The space seemed significantly larger than it appeared in the pictures. All contact surfaces were clean. There was a nice variety of beverages and snacks provided... Which was appreciated. Walking distance from most anything needed. There were a few noisy people that hung out on the street a couple of nights... But there are earplugs provided as well as large insulated panels that could be placed over the windows to help with the sound of the street. While there were these few folks on the street, we never felt unsafe, no matter what time of day or night. Would consider staying here again.

The loft was really cute and the host went out of her way to equip it with all necessary extras like lotion, snacks, tons of towels, ear plugs and sleep masks, coffee, extra toilet paper, pillows, etc. We enjoyed the decorations (I took some Zoom calls for work and my boss raved about how trendy and pretty the second bedroom was). We saved a ton of money because we didn't have to run to the store for stuff like we usually do when we travel. The host even got a special craft for my 3 year old. She was so excited.

Awesome place very close to everything we wanted to do and esp the game. Loft was exactly as advertised, clean, easy access, close parking and a lot of extras. Snacks and drinks and a nice white wine. Towels and linens very nice. And Ms. Money Penny is awesome easy to reach excellent communication. Will use again for our next football weekend.

Such an inviting space and the host had lots of little touches to make you feel special and at home. There were several great restaurants in walking distance.

Everything was as laid out in the pictures and reviews. Only surprises were the extra goodies and drinks that were provided. Host has a little of everything in the event you spend chunks of time at the rental. Outstanding across the board. An older place and neighborhood so you just need to keep your expectations in check. Well worth the price and would easily stay again. Side Note - Tap room Bar across the street has some of the best burgers I have had in a long time.

Everything was really great! Ms. Money Penny's team does a really good job with upkeep and thoughtful touches. Our stay here was special. The thing that stuck out to me most was the sound dampening mats left available for the bedroom windows. We loved the night life in town and we also loved the option to tune it out when we were ready to sleep! As others have said, the ammenities and snacks are impressive. Plenty of towels, a kitchen fully equipped with knife and cutting board and all the kitchen essentials we needed, coffee maker (coffee included), first aid kit. A bottle of wine, starbucks coffee drinks in the fridge, fruit juice. And snacks on snacks! Leaving pancake mix and syrup was much appreciated. Truly above and beyond. The location couldn't have been better - we had a car, but everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. My partner and I felt very safe and welcome in the city. We loved the lively and colorful murals. We would stay here again and will look out for Ms. Money Penny's locations the next time we travel.
