I am so happy that we rented this place for a week, we had the best time! The photos don’t really do justice, in my opinion! The place is super clean and well kept, everything is in great condition, and the owners have taken great care to be sure that anything you could possibly need is on hand! I had read this in other reviews and I was still very impressed when we arrived! We traveled as a family and it was nice to have board games and DVDs to choose from on the rainy day we had. The property is great and the beach is amazing- nice, sandy and shallow for a great distance! It was perfect for our young kids! If we come back to this area, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spectacular!
My husband and I have rented numerous properties in the past. This property by far was our favorite. The morning sunrise is like non other. The property offers privacy and is quiet and relaxing. The butterflies and hummingbirds made daily appearances. The owners took special care with all the little touches/luxuries that a family would want in their rental experience. Just what our little family needed
I am so happy that we rented this place for a week, we had the best time! The photos don’t really do justice, in my opinion! Morning Glory
The house is beautiful and comfortable and we had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was amazing and appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. were all the best quality. Even though the house is on US 2, it feels private and we didn't notice traffic noise because of the trees between the road and house. Paul was an excellent host. He sent detailed information regarding the property and was easy to get in touch with. He also refunded our security deposit immediately. We highly recommend this property as it far exceeded our expectations!

Comfortable home and amazing beach
Great home to enjoy the beach and close to town. Kids loved playing in the beach and swimming in the lake. Wonderful view of sunrise each morning.

Thanks Paul for opening your vacation home . Very well maintained & clean. Kitchen well stocked with dishes & cooking needs, beds very comfortable. Just a quiet area on the beach. Awesome view on the beach every morning watching the sunrise. Planning our week stay next year.

The owner, Paul was amazing to work with! Answered any questions quickly & was super helpful. This beachfront/lakefront home was cozy & PERFECT for enjoying the beautiful & clean Lake Huron! Kayaks & paddle board provided us hours of fun on the lake!

The perfect vacation beach home!
After viewing many vacation rentals we chose Morning Glory because of its cabiny but yet cozy modern feel with updated appliances, quality furnishings, and remarkable water views. We love the setting as you approach it through a private wooded drive and as you head into the spacious home it is light and bright with fantastic views of Lake Huron. Not only did the kids enjoy the paddleboard provided, but Grandma was in heaven kayaking north along the lake. (kids joked that Alpena police might have to track her down!)
This beautiful beach home was instrumental in providing our family with a vacation filled with treasured memories. Thank you!

We just ended our stay at Morning Glory what a positive experience. Everything was perfect. The house was amazing. So comfortable and clean and had anything you would need. Would definitely stay again. Beautiful area. Promptly received deposit back

Perfect getaway spot!
We loved our time at the Morning Glory and every morning you get to see why it is called that with the most amazing sunrises over the lake. Paul is great to work with and seems to really care that you enjoy your time at his house. He responds immediately to all messages and will provide you with a ton of useful information if you want it. My wife and I stayed here with our three small children and it could not have been more perfect. Everything in the house, from pots and pans to beach chairs to the knives are quality and we really appreciated that! The beach is amazing and the weather was perfect! Thanks for a great vacation!

Beautiful home on a gorgeous stretch of lake Huron
Everything was great. Very up to date appliances, TV, grill. Comfy beds & furniture. We loved our stay. Just remember it faces east, so the sun rises are brilliant!

Stunning beach front home!
Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this airy, but cozy beach front home. Plenty of room for a family with three teenagers. The fact that the property comes with the use of two kayaks and a paddle board added to the fun!

Charming Lakehouse!
We had a wonderful stay here! Everything we needed was available and then some! Comfortably fit our party of seven. Staying right on the beach was awesome!
Paul always got right back to me and I really appreciated his pre-stay information and communication.
We look forward to staying again! Would recommend it to anyone!!
