We really enjoyed our trip to Lexington and our stay at this property. The photos were accurate. If anything, they did the property a disservice, as all the room felt much bigger than the pictures would suggest. There were three of us and it was nice that we all had a bedroom and bathroom of our own when we needed privacy. All the appliances we used worked just fine. We did a little cooking and had all the pans and utensils that we needed. Nice cookware, plenty of cups and such. There was a toaster, a hand mixer, a regular coffee pot AND a Keurig. I think I saw two crock pots, which I did not use. The location of the property was great. It was very quiet. I felt very safe. I had no problems with traffic and easy access to main roads. I think every time we entered in a location we wanted to go to, the GPS said 15-20 minutes away. The owner was very easy to work with. I had a couple questions and he was always quick to respond. He was very clear on the instructions to get into the home and very clear on the few things we wanted us to do before leaving. I very much appreciated his allowing us to use the garage. The weather was cold and wet during our trip and having access to the garage was so nice - I have rented some places where the garage was not available and it makes a difference. I would definitely recommend this place and if I am ever in Lexington again, I would definitely check to see if it were available.

The property was well maintained, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our visit. The only problem we had was the high rise table in the dining area as we were all over the age of 70 and limited with knee, back and hip issues. The beds were extremely comfortable and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We highly recommend VRBO properties and this one was excellent.

Property is as advertised. Clean unit, well appointed kitchen, each bedroom with its own en-suite bath. Location is perfect for Keeneland, UK campus and downtown. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for 3 couples. Clean, and easy access, too! We will consider staying here again.

My mother-in-law lives nearby and this was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting her. The home is tidy and as represented in the photos and description. The owner/manager was communicative. My adult son arrived first and checked in easily.

Perfect location! Property was convenient to restaurants and amenities and the wedding we attended. Central to many attractions like UK, Keeneland, and distilleries. Quiet neighborhood was very safe; the garage made coming and going early and late convenient for loading and unloading the car without disturbing neighbors or going out in the rain/cold. Kitchen well-equipped. We had a great stay - would stay in this property again.
