The house was very large and met all of our needs.We were an extended family looking to have space for a Thanksgiving get away. Having two dishwashers was very convenient and the kitchen was adequately stocked. We also liked being able to bring our dog with us. The location was nice to walk to lower parts of downtown. We drove to the beach as we did have some older folks with us, but it is walkable. David was very responsive when we needed some help with a circuit breaker that had been tripped. There were a few small things that could use some updating/repairs and it could have been a little cleaner, ie, there was old moldy coffee in the coffee maker, obviously just missed by the cleaners. Overall, we had a nice time and would consider staying here again if we had such a large group.

The house was HUGE!! Enough for 3 adult couples and 5 children to spread out and large family gathering areas. The hot tub was a plus, however it did not work consistently. David the property manager was responsive with initial queries, but follow up could have been better. We were told that someone would come to service the hot tub, but didn't received confirmation or updates. A house binder would have been helpful to give vacationers a heads up on any idiosyncrasies (i.e the fridge temp increasing but will decrease, hot tub issues).
Kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, glass ware. 2 refrigerators is a game changer.

We loved this house! Check in was easy, house was clean, David checked in with us once on first day and was very friendly. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, extra fridge was key. Distance to beach is a nice 15-20 min walk, 5 min bike ride. With little kids or older beachgoers- it's worth driving.

We were a family group of 12 adults. The house worked great for us. Great seating areas for us to gather in small groups or large. Dining table seats 12 and 2 outdoor tables accommodated 12 or more, so we could all eat together. This outdoor area was one of 4, made it easy for us to move around as a group in and out of the sun. Outdoor areas with seating front and back on both the first and second floor. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, etc and had 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators! Easily accommodated all of our food and beverages. Dave is a great house manager, stopped over the greet the first of our party when we arrived. Responded promptly to texts with questions. The only negative was the distance to the beach, the house is 5 blocks from the beach, but they are long blocks, the walk is about a mile. Did have parking passes, so an easy drive to the beach. All in all a great stay!

This was our first trip to Rehoboth, and we all agreed it was worth a return trip. Having this rental made a huge, positive difference!
Inside, a large dining table allowed all 13 (including 6 growing and always hungry grandchildren!) of us to eat our meals cozily together. There is extra seating at the island for 4 more.
In addition to ample plates, glasses and pans, we were delighted to have two refrigerators and two dishwashers and a great blender for smoothies.
With 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3.5 BA on the main floor, this grandmother (and others who avoid stairs) could be accommodated. Note: the washing machine and drier are on the upper level.
Multiple decks somewhat compensated for a lack of open outdoor space. FYI, however, there is a large picnic table and a hot tub out back. Parking was not a problem for 4 cars (2 on the street) this April week.
In addition to your own linens, paper products, laundry, dishwasher, and kitchen supplies, bring games, puzzles and favorite indoor activities as these are not provided. Lots of trails, the beach and shopping nearby, so stay awhile and enjoy!

David was proactive with all needed communication prior to and during our stay. The set up was wonderful with everyone having their own en-suite. Prime location for a quick walk to the beach, the park, or the main strip. Four of the six bedrooms also access to a patio or balcony. Great place for a large group to spend time together without being on top of one another.

This was the perfect house for our family! A short walk to the boardwalk, the beach, and playgrounds. Our family LOVED it! The hot tub was a terrific bonus!

Nice house, plenty of room. Front porch was a nice place to hangout with family and a larger roof top space on second floor. We all enjoyed our stay.

The house was nicer than the pictures. It was a short bike ride to the beach and town for the teens. We ended up at the state park beach since they allow dogs and it wasn’t as crowded. David, the property manager, was there when we called to fix an issue! Side note- don’t forget sheets, towels, cleaning products and paper products. I’m glad we knew about this before we left. 10/10 recommend

We loved the house - it was very fresh and updated - it felt clean and modern. David, the property manager was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process - he also touched base with us on check in day, and attended to any questions we had, promptly.

Great house! Terrific layout with huge kitchen dining area. Where else would you find 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Too far to walk to beach. Otherwise perfect!

Lots of Room!
The house was perfect for our large family. Each room has a private bath, which was a huge plus. The first floor is very spacious and open, with plenty of dining space. The 2nd floor porches were lovely as well. There is plenty of room in the house for everyone to enjoy time alone or together!

We are 7 in total ages between 21-57 yrs old with 2 dogs and even had another couple who stayed with us for a couple of days. Everyone had their own room and bathroom and we were able to freely move around and enjoy every space of this house. The hot tub was a nice touch too. The location was ideal for an active family who likes to walk, run, bike etc. The driveway can fit 3 cars plus the house came with two complimentary parking passes. So if walking was not an option-you can drive and park your car at any space that required a parking permit-either towards the beach, park, or boardwalk. If you like to go on vacation with relatives or your favorite neighbors or friends, then this is your house!!!
David-the manager was quick to respond and very understanding!

Great value!
Large house with plenty of bedrooms (with baths) to spread out, yet large open spaces for gathering. Fully equipped kitchen. Grill out back worked great. No yard for lawn games, but able to use deck to have a kiddie pool for baby and 2 toddlers. House is 20 minute walk to beach, but 2 beach parking passes are included so if the walk is too far, you can usually find a spot a block or 2 from the beach in unmetered parking. Having a wagon for walkers is helpful. Also only a couple of blocks more to Funland - a Rehoboth Beach icon. Less than 10 minutes walk to the tot lot playground with slides/swings. The bridge over Silver Lake with turtles and fish was a hit with the little ones. Able to walk downtown to restaurants. Overall a great house in a great location. I don’t believe you can do better.

The parking passes meant we could drive a car right down to the beach every morning, and the walk was only 10-12 minutes. David was great, and super communicative as a host. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious and open layout
This house is great for a large group. The kitchen, dining and living area is open for easy interaction. I loved the large bedrooms with each one having a full bathroom, plus a 1/2 bath by the kitchen.

My group of 7 friends and I had a great stay at this house. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few meals. The hot tub was a great place to relax. The front porch was perfect in the mornings for a cup of coffee while watching people go to and fro. The main living area and bedrooms were all very spacious, and the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom was excellent. The only funny thing about the house is that you have to walk through one of the bedrooms in order to get to the hot tub.
The location worked out well for us. We had two cars between eight people, so it was nice to be able to walk to town or the beach but also nice to hitch a ride if possible. Parking was a breeze everywhere.
The host was very communicative leading up to the trip and during. No complaints at all!

Well priced dog friendly rental
This was an ok rental for our large family of 8 - 3 generations ranging from 2 to 75 plus 2 dogs. Plenty of bedroom and space to hang out. It sure I’d stay here again though. Furniture was pretty worn out and the dogs were constantly sniffing the wall to wall carpet making me wonder about their cleanliness. It’s also very difficult to access the outdoor shower, hot tub, and grill area bc you have to go through on of the bedrooms. This was pretty annoying for us. For the price though we can’t complain much as this rental was priced below others for the week we were there.

The pictures do not do this house justice! It was beyond our expectations and was the perfect layout for our large family and friends. David was amazing to work with and so responsive! It was a little farther from the beach than I expected but the two parking passes worked out great and we mostly walked everywhere. We were going to bring our dog but decided against it at the last minute and I was glad. There is no backyard other than the deck, hottub and outdoor shower. That was fine for us but would have been hard for our dog. Would definitely recommend and I hope to work with David again as he really made the trip a breeze!
