Stumbled across this lovely home for our last-minute getaway over the holidays. The view was beautiful and it was wonderful to be able to travel with our four-legged “child” as well. We’ve spent many years in Bethany, but didn’t know about this development and the neighborhood was great to walk our dog around as well. Good communication with the owner and we enjoyed our getaway overall. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My husband and I stayed at this property for just 2 short nights. Everything was as promised and very clean! We wished we had more time to enjoy the property and the very peaceful setting overlooking for water. Pam made it easy to book and was accommodating to our needs! We hope to stay again in warmer weather!

My dad and I stayed the weekend at the condo a few weeks after my dads surgery. It was just what we needed, peaceful view of the water, quiet neighborhood and not far from Bethany Beach. The condo was on the second floor with a third condo above you. It’s an end unit with a side view of the bay. A short walk from the condo and you can see the Indian River Bay Bridge in the distance. It would be beautiful to kayak or bike in this area!
The rooms were clean and a nice size. The layout was nice because each bedroom had its own bathroom, the living room was spacious and the kitchen had a big dining table.
We had some trouble getting the microwave to work and we notified the owner so she can take care of it.
We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to be near the beach but far enough to avoid the busy roads. Just a short drive away is our favor Bethany small business DiFebo’s Market!
A family of 4 or could easily have enough space to enjoy a trip away.
We will keep this place on our “would return here” list. ☺️

I spent a week in the fall at this property in Bethany Bay. The views of the pond and bay from the balcony are outstanding. We enjoyed having meals there and observing the bird life. The king size bed was comfortable and having two double beds in the guest room gave us more sleeping area for my daughter, son in law and two granddaughters. The kitchen was stocked with most everything needed for prepping meals. Good shower pressure in both bathrooms. The communication with the owner’s family to operate the tv system was responsive and helpful. We experienced beautiful weather to enjoy walking around Bethany Bay and on the picturesque trails. The people I have met in this community are very friendly. It was a wonderful stay.

Very clean, 2nd fl condo with a screened in porch. The weather was touch and go, due to hurricane, so we were in the house a bunch, and it is comfortable. Everything we needed was there.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pam and Ray's place in Bethany! The unit was clean, cozy, comfortable, nicely furnished and well taken care of. The grounds and the area were beautiful and great for walks with the dogs, and the pool area was super nice and clean. We will definitely consider going back soon!

This condo is beautiful! Definitely recommend staying here. The location is perfect and so close to all the beaches & restaurants. It is very clean and well taken care of. The owner's have great communication with you, any time you message, you receive a quick response.
Home away from home. Had a wonderful time sitting on the back screened porch. Saw turtles, cranes and many birds. The pool is gorgeous and well taken care of. We thank the Arzinger's for sharing their home with us!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Arzingers condo. The water view was amazing and the property was very clean and decorated nicely! The beds definitely need replacing as we were uncomfortable. They advertised there was a gym available but we were turned away by an owner who said only owners could use it. Our pool passes were outdated and didn’t work at the pool. It’s a great location and we enjoyed the Oceanview area. Amazing restaurants as well! All in all we had a good experience.

My husband, son and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facility and the amenities are great. The area is quiet and the distance from the Bethany and Rehobeth are ideal. Our last morning, Hubby and I walked the golf course, discussing our desire to come back again, with the intent of staying longer.
Thank you Pam for renting your vacation home. Everyyhin was as stated in the advertisement. There were NO surprises whatsoever. We really enjoyed ourselves.

This property was beautifully maintained and so relaxing. We took full advantage of both the front and back decks, which had amazing views. The property is much bigger and more spacious than it appears online. Pam was a gem and so patient with me getting into the lockbox upon arrival. Ray stopped by to take care of some maintenance and was the most wonderful conversationalist. He also was kind enough to give us all ki ds of tips on the surrounding areas.
Overall, a great property in a great community with extremely friendly people. Everyone chatted with us both when walking the dogs and just lounging by the pool. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be able to come back again next year!

A perfect place to have a peaceful, relaxing time away. The unit is exactly as pictured, and the owner was quick to communicate with answers to questions. I especially loved the sound of the fountain from the screen porch. The nine hole golf course was in perfect condition. We were so fortunate to take our little Yorkie on long walks through the peaceful community. We found many good restaurants that were pet-friendly. Thank you so much for sharing your peaceful place with us!!

It was a very clean, relaxing, comfortable and scenic property. The condo was well stocked for basic needs but could have used more k cups and powdered creamer for morning coffee. Had a very pleasant stay and would definitely rent again!

This gem of a waterfront property is unbeatable! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, with practically everything you'll need & located in a quiet area with pool & golf course access while still within minutes of beach action, restaurants & shopping. The appliances & bedding have recently been updated (what they replaced was fine already!). The hosts are so professional, friendly, helpful, & willing to go above & beyond for their guests’ special needs & requests in any way they can. [Excerpts from our 2022 stay: The place looks great in the photos but is even better in actuality. Sitting in the living room with views of the water from every seat, a fire going & our pup relaxing in his bed with a view of the water & wildlife made for the perfect relaxing getaway! Another aspect that can't be overstated is the front & back porches. The front porch is large & has a pub table & seating with plenty of room for relaxing, enjoying cocktails, reading or surfing the net & has a gated porch entry that maintains a secluded space that adds a good deal of real estate to the rental. The screened-in back porch that is off the living room and has a fantastic water view and pub table is also perfect for relaxing, socializing and eating & was also enjoyed immensely by our pup! It was great to have a place for him to go to be “outside” while still being in the unit with us. If you're looking for a place to where you'll feel at home, relaxed & happy to be, you found it!]

Bethany Bay is the perfect spot for a weekend get a way. The condo was perfect, clean, and the screened in porch with a great view. Pam allowed 3 yr old pup to tag along. He also had a blast. I hope to be able to book again in the future.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home - full of everything one needs with added charm and incredible views. Being able to have our pups with us was an added bonus. They loved walking on the paths and meeting up with Canada geese and turtles. We had a blue heron right outside the bedroom window. And the back deck was charming - such s great place to relax. The Ideal Getaway Rental!!!
What a perfect place for a comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable getaway! You cannot go wrong choosing this beautiful rental! The place looks great in the photos, but is even better in actuality. You will feel at home immediately and be very pleased with the cleanliness of the entire place, the comfortable furniture, the updated kitchen/dining area & bathrooms, the stocked kitchen and the convenience of the full-sized washer and dryer right in the unit. The views of the water are wonderful and the decor is fabulous. Sitting in the living room with views of the water from the every seat, a fire going in the fireplace and our pup relaxing in his bed with a view of the water and wildlife made for the perfect relaxing holiday getaway! Another aspect that can’t be overstated is the addition of the front and back porches. The front porch is very large and has a pub table and other seating with plenty of room for relaxing, enjoying cocktails, reading or surfing the net, and it has a gated porch entry that maintains a private and secluded space that adds a good deal of real estate to the rental. The screened in back porch that is off of the living room and has a fantastic water view and a pub table is also perfect for relaxing, socializing and eating, and was enjoyed immensely by our pup! It was great to have a place for him to go to be “outside” while actually still being in the unit with us. Going out on the screened in porch kept him occupied and happy which was a huge bonus for us! Obviously, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to going back! Pam and Ray are excellent hosts, and Pam responded immediately when I misplaced the entry code and contacted her while standing at the door trying to get in! If you’re looking for a place to stay where you’ll feel at home, relaxed, and happy to be, you found it!!
