My husband and I brought our 2 year old for a beach weekend and wish we could stay for a few weeks! We were immediately relaxed and the pictures doesn’t do the property justice! It is absolutely perfect, so tidy and well appointed and the fact that it sits on the canal absolutely makes a difference to wake up hearing birds and the gentle lapping of water. We already want to come back and we just left!

We rented Canal View for a girls getaway. We love the house, the property’s setting, and enjoyed the chiminia for a nice fall evening.

Property was VERY clean and orderly. It made it quite easy to check in and out. Really enjoyed the deck spaces to include the screened in porch and the deck on the canal. Very well appointed. It was a perfect place for our family of 4 (although with the kids, we never used the 3rd bedroom so it could definitely accommodate more). Location was excellent. Could easily walk to the beach or to restaurants (in either direction). Check out was at 10 am. It was such a nice day so we parked our car at a local bike rental and explored more. Grabbed and early lunch at Mangos on the boardwalk. What a view! Next time we will rent kayaks which Mindy said can be dropped/picked up at the property. That was the one thing I wished we could have fit in to our trip. Highly recommend Mindy’s place.

Fantastic location - beautiful home - amazing stay.

Four of us used the home for a short weekend away. We loved the large porch and lovely deck. The kitchen had all that we could ask for. Overall, the home was tastefully and completely outfitted. Very nice property.

It was a lovely option for a restful getaway. We would visit again!

The location of this house is phenomenal. It’s close to the boardwalk, beach and great restaurants. The house is clean and lovely. As a family we had a great time!

I can’t say enough about how nice the property is. It is so well cared for. All the small things that make it very comfortable to be at. I have stayed at many and this is definitely one that is a step up because of the owner. Beautiful view sitting on the deck. We had great kayak rides. Good location for everything.

Family really liked our stay. Kids loved the dock behind the house and all available amenities (outdoor fireplace, grill, etc). Family also loved the screened in porch for dinners in the evening. Decorated in a nice beachy feel. We would definitely stay here again. If so we would bring bed foam toppers. the only reason why We give this place 4/5 stars are the beds. This is very personal some, as some people like hard beds and some like softer beds. All I can say is these beds were hard (for us) And we did not sleep very well. Some may like them but we surely did not. Next time we would bring something to make the beds feel more soft.

Excellently located 10 min walk from beach and center of town. Nice duplex house with view of the canal. nice terrace of the canal to enjoy the last rays of sun of the day. Super clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Will stay here again.

Beautiful and calming oasis next to the canal; chimes in the evening; and sounds of water, birds, and beginnings of summer fill the surroundings. Peaceful for adults, joyful for children. Perfect spot for making lasting memories.

This was a well deserved break for all of us, family friends since the start of Covid! Mindy’s house is beautiful. It’s nice, neat and clean. The kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs. The location is great. It’s walking distance to the beach. The canal is an added view of this house. We enjoy sitting in the back while grilling. The screen porch next to the kitchen is also a nice area to relax. All in all, it was perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

Mindy's home was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. The location is great in terms of being near town, but given that it was off-season, we were comfortable to spend much time relaxing in the home. We would definitely return again, both on and off-season!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing Bethany canal front home. Mindy was so easy to work with and made the entire process stress free. Her home is immaculate and well appointed with anything you need. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable to relax and enjoy your vacation in. Very convenient to downtown Bethany. We walked into town multiple times a day. You won't be mistaken to stay in this lovely home!

Mindy’s lovely house is immaculate and fully stocked. Beautifully decorated in a whimsical beach theme, the house was a perfect setup for our weekend away. She has thought of everything you could need and provided it in the house. The screened in porch was a fantastic place to sit and relax, without bugs. I only wish that I had more time! Thank you!

This home is decorated in a tasteful beach theme, has a well-appointed kitchen, and a wonderful screened porch. The location is near other homes, but was in a quiet area. We enjoyed kayaking on the canal and walking to the beach. The only downside....wish we could have stayed longer!

This property is located right on the canal, great for kids as they have a nice yard to play, also a short walk to the beach, a variety of porches to sit and relax For our family it was perfection

We were able to stay at canal view with my family of 6. My teenage boys loved fishing and kayaking in the canal and loved using their long boards to skate to the park nearby. It's so close to the beach, I felt comfortable letting my kids walk to and from by themselves. It's just the perfect location. I have pretty high standards and this place was just perfect!! We loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

We could not have been more pleased with this property for our weekend getaway to Bethany Beach! The house is extremely clean and comfortably furnished. It is a very easy walk to the boardwalk and beach (<10 minutes). We really enjoyed the screened deck, patio and chairs overlooking the canal, which was beautiful at sunset. The owners were very responsive to questions and provided easy-to-follow directions and instructions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again in a heartbeat for another trip to Bethany.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend in October and the house was amazing! The location was perfect to downtown Bethany (wedding was at the bandstand on the boardwalk) and it was only a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the house. The décor is beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice, and we loved the canal view! It was perfect for my husband and I, our infant, my parents, and father-in-law. The owner was nice enough to set up a pack n' play for us so we didn't have to bring our own. Check-in was a breeze and the owner was great giving us all of the information ahead of time. We will definitely be back!

My kids and I enjoyed the peaceful location and easy access the beach/ town.
