvil de la playa y justo en el corazón de Port Aransas. Cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 3 1/2 baños, una piscina privada, sala de juegos y una increíble terraza en la azotea. El primer nivel consta de una suite de invitados que cuenta con dos camas tamaño queen, un sofá con mesa de centro, una mesa alta, una cocina pequeña con microondas, cafetera y nevera y su propio baño. En el segundo piso tiene el dormitorio principal con una cama king size y un baño privado. Las habitaciones tercera y cuarta también ubicadas en este piso tienen una cama queen y dos juegos de literas gemelas. Hay otro baño completo en el segundo piso, junto con un armario de lavandería con lavadora y secadora grandes. En el tercer piso tiene una excelente área familiar con un concepto abierto que contiene la sala de estar, el comedor, con capacidad para 12 más 4 taburetes y cocina. Hay balcones que tienen vista a la playa desde el segundo y tercer piso y hay una terraza en la azotea con vistas panorámicas del océano, la playa y la bahía de Corpus Christi y las luces de la ciudad. Si ha tenido toda la diversión, puede pararse en la playa, regresar a la casa y darse un baño en su piscina privada y preparar una barbacoa en la parrilla de carbón para barbacoa que se proporciona. Los niños de todas las edades disfrutarán de la mesa de ping pong y una máquina de juegos electrónicos de 64 juegos que se instalarán en el garaje. Water was shut off when we arrived. We killed about 30 flys the first two days we were there. The spectrum cable never worked in the living room. The pool table and arcade video game. I should ask for a partial refund for items described incorrectly. AC worked well

All was great with rental. Everything was as described in the rental post. The only comment I would make is the parking. All vehicles must be in driveway which I totally understand. The property says that driveway will accommodate 4 vehicles. If your guests all drive trucks or large SUV’s this may not be possible.

Location of the house is great, very close to beach access. The private pool was perfect after the beach. Top deck view of the ocean is fantastic, especially at sunrise. We had a couple hiccups with the house, but property management did a great job resolving issues quickly and in a timely manner. We love Village Walk community and will definitely be back!

The only thing that we wish to improve the stay is the fact of the bright lights shining in from the neighbors flood lights shining right in the windows of the bedrooms on the second floor.... So very bright we thought it was morning at 2:30 am.

Annual Girl’s Beach Getaway was a success! 8 of us who have known each other for more than 45 years had a blast of a weekend. The house was very accommodating! Everything was just as stated on website. There were a few roaches found in garage and downstairs bedroom, but a quick trip from exterminator should solve that! One of us had a bad knee, so the elevator was such an added bonus for her and the rest of us to lug our loot upstairs to the kitchen. The pool was relaxing and the beds were comfy! Would definitely book again!

Lucky enough was a great house that met our needs and exceeded our expectations.
Great location, close to wonderful shops and restaurants. I just wish there was closer access to the beach, its about a 2mile walk. However you can rent a golf cart or buy a beach parking permit at local gas stations and drive/park on the beach. The rooftop was my favorite spot in the mornings for coffee and evenings for adult beverages. The views are amazing. The elevator was sooo helpful with groceries, loading in and out and getting my elderly parents to the upper levels. The beds were comfy, house was clean and any issues were minor and quickly resolved. We will stay here again when we are back on the coast of TX.

Overall nice place as advertised. However, we arrived with several minor issues. That we feel should have been fixed prior to check in. One example was the pool had a lot of beach sand in it. However, we would come back to stay here again. When the manager was contacted, we were told that someone would clean it on Tuesday and Thursday and that never happened. The house was comfy and accommodating to our large family.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and we love it. It's perfect for our family and it is a great location. We really like the Village Walk neighborhood. This house is beautifully decorated and has a great rooftop view of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds are very comfy.

My wife and I took our three young children to this property and had a blast. We really only made use of the middle and top floor, but they were bright, clean, and comfortable. We snuck up to the roof for an evening after the kids went down and enjoyed some fresh air. The only letdown was the game room: the arcade machine wasn't functional and the ping-pong table in the pictures has since become a billiards table, which is probably better for adults but it was a bummer for the kids.

We currently live in Arkansas, but are from Central Texas. We decided to spend Christmas week at the Coast to spend a little time back home. Lucky Enough was everything anyone could ask for in a vacation home. The house was well appointed with everything you could need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We could tell that the owners of this house cared very much about our comfort. We felt like we were staying with friends. The view from the rooftop deck was fantastic. The house is located near everything, but was in a gated community so we felt secluded. The privacy was a huge plus we did not expect. Will return next year.

Great getaway
Overall was a great vacation rental. We had a couple issues upon check in and contacted the number we were given which happened to be an after hours service for the property management company. The after hours rep was terribly rude, but once we got in touch with the actual property management company they were nice and helpful. The issues; pool was not clean and the BBQ pits were unusable (in pretty bad shape). They sent someone out quickly to check in on the pits but weren't able to get it resolved before we left and didn't follow up with us. We ended up having to purchase our own small pit. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned and they were not able to get anyone out to clean in. Other than those 2 issues the property was great. AC worked amazing and the location is perfect. The view from the roof alone was worth the stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The property was very spacious and clean. However, we chose this property because it had a small pool for the kids. The water was not clear compared to the other pools; we called the office and they sent someone who showed up the next day. They said the filter was broken and left. They never came back to fix the problem or tell us when it would be fixed. Sorry customer service.

Could have been better for the $ we paid
The property was very spacious and clean. However, we chose this property because it had a small pool for the kids. The water was not clear compared to the other pools; we called the office and they sent someone who showed up the next day. They said the filter was broken and left. Check in was a disaster! The instructions were to pick up keys at the office. Except there were no keys. I drove to the port a escape office and she said you will get a code sent to you (spoiler alert- we never did receive that code). So we wait and wait and wait for house to be ready because they say they will text when it is. I call and text and nothing. We decide to go to the house- all doors unlocked and just help ourselves in. Once we are in we find a code in the kitchen only to find out later it’s the wrong one. They had two different codes written down and we only saw the one at first. So then after dinner we were locked out. The “after hours” number doesn’t work and so we climbed through an unlocked window.
We booked this property for the sole purpose of it having a private pool. When we arrived Saturday the pool looked cloudy, stagnant, and filthy. I put in a maintenance request immediately, and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would contact me on Monday (we checked in Saturday.) I was given no update and hardly the time of day from the management office. Finally after the fourth call, guest relations tells me that a day prior to us checking in, someone submitted a request for a broken pool pump and that pool wouldn’t be usable the whole time we were there. We were compensated 10% of our stay, so at least there was that! This is when the owner stepped in, and he really tried his best. The pool worked for half of a day. We called management again and they never got back to me about fixing it. The pool guy came by, yet didn’t clean out the mounds of sand stuck in the pool. It was really disappointing to be on our balcony and lookout to all of the beautiful pools at other homes and then see ours.
We enjoyed the third floor kitchen and family room. We did see a couple of roaches while we were there though. Overall- would not stay at this property again.

Would not stay here again
Check in was a disaster! The instructions were to pick up keys at the office. Except there were no keys. I drove to the port a escape office and she said you will get a code sent to you (spoiler alert- we never did receive that code). So we wait and wait and wait for house to be ready because they say they will text when it is. I call and text and nothing. We decide to go to the house- all doors unlocked and just help ourselves in. Once we are in we find a code in the kitchen only to find out later it’s the wrong one. They had two different codes written down and we only saw the one at first. So then after dinner we were locked out. The “after hours” number doesn’t work and so we climbed through an unlocked window.
We booked this property for the sole purpose of it having a private pool. When we arrived Saturday the pool looked cloudy, stagnant, and filthy. I put in a maintenance request immediately, and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would contact me on Monday (we checked in Saturday.) I was given no update and hardly the time of day from the management office. Finally after the fourth call, guest relations tells me that a day prior to us checking in, someone submitted a request for a broken pool pump and that pool wouldn’t be usable the whole time we were there. We were compensated 10% of our stay, so at least there was that! This is when the owner stepped in, and he really tried his best. The pool worked for half of a day. We called management again and they never got back to me about fixing it. The pool guy came by, yet didn’t clean out the mounds of sand stuck in the pool. It was really disappointing to be on our balcony and lookout to all of the beautiful pools at other homes and then see ours.
We enjoyed the third floor kitchen and family room. We did see a couple of roaches while we were there though. Overall- would not stay at this property again.

Overall I love this house. I just wish the mattresses/bedding were better quality. The house is clean but not super clean. It could use washing of pillows on sofa and the floors seem to be only swept but could use a deeper clean.

Loved our stay and the house was beautiful! Glad we had the pool to relax in after the beach. The house was very nice and roomy. The location was quiet and relaxing and very well maintained. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!
