A pleasant surprise
Spending the month here was a positive experience for us. We wanted to sample life in this retirement village and we certainly were impressed with the number of activities available and the people we encountered here. When we asked folks if they had any regrets about living here the common reply was "We wish we had moved in earlier".
As for the unit we rented, it is cozy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and utensils. The bamboo skirting on the balcony provides additional privacy. Beds are comfortable and a wide variety of pillows assures sleepers can find just the right one. TV in the master bedroom was a touch of luxury. There is a laundry room close by where the cost is only $1.00 for a large load and the dryers are free. Can't beat that! The only negative for us was the area rugs. My husband uses a cane and I have Parkinson's so we have to avoid tripping hazards. There are stairs going up to the unit, but we knew that going in.
All in all, our choice was a good one. By far the best place we have ever rented.

Another Awesome Summer
This is the second summer (June and July 2017) that we have spent at this condo and it was another awesome stay. It has everything you could ask for and much more in such a perfect location in Southern California and the owners are great.

We totally enjoyed 3 1/2 months in this beautiful fully equipped condo. We hope to rent this condo from the nicest people who own it in the future. The place was immaculate and perfectly located in a safe gated community. Lots of activities, restaurants and beaches nearby. Jeanne was very attentive to any questions or concerns that we had.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay during the month of August. Very well equipped unit with all the conveniences of home. Excellent location which enabled us to reach our favorite beaches quickly. Many restaurants and shopping close by with nice golf course and pools on property.

Great Condo
My wife and I rented this condo for nearly two month this summer (2016) and had a great time. The condo is very comfortable and well furnished with everything anyone would need. There are so many extras included and the owner is very well organized and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend this condo to any seniors planning on visiting Southern California.

Our recent 30-day stay in Laguna Woods exceeded expectations. The condo was well equipped, comfortable and convenient. No complaints here! The listing is accurate, the property is clean and well maintained, the owner was especially responsive, and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Southern California or anyone who wants to investigate becoming a resident in Laguna Woods.

We like to program TV shows. Plus, the home is right by Gate 1 and close to local transportation. We even took the bus to Laguna Beach (20 minute ride) and Dana Point. Much easier than driving and only $1.50 per day if you are a senior over 65. Better than the traffic and expensive parking. As a previous long time resident of California, I really enjoyed all the activities, clubs and the entertainment at the clubs. Beautiful home, lovely view, very clean and well furnished. Plus, the owners could not be more helpful. A "wonderful vacation" and a treat from the summers of Florida.

we had a pleasant stay in this optimally furnished condo. We are from Germany and our expectations are more than fulfilled. We had four wonderful weeks in this nice condo. Jean the owner was very helpful.

This Condo is one of the Best I have ever rented.
The owners handled this rental very professionally. Deposit was refunded quickly. The view is amazing, very convenient location, everything you need in the kitchen and bath. Bed and all furniture are very comfortable. I would rent this condo again in a heart beat! You can tell the owners use this place often and it shows in the decorating and homey feeling.
