Nuestro condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños (Unidad 103) está ubicado en Peregrine Point, que es el edificio más nuevo en Purgatory Resort.
Camine hasta la plaza principal para acceder cómodamente a restaurantes, alquileres de esquí, tiendas de delicatessen y excelentes tiendas, así como al ascensor principal de alta velocidad, Purgatory Express, a la cima de la montaña.
El condominio fue decorado profesionalmente con muebles de alta gama y la cocina está totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y utensilios de cocina completos para disfrutar de excelentes comidas. La sala de estar principal cuenta con una chimenea de gas, TV de pantalla plana y un patio para disfrutar del aire fresco de la montaña y la vista del área de la plaza principal y muchos álamos.
El condominio también cuenta con estacionamiento seguro con calefacción y mucho espacio de guardarropas para todo su equipo. También hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad.

Great floor plan, very comfortable for our family of 5.
You have to go up 4 big flights of stairs to get to the ski area, so it is a little bit of a trek.
Be sure to pay for the access to the pool and hot tub!

No sheets for sofa sleeper. Light in bedroom 1 right above bed. Mattress so thin could feel metal springs. Foam pad to cover was ripped in several places. Only way to turn off the fan in bedroom 1 was to stand on the bed. Chain needs to be longer. Kitchen and bathrooms very large. Bedrooms tiny.

Pros:
Great location. We were biking in the area. It was close to trailheads and ideal for a day of biking at Purgatory.
Private patio to lock bikes up.
Big kitchen, washer + dryer.
Cons:
Might work well for 2 adults and 5 kids, but the sleeping options weren't suitable for 7 adults. Luckily only 4 of us ended up staying there.
The pull-out bed mattress was really, really bad.
The bedroom with the bunk bed had no windows!?!?
No air conditioning, which would have been fine, but there was a bedroom with no windows so it was quite hot and stuffy.
Received so many automated texts and emails from the property manager which made it hard to go back and find relevant information like door codes and check-out instructions.

The property was perfect. It was in ideal location and very clean. Being on first floor, we fid deal with some noise from rooms above us, but the experience overall was excellent with the property.

We had a lovely time in Purgatory. This unit was on the first floor with patio facing the parking lot. This made it easy to unload and load the car. Parking is first come, first serve. We were unable to ever snag a spot. The overflow lot was not far. Very cozy unit with gas fireplace. Loved the large open kitchen. The dishwasher either needs to be replaced or serviced. The only other issue is the fridge right door does not close well or stay closed. We will probably reserve again for next Spring Break!

Storm of a lifetime hit. Condo was lovely and warm. We got dug out nicely. 36” of snow in 2 days. Great skiing! Only issues were that we waited for a text/email/any notice to check in & had to call to make sure we were ok to go in. The wording in the listing was very confusing re: additional charge for amenities (we have charged 4%, but if you want to keep the 4%, let us know at check in) turns out there are 2 separate 4% charges and one of those is optional after checking in. Once we got the other 4% added, the person at the front desk if the lodge was not the kindest... I also would have liked better explanation of what is inside the condo...like type of coffee maker so we could have bought coffee in town. Aside from a couple minor things we were very satisfied!! (Note to house keepers...look under things from time to time, we had to go under a dresser and bench at entry and so much dirt!)

In general the stay meet our needs. The floor rug was a mess. Apparently they have been aware of it for several years. The DVD player was broken.

Upon arrival it was easy access. When I opened the door all smoke alarms were going off and no one came to repair them til noon the next day, and no parking passes to be found and having warning signs placed on our car. There were mouse traps in the condo on the kitchen floor. My first thought do I need to look for rats running around. The beds are trash. Every turn I made there was a spring in my side or back. All the beds are old and need to be replaced. No one got any sleep in this place. It’s convenient to the slopes but other than that. It stinks.

Great place to stay with multiple people. We went for a wedding at the black diamond lodge which is just down the road a couple of minutes. I would definitely stay here again! We had no issues whatsoever!

Great location. Love the guest pantry for spices, etc. Perfect space for a family of 4. Washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking supplies. Close to slopes - there are several sets of stairs to lifts. But easy to come back for lunch. We would stay here again.

Sometimes cars and trucks parked right outside our windows and anyone walking by could see right in — we had to keep the shades down all the time, making the condo pretty dark. It was off season so there weren’t many people — but during peak seasons I suspect there is noise from the parking lot and much lack of privacy.

Beautiful!
Everything was perfect! The second bedroom with a full/ twin bunk bed was fantastic for my 13 yr old and 9 yr old. Beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the walkout patio. We brought our bikes on the trip, so it was lovely to be able to store them on the back patio and to have quick access to the parking lot! We had an amazing time and definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked a lot while there. Purgatory Flats Trailhead is right across the road and is rated one of the best trails around the area for good reason.

The condo is very nice but needed dusting. It's in a great location between Silverton and Durango. The Purgatory Resort is very nice. Overall, it was a great place to stay, but the cleaning crew could definitely do a better job.

We brought our boys up to snowboard for their spring break. The condo was perfect! Very clean and you can't beat the location. The only thing to be aware of is the mattress on the pull-out couch is very thin and uncomfortable. My 14 year-old slept on it (didn't want to share a room with his 10 year-old brother. hahaha). I put all the extra blankets down to create a little extra padding so it was all good. His young back doesn't understand what it's like to be OLD yet. :) Other than that the place was perfect. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your space with us. We had an amazing time!

Overall, great experience
The property is beautiful and is as pictured in the listing. Location-wise it is convenient to main base area; you just need to cross a quiet street and climb two flights of stairs which was very doable in ski boots so don't mess with lockers. Master bedroom king bed is very comfortable, and the master bathroom is huge. Second bedroom lower bunk is not practical for adult(s). Unfortunately, the pull-out queen in the living room is also not very comfortable for adults, making this property best suited to a single family (vs. our multi-generational family since grandma and grandma took the King bed). The only other point worth noting is that the amenities at Durango Mountain Club are across and down the street just far enough that we were pretty cold by the time we got back to the condo in wet swimsuits. That took some of the pleasure out of an apre ski hot tub soak, because we weren't smart enough to change out of / back into warm clothes at the club (that's on us). The ground floor location and patio entrance adjacent to the building front door made for very efficient unloading/loading which was nice after a long drive. A good selection of games are provided for family time after skiing. Kitchen was well-appointed. Be sure to read and follow the check-in instructions provided by the property manager (I assumed I knew where to go and what to do from a prior trip to Purgatory, and I was wrong). In spite of the few improvement opportunities, overall it was a very nice property and we will likely stay there again.

Family Ski Trip
The property was perfect for our family ski trip!! It had everything we needed during our stay plus more including games for the evening. The fireplace was awesome and was really nice after a long day of skiing. It was a very short walk to the slopes so the ski in-ski out was great!! I would definitely recommend this place to any family visiting Purgatory. We are looking forward to returning in the future!
