The owner was quick to answer my messages upon our arrival to the building. I was informed after driving from Ohio to NJ that the larger bed had been upgraded to a King, which required a trip to Wal Mart to buy sheets and laundry detergent to wash them. Upon entry to the rental property, the smell was awful. The appearance was fine, but we could tell filters desperately needed changed and the cloth furniture had absorbed the odor as well. We spent Monday-Thursday with cups of fabric softener all over the rental to try to mask the odor--it didn't help. After 3 nights, we both had major throat and sinus irritation and checked out 1 day early on Thursday instead of Friday to try to prevent coming down with colds and sinus infections.
I challenge the owner to stay there for a few days to address the issues. I had booked the property before the other negative reviews were viewable on the listing.

Just came back from staying at the unit with our adult children. The unit is modest, but good value for the location. It was clean. Two bathrooms are a definite plus, though the kitchen is tiny. A lot of things in the unit could use updating, but everything functioned. There are pillows, but need to bring your own sheets and towels. There were only 3 chairs, which was strange for a unit that "sleeps 6", so one of us had to stand during meals...In short, if you're easy going enough and don't want to spend a fortune for a ocean-view stay, this could be the right place for you. :)

Location was great, but that was the only thing. This place was incredibly dirty, didn’t have hot water for the last 2 days and had visible mold. The worst part is, after I told the owner, he told me “ I should have contacted him earlier “. We not only spent a 193$ on a “ service “ fee. But then spend about $50 on cleaning supplies and had to spend the first days of vacation deep cleaning the unit. We ended up leaving a day early because we could no longer stay there. The smell was so musty, that my brother in law gagged every time he walked in. I could not believe that this place was able to be rented. We ended up sending pictures to the town so they can further investigate.
Not looking for a refund, just want to make sure families who are renting here in the future can see this honest review. I now know why you have to “ pay in full with no refunds “ for this unit.

Overall, this place was a great location and it met our needs as a family. Communication with the property manager was great and the check-in process was easy. The only problem was the cleanliness of the condo. There were animal paw prints on the wall, something splattered on the bottom of the fridge on the outside, and a burnt hotdog was still in the microwave from whoever was there before us. As with any beach rental you expect sand on the floor. However, these floors were so dirty that our feet turned black in addition to plenty of sand. We wore socks inside for the duration of the stay. All of that said, the location was within walking distance to the beach and we liked the laundry option located on our floor.

The location was Great.
The Cleanliness of the property was terrible. We walked in to a musty smell with closets overflowing no place to put personal belongs. The furniture was dirty with silverware in between cushions. My entire family couldn’t believe how dirty the floors were. We brought and had to go buy swiffers to clean the floors. I used an extra large box and floors were still filthy.
The bathroom tubs would not go down, because of all the build up and hair was everywhere on the floors.
I moved the sofa and there was so much dirt and debris. Headboard was falling off and detached. Under the beds were so filthy that my nephew wouldn’t put his hands under the bed to grab a toy that fell. My family has allergies and we struggled all week.
We needed to plug things in and when we found a plug it was obvious it was not cleaned properly.
The location was amazing, but the cleanliness and maintenance of property made me rate it low. We checked in early, but would of rather walked in to a clean property. We didn’t reach out, but once to the property manager. He apologized for any inconvenience, but we still had to clean to feel comfortable.
I normally don’t rate a property so much on cleanliness, but we must of been one of the last stays for summer and cleanliness was not even a priority for the location.

Property was exactly like the pictures! We had a issue with the internet but Vito was quick to get it resolved and was very helpful! We are already booked for next year and cannot wait to return!

Great stay!! Our family loved it. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. The condo was very nice!! Communication with the owner was A++++. I truly recommend staying here.

Exactly what we expected
Great location. Condo was nice enough, listening represented it well. It suited our need. Perfect for my wife and I and our college age twins. Second bathroom was really nice to have. Parking was pretty good two. Really liked the property manager lady.

Great location and beach
Came down for a week with my 6 year old ....had a wonderful time overall ....the unit was clean, rooms were roomy , having two bathrooms was a treat!! ....the beach was stunning ....close to the boardwalks , cape may, and grocery stores.....parking was a little annoying because spots are tight and people don't respect the lines .... air conditioning was in every room but struggled to keep heat and humidity down .... we brought our own bedding, dining plates/utensils, coffee , filters and cups, etc. and it worked out well :) thanks for a great time!!!

Great vacation!
This location was perfect for our family of 5! Short walk to the beach and loved the sunset views from our balcony. The condo was spacious and clean. One of the air conditioners wasn’t working in the bedroom and Vito responded right away and had a new A/C installed the same morning! He was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I took my mother who has mobility issues to this property. The condo was close to the beach and better yet right by the elevator so she didn't have to walk far to come and go from the condo. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Vito was great and the condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the shore. Fantastic property!

This is our 3rd year back in Wildwood and Wildwood Crest area for family summer vacation and this unit is so far the best one that we've been to. So far, all our stays in last 3 years have been a beach front for the convenience so that we don't have to drive or walk too far to get to the beach but this year is the first time we got 2 bedrooms and 2 bath unit.We have 3 children from 10 to 16 yrs old so having 2 baths with shower was a big difference since our family of 5 didn't have to wait in long line to take a shower. It was great to have 2 bedrooms as well so 2 of our older boys sleep on their own in 2 twin beds while my daughter slept with my wife and I in Queen bed. The unit also has pull out sofa bed but we managed to sleep in Queen bed.My wife is a clean freak and she hates carpet. She was pleasantly surprised that this unit did NOT have any carpet because the picture looked like the Master bed with Queen bed had a carpet, but it was wood floor for the bedrooms and kitchen and living room had tiles. It had vacuum and swifer so we swifered the until every day since our family don't like to wear shoes inside the house. That's the reason why my wife hates carpet since you can't see what's inside/underneath the thick carpets.The unit is right around the corner from the elevator and the parking spot is covered spot next to elevator so it's very convenient, especially if it was raining, etc. There's also a coin operated washer and dryer next to elevator so it's very close to the unit.We loved the big size dining table and kitchen was stacked with everything we needed. Based on our last 2 year experience, we also brought our own toilet papers, trash bags, and some other kitchen amenities but this unit had plenty of everything.We also loved the AC units in both bedrooms as well as in the living room. I believe this is one of the rare unit in the entire condo that has portable AC unit in the living room because we didn't see this on the window of other units when walking by.Everything was awesome and we even found a drying rack in the closet, which would have come in handy to dry out beach towels but we didn't see it until our last day.I only wish that the living room was a bit brighter, especially the dining table area but I think this can be easily accomplished by changing the light bulbs to brighter LED bulbs.Oh, and the heated swimming pool was also great after coming back from the beach towards the end of day!
