This house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The ocean views and sounds are perfect from every angle. Quiet neighborhood and very safe. Quick drive to all attractions. Loved the extra touches of blankets to use while enjoying the back patio. The only thing that would of been nice (for a group of 5 women) would be to add one full length mirror in one of the bathrooms or a bedroom.

We have stayed many times on Beach Road, it is a very special place. This house was our favorite to date and we hope to be back again. The home is current, clean, spacious and dog friendly. The outside living area is nice and comfortable for many. Great side courtyard for grilling and access to the outdoor eating areas. We have never stayed at a VRBO that was stocked so well in the kitchen. They had everything we needed for cooking/serving, etc., which was outstanding, usually requires a couple extra stops at the store, but not needed here. The only opportunity they have at this property is swapping out the mattresses or swapping out the queen bedroom for a 3rd king bedroom. All around a great house and Paul was outstanding to work with!

Paul was the best, from start to finish! And the property, feet from the beach, that can be enjoyed equally from the outdoor deck or the indoor great room/kitchen, was a wonderful setting for our Destination Family Christmas. Just lovely.

Love this location, house and the property manager is great. Looking forward to our visit in 2023.

We absolutely loved our stay! This property is perfect for the whole family. Sand box right off of patio for my grandson, incredible surfing waves for my son in law, and glorious views for all!

We had such an amazing stay! The house was very clean, smelled so nice, the bed linens were wonderful, the view amazing - everything made for an amazing family vacation! We really had such a wonderful time and we’d love to return! Our daughter happens to be a wheelchair user and though the house isn’t perfectly ADA accessible, it worked great for our stay & we were so happy we were able to make it work for our family’s needs. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and it was just the family break we needed. We hope to return!

This home exceeded our expectations. The setting is spectacular, wide open ocean views are amazing, and the private beach was so relaxing to sit at. Gorgeous sunsets every night over the pacific and the views from kitchen & living areas are incredible. Home has so many options for groups that want to spread out, with a beautiful courtyard, large oceanfront patio & the beach. Beds were all comfortable & the ac worked great…even during a heatwave. The Edison lights on both patios really made outdoor spaces feel special at night. We did a lot of cooking & found this kitchen much better outfitted than any other beach rental we’ve had at any price point. Thank you Paul for answering all our questions before arrival & even popping over to make sure we could use all the outdoor lighting. We’d definitely love to stay there again!!

This property fit our family of five perfectly. The back patio is gorgeous, and we spent hours in the surf. I don’t usually expect decent bakeware in a rental, and this kitchen had great pots and pans and a good espresso maker. It also has surfboards, boogie boards and sand toys. And lots of beach towels!

Our favorite of all the houses we have stayed at on Capistrano beach. The set up was amazing. Barely heard the train. Kids played in the ocean from sunup to sundown. The location is unbeatable. Paul was awesome. Super easy to get ahold of and fixed any issues we had very quickly. Can’t wait to come back.

My family stayed at this perfect beach house in order to attend a nearby wedding. Home is totally updated but retains the charm of the original structure. Fantastic outdoor spaces. Very secure neighborhood and everyone is very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our week on Capo Beach and hope to return soon.

The ocean view was everything. The home was very comfortable. Paul was helpful throughout the stay. A very nice introduction to Capistrano Beach. Would not hesitate to return.

We had 3 generations and this property was great! All on 1 level with privacy and easy accessible bathrooms. Courtyard was perfect for outside dining and the grill was great. Beachside had something for everyone; shade for my 80year old mom, deck area for us and beach for the 20 year olds. Plenty of comfortable seating. Saw dolphins every day!. Great to have bikes to use too. Paul was great. Because of delayed flights, we didnt get in until after 1am and everything was ready to go. We had a little glitch with a TV and he came right over and fixed it. Great to hear a little history of the house! It was a perfect trip to celebrate college graduations and 81st birthday!

This property was incredible! We came with our 3 month old baby and almost 4 year old son along with both sets of grandparents. Everyone had a great time! My 4 year old loved playing in the sand and chasing the waves and all the adults loved sitting outside and just listening to the the waves crash in the beach. Paul was was very communicative with any questions we had and the house was very comfortable, well equipped and clean. We will definitely be back!

My family has rented several homes along Beach Road over the past 30 years (I’ve been staying here since I was a baby) and this home is by far one of the best! It was SO clean and comfortable. The layout was perfect for our group. We LOVED the location on the beach with access to the sand (unlike other properties). We LOVED the high quality bedding and towels. Paul was an exceptional host. He was helpful and responsive. The deck is perfect for shade and sun. We had an incredible time and hope to return soon! We will definitely rent this property again.

The pictures were very accurate. It was very clean and we loved having direct beach access. Of note, there is no shampoo/conditioner/soap in the showers so make sure to bring some. There was 1 beach chair so maybe the host will add a few more to the house. You can definitely hear the train across the street but it was not too much of a disruption. All in all, a wonderful trip. We will definitely be back!

Great property, great view, great times. A bit cool during our stay, but nonetheless, we walked the beach (during low tide) daily. We loved that it is a private beach, and indeed, we were often the only ones on it. The house is laid out great, and easily accommodates guests that want to spread out a bit, inside and outside. Once in the gated community, it‘s a bit of a drive to the property, but once there…..why leave it? We will go back !!!

This is exactly what a beach house should be and the sights and sounds of the ocean so close make it paradise.

We all loved this house (ages ranged from 5 to 53) and are sad to leave. The setting right on the water is just breathtaking and it's the perfect house to relax and rest. The one floor layout worked very well for me and my kids and the separate bedroom suite was perfect for my brother and spouse. Would definitely love to stay here again!

My husband and I love to rent beach houses in different Southern California locations. And this is hands down our favorite beach house we've rented and our new favorite location. The house was very clean and in great shape. And the beach is so private! Will definitely stay here again!

We had such a great week with the family on Capo Beach. This is our second year at the property and already planning for next year. The property management is top notch, very responsive and they keep the place in really great shape. Thanks again for sharing this special place with our family, and hope to see you next year!

This place is unreal! The location you can’t beat! We were there for 7 nights and saw maybe 10 people the whole time. It’s nice and comfy! The couch cushions could be updated but that’s not even an issue because you are on the patio 90% of the time! It is about a mile from the guard gate so if you plan on going in and out a lot it can be annoying. It is close to tons of restaurants and stuff though so you can always order DoorDash and get food delivered! I am a travel agent and have stayed many places. This is the best one by far! Beds are comfy too! That’s always a plus! Also having A/C is clutch! Don’t make the mistake we made and leave all the windows and doors open at night with the patio lights on. We had 100 flies in the house within 30 minutes. I would suggest they add screens to the doors and windows. That would be our only complaint is at night you had to close everything so you couldn’t get the fresh ocean air unless you wanted bugs flying around. We kinda figured out if you crack the doors and leave the patio lights off it was ok. But that’s why the AC is so important in the summer else it would get too hot. All in all this place is a gem and you definitely need to visit. Also, the house manager is amazing and so helpful!! He was always so responsive and what ever we needed he got for us right away. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a great time with 3 generations of family (our adult kids and grandbaby) reconnecting and spending time at this lovely beach home. Lots of room for 3 couples and a baby, 2 different patio spaces to hang out in, 2 outdoor showers to rinse off the sand, outdoor grilling and lots of beach time. Adult kids surfed every day, grandbaby absolutely loved the train, and playing in the sand, family walks on the beach, watching sunsets. Just so nice to relax on the porch seeing and hearing the ocean waves any time of the day. Beds were comfortable, great house.

We loved spending our time on the beach, sitting on the deck watching the water and listening to the ocean. Everything was very comfortable and nice. Great vacation. My son surfed daily.

Total Perfection. House was as pictured. Very clean and well stocked. The beds were so comfortable and beach access was amazing and almost completely secluded in Feb. Everyday we took several walks and enjoyed collecting rocks and shells with the kids. We felt like we were the only ones on the beach! Super safe too with gated entry and 24 hour guards at the gate. Property manager, Paul was very friendly and accommodating. You do not want to miss sipping your morning coffee or evening wine with this view! Our family has stayed at four beach houses this year and this was by far the best- and felt the cleanest!
