The overall condo was very nice and fit our needs pretty well.

Our stay was wonderful! Just a short walk yo the beach and the pools.
Was nice there was 2 pools.
Everything about out home was wonderful other than some mold in the upstsairs bathroom in the shower which my daughter and husband are allergic to, so we really only had bathroom to share. But we made the best of it!!

We had a great stay here, since the place is dog friendly we saw a lot of dogs and the occasional barking. Didn’t hear any inside our condo. Two pools which is nice. Would stay here again.

Perfect place… especially pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
It was a great place to vacation with family and pet. The condo was very accessible to the beach, pool and pet walking area. Marivilla itself is in the middle of outlet malls, great food and entertainment. Our stay was amazing!

Location over condo condition
The overall stay was great from a getaway standpoint and general location. The condo, though, needed a bit of an overhaul. To the plus: the ice maker worked! Becki Downs was quick to respond to calls for maintenance, too! We had an AC not working and she helped us get service that same night! To the minus: the floors had a very fine dust that made them slippery and in need of a good cleaning. The closets in the FF BR were jammed full. The Bathroom door hook was hanging (I reattached it). There was an inadequate supply of some of the kitchen ware for eating and cooking (including a coffee cup with broken handle). In general, just a need for a thorough cleaning and some comprehensive property evaluation by the landlords.

With my dads recent passing, my husband and I wanted to take my mom to the beach. She spent the last few years home with him instead of vacationing with us. He just didn’t feel like going and she was a loyal wife and wouldn’t go without him. So we took off and headed to Destin. We were referred to Maravilla by our oldest daughter that has stayed at Maravilla for years. Maravilla didn’t disappoint. The location was great, the facilities were clean and quiet. The pools were clean and the water temperature was perfect. It was a quick walk to the beach where the beach service was ready and waiting. I look forward to staying at Maravilla again and my mom is asking when we can go back!

New to Maravilla-Loved it!!

The place had a broken refrigerator. We couldn’t get ice cubes. The sink head kept falling down. The floors were very dirty. There was one tv without cable. Overall, I could not recommend this property. It needs work

Clean, convenient, great beach & umbrella service. perfect for our pup.

The house was a bit bigger than expected and very clean. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out and socialize. There were TV's in all the bedroom which the kids really liked. I really enjoyed having my coffee on the balcony every morning. That was my favorite part of the day!

So close to the beach, the beach is beautiful as well. The property fit our family well, and we had a comfortable stay.

Exactly like pictures, even the view. Nice area too and beautiful beach. Loved being on 4th floor and elevator very close. All 5 adults could sit on balcony. There are 2 king beds. The 3rd bedroom is more like a bonus room, no windows. A vacuum or hand vac would be very handy for sand, Dog hair, and dirt on white ceramic floor. This condo was perfect for 2 teens grandma, grandmas dog and parents. We did all of our own cooking due to Covid. Grocery stores are nearby. All plates, glasses and bowls are glass. If you rent mopeds or golf cart you cannot bring them into the parking lot at all, not even for a few minutes. Ice maker dispenser didn't work fyi. Also they have carts for luggage and stuff located on first floor. We had no idea until later lol. Overall we loved our last minute get away!

We had 4 teens and a dog with us for a short Thanksgiving break. Everything was as described and suited our needs perfectly, particularly as this was our first vacation with a pet. Great facilities- tennis, pools, chairs at beachfront. We would definitely stay again.

Great location. We’ve stayed at Maravilla condos multiple times, primarily for the great beach setup. This unit didn’t seem as up to par as others. The unit was not as clean as others we’ve stayed in.
