My husband and I spent our honeymoon here. The condo is in the perfect location for the ski resort. When the description says you can walk out the back door, put your skis on and go, its 100% accurate. The ski lift is right outside the back door. Also, the condo was clean and the perfect size.

Great spot, kind of hard to find the unit at night time due to how dark it is in the neighborhood. Recommend for ski season. Cheers!

Saddlewood 46 was a perfect place to spend a few days enjoying Breck. Easy walk to downtown and hiking trails are literally right outside your door. Saw wildlife each evening while enjoying the hot tub. Condo was clean, quiet and had everything we wanted for a mountain getaway.

This is the basement unit, which may have been mentioned, but I didn’t catch. You can sleep 4 comfortably using sofa sleeper. Be sure to buy what you need if you plan to cook, kitchen has all the essentials but no consumables like spices, or cooking oil. Little bit of a hassle to have to pick up and drop off keys in town instead of keyless entry. We walked to town and it was lovely, but it is a bit of a hike to get back uphill from town, so plan accordingly. The hot tub was amazing! It was very quiet but imagine it would be louder if both units above were occupied. Shout out to housekeeping who made it look so cute and tidy. We loved our toilet paper flowers! I would definitely rent again, view out the front doors are spectacular! Unfortunately someone parked in our spot, property manager very quickly had car towed. In winter this might be more of an issue, but we had another spot to use during the slow summer week we stayed.

The hot tub was immaculately maintained and was a pleasure to relax in after an active day. The property is a lower level unit in a triplex, but the upper units were mostly unoccupied while we were there, so there was never any issue with noise. You access this lower unit by an outdoor staircase leading down from the street level. The property manager was very responsive to some minor issues we had in the beginning -- burned out light bulbs, no dish soap, very few hangers -- and corrected all issues quickly. We think this property is a fair value and good location, we we would be happy to stay here again when we return to Breckenridge.

Great place to stay while in Breck. We were right on the Snowflake Trail Loop, which is a great (easy) hike around a small lake and along a creek in the woods. Beautiful! Great access to downtown Breck shopping and restaurants. It could use some updating, but that did not impact our stay at all and we would definitely stay here again. OH! And the hot tub - great treat at the end of the day!

Dated, but clean and everything service. One exception, only bed had a terrible mattress. Spouse slept on couch every night!

Check in and communication with property manager was great - super friendly! Unit was clean but one of the provided body washes was half used (might have just been missed). Additionally, and this is nit picky, while there was a coffee pot provided there was no coffee other than a partial bag of decaf. Having been in many VRBOs in the past I was prepared to bring my own food but have also had many experiences where at least a small amount of coffee was already provided - similar to a hotel experience. Wasn’t a deal breaker but would’ve been a really nice gesture

What a beautiful area and the condo was very clean. The kitchen had what we needed to cook on a chilly day. The hot tub was wonderful and very clean. We slept so well on the very comfortable bed. We have put this condo on our list of places to stay in the future since we live a couple of hours away. We were well pleased!

Had a great time place was very clean. Very enjoyable. The only thing I would mention is that it really wasn’t a Ski in/Ski out because they closed the lift that we were on when we were there. It would’ve been nice to have known that. Also, the televisions are entirely too too too small. My computer screen was larger than the televisions they had in the living room and in the bedroom.

This cozy place was exactly what we were looking for. It was literally a short ski to the snowflake lift and we easily skied home on the snowflake run. The access to town was perfect. The condo was clean and well equipped. The hot tub was so nice after a long day on the slopes.

Imagine having your own après ski hot tub soak with a view of the mountain with the sun setting behind it, while skiers zip past on their last run a few steps away. The condo itself is well-appointment with everything you’ll need, including a washer/dryer that I didn’t know was included. Highly recommend this terrific place. Property owner was very responsive and friendly.

We love the location. Perfect for two people. Put your ski's on and ski right to the lift. Ski home is somewhat flat in spots but not bad.

If you ski/board, this location is perfect. You can truly ski in and out from the snowflake lift. You can also walk to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are.

We have stayed in many ski in/out properties over the years and the location of this condo as previous reviewers have mentioned, is the best. We are a family of three with a teenage son. The pullout worked great for our son, as did having his own bathroom. The condo itself is comfortable with simple decor and is very clean. We ski all day/everyday for a week. It was fantastic to ski in for lunch. The hot tub is new and we enjoyed it immensely at the end of the day. We had just one day when the hot tub would not start, and appreciate that it was handled promptly. We also appreciated the ample paper products including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner soap supplied). Also loved having a crock pot and used it almost daily. A couple of small suggestions/items to provide which would make this property even better than it already is (and some things we include in our ski own rental property) include: 1) a clean/new sponge for doing dishes and cleaning products (we had nothing to clean the countertops with and bought a package of sponges) 2) Laundry detergent (bought some after realized there wasn't any) 3)new pots and pans including one large enough for pasta & a frying pan big enough for pancakes (the ones there are all small and pretty banged up) 4) tupperware for packing up leftovers (had nothing to store opened/cooked food in 5) providing spices (had to buy salt, would be nice to not have to buy spices ie to make chilli 6) set of mixing bowls (there's only one lg. bowl) 7) saran wrap, aluminum foil (all these tings add up if you have to buy for just a week) 8) additional towels. (we ended up washing towels quite a bit as we were only given 4 and the dryer took forever even with the timed dry as told to us) Overall fantastic stay/thanks!

Nice place to relax. You don’t have to walk anywhere in your ski boots. Just open the door and put on your skis and go.

Truly a ski in/out property. Private hot tub is professionally maintained. This property is our favorite out of the many properties we’ve stayed at in Breckenridge.

Great place and very comfortable. The place and hot tub was great! I wish breckenridge would groom the Snow Flake trail to where you didn't have to where you don't have to cat walk across some of the trail on the way down.

This property is truly one of the closest ones I’ve ever rented to the slopes. It was wonderful. The beds were comfortable extra blankets, tons of extra pillows just a great place to chill out at.

House is clean with fast wifi. We had a total of four people and it was a perfect fit especially with two full bathrooms. You are a quick ski/board from a chairlift and a lift office if you need to grab passes. Hot tub was amazing as well. Wuxi walk to a free shuttle that takes you right downtown in about 7 minutes. Highly recommend.

Close to town. Right on the run. Quiet and hot tub was great after a day of skiing.
