Close to PCMR base and on bus line. Next door to the Park City rec center. One of our guests walked over for her morning workouts.

Clean, renovated property well-suited for a group of 4-5. Easy access to free bus to mountain. Only odd thing is entrance to unit is through the detached garage. Otherwise, a very nice place.

Comfortable beds and couch. Picnic table in kitchen is a great. Plenty big for all of us to sit and have meals together. Close Bus stop to head into town or hit the slopes!

We had a great stay with plenty of room and privacy for a group of 6. Wi-fi didn’t work, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, we are happy with the overall experience.

Excellent location for bus. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything -restaurants, grocery, highway, resort. Adequate for 4. Would be tight for 6. A little bit of walk from parking to the unit. One car garage plus open parking. The king bed in master was good. 2 twin beds in second bed room were good. The full size bed in the loft was not good but didn't have to use it. Cable TV and internet didn't work while I was staying. The property manager iwas very good at communicating with me and I am sure they will fix the issue. The entry code gets updated by the internet so if the internet does not work your new code will not work. Call and talk to Vacasa before arriving. Don't stand out in the cold trying to talk to them like I did. Good stay.

I loved the patios off every room and the living room and the views were amazing! View of the mountains, plenty of snow to play in and a magical color changing tree right in front of us! Not a far drive from the main strip.

Upon arrival, the sliding glass door screens were torn and the overgrown shrubbery along the sidewalk made it very difficult to get to the front door. The steps up to the front door had no railing which we found difficult to navigate. Dangerous! There was really no place to put food items in the kitchen as the few cabinets were filled with the dishes and glassware. Any food we bought had to sit on the counter. There were no dish towels. The bathtub had hair in it. There was a shelf above the washer that only allowed the lid to be open about eight inches. This place needs a real makeover.

The property was in the perfect location for us beautiful neighborhood easy access to free shuttle and bike share lovely view of deer valley slopes from balconies if I had to say one con it would be some minor property repairs are needed the screened doors were off track and property appliances need upgrade along with patio furniture but for the price it was an excellent value we enjoyed the incredible beauty of park city in the summer !

It's a great location. The unit was ideal for a 2-week stay. Very clean. Just about everything we needed was provided. Could use a bit more outdoor furniture to enjoy the summer weather.

My sister, a property manager elsewhere, was appalled by the state of the condo. We found sales receipts, bugs in light fixtures, shower drain clogged with hair, burnt/dried food surrounding burners on stove. There’s more, but you get the idea. To bad good location (very near bus stop) and an ok layout.

The location is great. Steps away from the free bus, quiet neighborhood, scenic views of open space. However it was not very clean. The bathroom surfaces and kitchen counters seemed clean, but the stove top was dirty under the burners and around the edges. The towels were clean but some of the pillows were stained and the mattress pad was grayish/yellow. There were bits of trash under and behind the furniture (a bottle cap, scraps of paper). The dishes seemed clean, but there were crumbs in the drawers. There were crumbs in the couch cushions. The kitchen floor was dirty under the refridgerator door, and the trash can was dirty inside. It didn't seem like the place had been dusted. The light fixtures, armoire, ceiling fans, baseboards all had visible dust, dead insects and even spiderwebs. The unit could use an update of doors, windows and window coverings. They don't work very well. The drapes were dirty and the cords broken . I vacuumed the first day, and filled the canister, just in the living room, with lint and dirt. the unit has a washer/dryer that are awkward to use and inefficient. The heat and hot water worked fine, but the garbage disposal and tub drain needed to be repaired during our stay. Vacasa responded the same day for maintenance and replaced the coffee maker (the first one had a cracked carafe). Considering we were charged over $200 for a cleaning fee, I expected it to be spotless. I do not expect to have to clean just to feel comfortable using the furniture, dishes, and linens.

The home is clean and beauty, but Wifi didn't work starting from 2nd day. Also, there is very dry air in the home.

Don't be deceived!!
Don't book this property if you're wanting to use the "included" swimming pool, sauna, or tennis courts!! Funny thing, they're actually not included! You have to go to the recreation center and pay additional fees, even though you've paid hundreds of dollars already! Very, very deceiving advertising! It is super frustrating to book a rental specifically for one thing only to find out you've been lied to. Never booking this property again!!

Bedding uncomfortable. Kitchen plates and silverware looks dirty even after cleaning. Location mediocre. Fine for a very brief stay if desperate.
