The property was we'll kept. Beds were comfortable. Living room furniture was pristine and as advertised, It's all about the view.

Condo was nice, we liked the floorplan, and there was a wonderful view of the ocean. We really enjoyed the break. We were in the area for a technical conference and decided to make it a long weekend after the conference. We were a little surprised that the linens and towels were not provided. in our previous experience with VRBO's, we have never had to bring our own.

Perfect vacation get away. Coffee with amazing sunrise.
Just as was written in VRBO. View was spectacular, quiet beach front, clean, centrally located to everything, Walter was very nice and accommodating. We look forward to doing it again.

The Plaza is a favorite of ours and this condo was great. Very clean and maintained well.
My husband is 6' 8" and the shower was a bit low for him, but he is used to that with rentals so no complaints, just noteworthy for some.

We had a wonderful beach vacation. This place is right on the beach with an indoor and outdoor pool. The jungle bar is right next to the outdoor pool. Great location. Clean condo. Comfy couch! We will be back!

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. The condo had both an indoor and outdoor pool. There is also a bar by the outdoor pool that serves both drinks and food. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping and a grocery store. The room was very clean. The property owner was exceptionally easy to work with. It was an excellent vacation!

My family and I had a very relaxing stay at the beach! Condo was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. It was comfortable and spacious. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit too!! So awesome! Also loved the indoor and outdoor pools and the hot tub warmed me right up!

The Plaza is a quiet building with mostly families or older couples. Great location and adequate space for our family of 6 adults and a baby. Beds were all comfy except the den pullout sofa bed. Kitchen is well equipped. There’s a new sectional couch which made visiting in the living room much easier than most condos. Overall a pleasant experience!!! (Just make sure you take all your own bedding and towels which we weren’t aware of until the day before due to VRBO stating that towels and linens were washed in 140 degree temperatures which implies those items would be included in the rental…owner later said he would have that statement removed by them as he doesn’t include those items and gave us a name of a place to rent linens obviously at an additional cost)

It was a girlfriends getaway and we had a fabulous time. The condo was clean and quaint with a view that was awesome. The bedrooms were clean and spacious as were the bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Getting access to the condo was a breeze and the people in Long & Foster were so friendly. The security guards were always smiling and welcoming, too. The beach is a short walk, as is the tiki bar. We visited the indoor pool and jacuzzi and it was so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

My son and daughter in law surprised their two young daughters and met my husband and I. The smiles and sound of excitement on my granddaughters faces were priceless!
We loved the view and sound of the ocean. We enjoyed putting our toes in the sand, flying our kite, having the indoor pool to ourselves and the solitude.
The only thing missing was a campfire and s’mores out on the beach.
The weather was amazing!

I stayed here with my 88 year old mother, son, daughter, daughter-in-law and my 18 month old grandchild. There was plenty of room for all of us! Even with the diverse ages, we had such a great time. The unit was beautiful! The condo property was clean and had everything you could want. We really enjoyed the live music every evening. Great stay. We definitely recommend!

A nice winter beach getaway with a beautiful view. The property was very clean and well-appointed. Since most businesses in Ocean City were still closed for the season, we used the time to read and relax. Seriously, sitting on the balcony (bundled up against the weird March weather!) was worth the trip from south-central PA. The owner was very very responsive.

My kids and I just wanted a long weekend for Vitamin Sea and this place was perfect! Walt gave me plenty of ideas of things to do in the area, but watching the sunrise over the water from bed and sitting on the balcony watching the waves was enough for me! We look forward to coming back soon!

This condo is perfect for a quiet getaway! The balcony looks over the beach and invites you to sit back and drink your coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise, or enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the waves at night.
The unit is as pictured and is very roomy for two people. The owner is easy to work with and prepare you prior to your trip by supplying you with all the info you'll need. Bring your own sheets and towels if possible rather than rent - it's worth the savings. The parking fee is now $60 - they do take plastic. Parking is covered. The property is right across the street from the grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely consider renting again.
