We loved this property! The property manager, Craig, was great!! He was at the house in minutes whenever we called, even for the smallest of issues. The property itself could be summed up in one word—location, location, location! And the view couldn’t be beat. Great place to relax an enjoy with family.

Spacious home – with split floor plan, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which with king size beds, 1 twin bed bedroom - all having a bathroom of their own, nice feature. Great having the hot tub and heated pool overlooking the Marco River providing us with a spectacular view! Close to shopping and restaurants. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The views were great but unfortunately the property has not been kept up. The pool and hot tub also were cold for the first 4 days of our 8 day stay. Some of the screens around the pool had been pushed through and were broken. There were some fishing poles in the garage that my nephew wanted to use but only one worked. Bikes as well that were in bad repair. The worst part is the owner took a portion of our security deposit to fix what was already broken. BUYER BEWARE

The location is beautiful and we enjoyed the stay. The house is in need of some updating and since we stay at a lot of vacation rentals I think I was expecting a little more for the cost. The kitchen is amazing and we loved the hot tub! ( a true “hot tub” not just a bubbler!) Very large house that easily accommodates guests having space but being together if they want. We did have one small maintenance issue and the person was their immediately. I would recommend this house. Thank you!

Most of the properties you look into someone else dock and pool area, not this one. You get a view on open water with the bridge in the back ground. Not to mention the dolphins swimming by.

The location of this property was fabulous. The house was clean, but needed MANY updates. The house looked horrible from the street and needed painted. The carpet had many stains and the house was outdated. I will not be renting this property again.

My family & I enjoyed our stay in this home. It was fully furnished, had more than enough room, plenty of parking, wonderful view and an easy to work with owner. I just can’t think of anything negative to say, hope to rent it again soon.

There was lots of space and the view was amazing! The sliding doors were VERY hard to open and shut and couldn't find light switches to turn on the lights in 2 of the bedrooms. A little disappointed that the spa tub in the master was broken and unusable and the jack and jill bathroom's bathtub, the only bath in the house, wouldn't plug to hold water. The dock was unusable after dark because there were no flood lights or any other sort of light out there.

Had a wonderful time, weather was great. Covid19 was in effect so everything was shut down. We made the best of it at the house. Thank You

another wonderful time with friends at 1784 Piedmont on Marco Island. Weather and house were everything you would want.

"Best view on the island" is what my mom said about this place; was pretty nice, have to admit. Couple drawbacks was there wasn't handsoap in bathrooms, could have used more towels, some updating of the place, beds were not fantastic, tv didn't have a couple ncaa bball games we wanted to watch. Otherwise, quick internet, pool, hottub, space, bikes they had, location, were all solid and we'll likely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed the home for 10 days. Loved having the dock for the rental boat. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

My week at the location was terrific. The house is as advertised and provided a terrific home base for a week of fun and relaxation. Moreover, Leslie was quite pleasant and accommodating in connection with arranging and implementing the stay.

Fantastic location and very lovely accommodations.We stayed here for 16 nights and enjoyed everything about this rental. The home was fully stocked with everything you could imagine or possibly need. We would have liked to rent a boat for the whole time we were there but because there is no boat lift it was too nerve-racking to leave a rental boat tied to the dock. Also not easy to get in and out of the boat. The lanai and a pool and hot tub are also amazing and we just enjoyed watching the dolphins leap around in the bay .

What a great place, the view is outstanding. Great location close to everything. You can't beat Marco Island.

Great get away for the family. We had 3 of our kids with us and the 4th bedrooms was a plus. The house was very large with two separate indoor living spaces with the master bedroom on the far side of the house keeping it away from any kitchen noise. The house was very clean with almost new carpet throughout. The dock was newer with a very large deck in addition to pylons running along the shore that could accommodate a larger boat. We rented a boat for 3 1/2 days and the boating was phenomenal. We saw countless dolphin, explored back waters, open ocean, beaches and restaurants. There are three restaurants on the water in Goodland and highly recommend boating there for lunch. We went to a different beach every day and even found a small remote beach that was deserted. Great place, highly recommend. Kirk

We had 6 adults and one child in our group. The home was the perfect size, and well maintained. We hope to be back next year!

We have been staying at this property for several years. I can't say enough about the view onto Marco river and the lanai pool and hot tub right on the water. House is 1 floor which is perfect for all to get around to where they have to go in the house. Just a great place and we will be back in 2017. The Youngs from Marilla, New York Go Bills!

We rented your place for a week to have a sibling and spouse reunion. We loved the spacious patio and the home. We would like to have known more about what was provided as far as small kitchen appliances. We also enjoyed the patio and we wish that there were some little tables out there by the lounge chairs. We also thought that there should be a television in each bed room. We did have a plumbing problem and we were able to reach the manager promptly and they sent a plumber out and that was resolved within a timely manner. We do think it would be even nicer if they would update the house and the decor. All in all we had a great time and I can see that this would be a place we would rent again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Very pleased and relieved when we arrived and found everything we needed or wanted. Just supply food and drink and we were set for the week. My son, his girl friend, my daughter and grandsons had a blast with the pool and hot tub. Stores nearby, plenty of restaurants and any thing else you need. House could use some updating and the beach with its parking is not easy to access, but who cares when you have your own pool. The owner gave great directions and info. Great vacation and we would return!!
