We had a great experience staying here. Very clean, very comfortable beds and the most accommodating hosts. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay great. Great location, quiet neighbourhood and safe for parking our boat but close enough to town for an easy walk to all the restaurants. Loved it!

Our nearly annual trip to Nakusp with friends to celebrate Thanksgiving and time in nature. This was a great place, spacious, comfortable rooms, nice linens and towels, good water pressure and hot water, well equipped kitchen and in a great location right in Nakusp.
Christine communicated clearly and timely and welcomed us upon arrival. Would recommend this lodging without concerns

Nakusp has been one of our go-to destinations for almost 15 years. We try to make a stop whenever we are traveling in BC. Christine’s place was one of the best accommodations we’ve had. Ample space for our family, close to all amenities and Christine was the consummate host. We had everything we needed. We hope to stay with her again in the future.

Our few days at Recreation Headquarters lived up to and exceeded our expectations!
We (3 family groups of total of 7 persons) had traveled from Waterloo Ont, Winnipeg Mb, and Calgary Ab for a family wedding in Nakusp and loved being able to stay together in such a spacious, clean, fully-equipped and welcoming home.
We enjoyed the inside space but also enjoyed having coffee / breakfast on the balcony as well as huge, beautiful yard.
Nakusp community / scenery was spectacular and hope to visit again.
Christine was friendly and welcoming -very available for any information / questions before and during our stay.
Highly recommended.

Our group booked Christine’s rental as a place to stay before a hut skiing trip in the Valhalla flying out of Nakusp. The location was spacious with tons of open room to organize our gear and comfy beds for our group to sleep. Short walk to restaurants and groceries on the Main Street and lots of parking. Christine was very kind and helpful! We would stay here again.

We came for a Hockey tournament.
The house was so close to the rink it was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious and the owner was helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend staying here

Very spacious place. Stayed as two families (4 adults, 3 kids) and had lots of space to play and run around. Enjoyed the large fenced yard, with a great hammock to relax on and a barbecue for outdoor cooking.
Close to playground, very short walk to the main street downtown and the awesome Nakusp beach.
Hosts were really friendly and had plenty of advice about the area.

We had a wonderful stay in this very quiet, huge, and spotless second floor unit. Christine and York are great hosts. The bedrooms are massive! We made use of all the lovely amenities such as bbq, yard and private deck. Just blocks away from everything in Nakusp, easy walkability. We hope to be back next summer.

This is a very clean and modern space, with lots of room for our family of four adults and two kids. The hosts also allowed us to use their large garden for horseshoes and outdoor fun. Location is great, within walking distance of shops and the wonderful beach area. My only reservation about the place is that it can get warm on very hot days. Fans and excellent cross-ventilation keep it comfortable so long as the outdoor temp stays below the mid-thirties Centigrade. All-in-all, a great space.
