Ubicado directamente en la parte libre de automóviles de la mejor playa de Florida: ¡New Smyrna Beach! NSB es donde los habitantes del centro de Florida van a buscar la mejor playa, menos turística y menos concurrida.
Esta es una unidad del cuarto piso con un gran balcón con vista directa al océano, a la piscina y al hermoso patio ajardinado. Castle Reef tiene los mejores terrenos de cualquier complejo de condominios comparable en NSB.

Everything about this property was great except the cleanliness. There was hair all over the master bath and towels. The tub mat, bath mat and towels in the 2nd bath were dirty and stained. The patio was very dirty and the screen door was very hard to open and close.

The condo at Castle Reef was everything we could have hoped for; clean, well stocked, and a great location. Eating breakfast on the deck while watching the ocean was a great way to start each day. Our kids loved being steps away from the beach and couldn't get enough of the shuffle board and pool facilities either. We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the New Smyrna Beach area.

This condo is right on the beach! You can access the beach and swim in the pool within a few hundred steps of this condo. The condo was well stocked and the master Bed was comfortable. The twin beds in the other room need replaced. The shower in the Master Bedroom bath leaks and needs some repairs. Overall the condo fit our needs for a getaway near the beach! I would also suggest leaving some room in the closets for guest to put suitcases or hang clothes in the twin room.

Spent 3 nights at this condo. The Overbeaks are great to work with. The condo was clean. There was 5 of us staying there and it never felt too cramped. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms was very nice. The view of the ocean was fantastic and we loved the beach and the use of the beach toys and chairs. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location, fantastic views and good facilities at the block. Access to the beach within seconds. The property had everything we could wish for and more but just the decor was dated and the property a bit tired, it was like stepping back into the 80s! Don’t let that put you off though, it was very clean, the owners were very responsive to the queries I raised and we would definitely return.

The condo was as described and the pictures are accurate. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I along with our 14 year old and 6 year old grandsons. We thought all the beds were very comfortable. Communication with Bill was easy and he always quickly responded.
The view from the balcony and living room is beautiful. The beach is much closer than it appears in the pictures.
We were there the week before Independence Day and although there were a lot of people staying on property we didn’t ever have to wait long on an elevator. This is not always the case for complexes that we have stayed at. The pool was very nice and clean. The beach, beautiful.

This condo is in a great location on the no drive part of the beach. Great view & spacious. Great beach access. Has everything you need for a short stay at the beach.

Beautiful place to say with perfect view of the sunrise. Perfect size for my family of 4. My 7 yr old loved the puzzles that they had. Communication was easy and they kept us informed of things. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

They condo was perfect. Everything from reservation to check-in and check-out was stress free. We had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. The view of the ocean from the balcony was great. This property is beautifully landscaped. We would definitely reserve this condo again.

We had an amazing stay at your condo! Beautiful condo, beautiful complex, beautiful views! We sat on balcony a lot and enjoyed the view. You had all the amenities we could of wanted. We loved this place. It had all we needed, the location was great, pool great, beach view was very relaxing in the morning. The beach here isn’t overrun and there are no cars. The condo was clean, furniture nice and Bill and Irene were very responsive! Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful long weekend. The condo is exactly as described and the pictures are correct. The view is amazing!
It had everything we needed and a lot more than expected. We were pleasantly surprised. The cleaning company did such a wonderful job, even the refrigerator was spotless. The neighbors were quiet and we did not have any issues with parking. We liked it so much I already booked our next stay at the condo. Bill (host) is a great communicator too. Highly recommend staying here.

The property was very nice! Cozy and comfortable and clean! Check in was so convenient as well as checkout! Owners we very accessible and very responsive to any questions I had! Didn't get to use the pool it was cold but looked nice!! Will 100% stay again and again!!

We had a delightful stay at this unit. The construction noise did not affect our trip at all. We spent all of our time relaxing at the beach. The condo was clean and comfy and perfect for our needs. We will definitely come back and will stay in this exact unit.

Lovely 2 bedroom condo
Great location - easy access to grocery store, beach and restaurants. All within walking distance. Pool onsite was heavenly as were the gardens. The interior of condo was very nicely outfitted and decorated. The communication with Bill the owner was excellent and he provided good instructions and easy check in even at 3am!
