The property was really accessible to Alta and Snowbird, and it was also relatively close to Brighton and Solitude. The layout of the house was a bit of a maze (four or five flights of stairs with each bedroom and the main living space all on distinct levels). Some of the bedrooms are small, but the overall experience was awesome. The owner was also very responsive and easy to deal with.

This was our first time skiing at Alta and Brighton and the vacation home location was ideal! It was so convenient to 4 great ski resorts (Brighton, Solitude, Alta and Snowbird), as well as restaurants, a grocery store, and ski rental shops.
Additionally, the home was very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity our group of 6 could ask for. Being there over the Christmas holiday, a festive Christmas tree decorated the open living room where we gathered after dinner, which we appreciated.
Both the owner and manager answered all our questions and provided helpful information prior to and during our stay in a timely manner- greatly appreciated! We had a lovely vacation, hope to return to this wonderful vacation home in the near future, and highly recommend this vacation home in Cottonwood Heights, UT.

We had a great stay at this property. All of the finishes are nice and the high ceilings creates more space in the common areas and in the master bedroom. There is some very nice photography as well that is a great touch. Overall the instructions were very clear for accessing and staying at the property.

Great property for a family ski trip with easy access to UT's best resorts. Very comfortable and works well for longer stays when some need to work remote. Easy access to grocery store and eateries. Love the Sonos sound system, hot tub and garages.

My family had a great ski vacation at this condo. Working with Stacey the property manager was a breeze. She was helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The location is perfect for access to Brighton or Solitude, and Alta or Snowbird are easy too. The property was clean, well maintained, and layout was great for a family with kids and grandparents staying all together. Would happily stay here again.

A modern, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped townhome convenient to various Salt Lake City ski areas. The kitchen includes all essential cooking equipment and spices. A large hot tub, gas fireplace and gas grill were often used. The master suite and bathroom were luxurious.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s such a nice place and every clean. Fully stocked kitchen, along with many other amenities. Would definitely stay here again in the future . Very cozy and comfortable

This property was just as advertised: modern, clean, very comfortable & spacious — and the location was perfect for rock climbing. Everything we needed (and more) was included in this unit. The wi-fi was fantastic — 300M+ ! Re the AC, couldn’t get the condo cooler than about 75 degrees during this late July, but just two bedrooms felt a bit warmer. We appreciated the large fans that were provided in those rooms. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Jim, for a wonderful stay.

I’ve rented through VRBO many times. This property in Cottonwood Heights is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It jad tons of space and was equipped to the hilt. Cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, everything imaginable that xou would need was there. The place was immaculate and well stock with towels soap, shampoo, etc. if you are going to rent in Salt Lake City, this is the place to stay. We stayed for 7 days snd enjoyed every minute. I’ve rented through VRBO many times. This property in Cottonwood Heights is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It jad tons of space and was equipped to the hilt. Cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, everything imaginable that xou would need was there. The place was immaculate and well stock with towels soap, shampoo, etc. if you are going to rent in Salt Lake City, this is the place to stay. We stayed for 7 days snd enjoyed every minute. Perfect Home for a Utah Ski Trip!
We had a wonderful stay for a multi-generational family ski trip! The home was large and comfortable with lovely touches throughout. Ski resorts are under 30 minutes away as well as downtown SLC and Park City. Everything else we needed, such as groceries and ski rentals were a few blocks away. The jacuzzi on the back deck was just what we needed after skiing all day.

Jim's home was the perfect rental home - spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had every spice, utensil, pot/pan, etc that you could ask for. Lastly, the check-out process was so minimal and easy. 10/10 would recommend!

Fabulous home close to Big and Small Cottonwood Canyon
In town for a wedding and stayed at this beautiful property. It was extremely clean and has everything you need. Loved the location and surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great house
Lots of rooms for a larger group. House was well equipped and very cozy. My only suggestion is for the patio and chairs to be pressure washed and or swept.
