Enjoyed the updated condo. Everything was winderful, except did not have large bowl. I needed it to mix a birthday cake. The smaller ones there just didn't work. Loved everything else.

We loved the condo and the location. Everything was very clean. We had most everything we needed in the kitchen. Such a great location across the street from the beach entrance. We rode bikes everywhere and had such a fun time! Management company was very responsive with any issues that we had!

The condo was very nice and updated throughout. The water pressure was one of the best from any place I have ever rented. The only downsides were that the 3rd floor stayed pretty warm despite the rest of the condo being at a comfortable temperature, the size of the hot water heater was smaller, and the beds were very firm.

Unit was very clean and spacious! Comfortable furniture and beds. Also liked the showers. Company was supportive in helping with where to put the trash. GREAT location walking distance to the beach. Was not ideal that the unit did not allow for use of beach chairs, I know other units have allowed that when I stayed prior. Having a vacuum to help clean sand also would have been ideal.

Unit is very old and tired. Needs a lot of TLC and updates top to bottom. No TV’s in guest rooms was a big issue and the AC couldn’t cool 2nd or 3rd floor, but the 1st floor was freezing cold. Washer leaked all over kitchen one day but maintenance came and fixed quickly. Great location and easy access to everything. Perfect place to stay.

The property was as described. Beach access was across the street and it was in walking distance of Coligny Plaza and Beach. The toaster wasnt working and was replaced as soon as we called the office.

We had a great stay, really enjoyed the location and nice walking distance to things. Everything was newly renovated in the condo and the furniture was very comfortable, beds firm with lots of pillows and bunk beds were a sturdy. Parking was so convenient being able to drive up to the door. This was a great deal for a 3 bedroom place and we would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

This property is dated as the pictures show but it was also filthy. We have stayed in different units through Seashore Vacations and this was terrible. I do not understand people rating the cleanliness a 4/5. Seashore stepped up and helped with this problem going above and beyond, thank you management team!!

We have stayed a several units at Surf Court. The complex is in a great location and the people at Seashore Vacations are always great to deal with. Unit 60 is not one of the best units in Surf Court. Compared to other units in the complex, it is somewhat dated and could use some renovations. However, we had stayed in the unit before, knew what to expect, and it was available when we wanted to book at the last minute. Therefore, no real complaints.

I picked this location for my family for a short weekend visit to me because it was close to the beach and on the first floor. The location is great and it is easy to access. Your parking spot is right in front of the door and it's a quiet complex. However it is not as clean as I had hoped. Surfaces were clean but the carpets could use a scrub. And they ran the dishes/glasses thought the dishwasher just to be safe.

It was perfect for us especially for a family of 6 including a 2 year old. We didn't need anything fancy. It was the perfect size. Really close to the beach and shops. I was very happy overall and my family was too.

The vacation and weather great. The accommodation was definitely below expectations. The beds were very small, tired & old. The entire unit was in need of paint and updating. The BBQ was useless and the patio furniture dirty and disgusting wouldn't sit in it. Was definitely surprised at condition of unit inside & out. Definitely needs refurbishment.

Mold, dirt, outdated, towel bar off the wall, filth. Property manager was awesome however and put us into another CLEAN until. This unit needs a thorough cleaning, and mold abatement done before being rented again.

Having a deck area to store two rented bikes was very helpful. Two of the bathrooms had been remodeled and were very nice. The half bath could use the same upgrade. This unit has 4 twin beds and the king might as well be 2 twin beds as it has a gap between sides. It's great if you don't want to sleep next to your spouse. Keep in mind that the 3rd floor is VERY warm through the night. It would be fine if it wasn't summer. The lower level is very dated but clean. Access to a private pool, ocean across the street, bike rental within a block either direction, lots of shaded bike paths and Coligny Plaza within a few blocks makes the location ideal.

The unit is very spacious and absolutely as advertised. The top floor is warm and never quite cools off. The walk to the beach is a bit of a chore. Not terribly far, but the constant bike traffic on path is a headache.

We have stayed in Surf Court several times and had great experiences with the units and with Seashore Vacations. This time, there was some mix up with the unit we reserved (the people before us didn't leave when expected) and we had to pick a different unit at the last minute. Seashore Vacations was very professional and in their defense, we knew the reviews for this unit were not very good when we accepted it, but it was last minute and it was the last 3 bedroom we could find. That said, I would only stay in Unit 60 as a last resort. The unit is old and run down. The carpet and furniture are worn. The ice maker doesn't work. The air conditioner keeps the first two floor cool, but the third floor is hot. Both bathrooms do appear to have been remodeled and were nice, but nothing else was.
Also, beyond old and run down, the room was very dirty. There were food splatters on the walls and cabinets. My wife and I spent the first hour we were there cleaning. Whoever does the cleaning in that unit is not doing a good job.
Again, I have never had anything but good things to say about Seashore Vacations. Surf Court is a great location and other units we have stayed in have always been very nice. However, I would not recommend renting Unit 60 unless you are out of options.

This unit needs to be updated. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. The furniture was so nasty, we had to cover them with sheets. The upstairs was 80+ degrees day and night. The trash can/beach buggy/bicycle storage area is where the drain pipe for the ac unit is located near the entrance door. It created a muddy mess every time we used it. WE WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS FILTH AGAIN. STAY AWAY
