The property was clean and well stocked for our stay. Short walk to the beach and the towels, chairs, and wagon to take everything along was a fabulous touch. Communication with the owner (even staying there for the holiday) was easy. The welcome basket and personal note were lovely. The fact that the house was decorated for Christmas, including a beautifully decorated tree, was absolutely above and beyond. Thank you for such a nice stay. Would definitely rent this home again.

We had a fantastic time staying at Loris place! We had high expectations and they got surpassed. The location is amazing, a quiet, cute street and very close to the beach. Everyone we meet were so firendly! We enjoyed having a coffee and looking at the sunrise every morning from the patio. And we could catch the sunset at the beach every evening. Lori had left us a lovely note that made us feel so welcomed. The basketball court and the small playground were perfect for our kids when they needed to burn of some energy. The whole family really enjoyed the park area outside. We could find everything we needed! Our daugther even found a basket with toys for indoor play. My husband and I really enjoyed the very nice home decor. Lori was great to have contact with, the few questions we had we got very fast response to. The whole family wish that we can be back soon, although there is a long way from Stockholm. Staying a Loris was the best way we could end our vacation in Florida and will always be a great memory for our family.

Lori was amazing. The property was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The small touches throughout the condo demonstrated the thoughtfulness and care she has put into those who stay. We will definitely be back!

Came here with my family for my birthday for a week. Lori really provided us with everything that we could’ve needed. The place upon arrival was immaculate. Loved the views of the sunrise from the balcony and my husband enjoyed fishing on the beach every morning. There’s a playground and park right out front so my 3 year old really enjoyed that. Overall it was a great vacation and location. Highly recommend Lori’s place and look forward to coming back in the future.

Anna Maria Island should be on everyone’s bucketlist!

This property is in a fantastic location. Quiet and the beach is easily accessible. Lori as a fabulous host. She has everything you could ever think of. She was very responsive and accommodating. We had a late flight the day we checked out so she let us use the beach gear so we could enjoy the beach one last time. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay. Lori was so accommodating and the house is spectacular. From the location with bay views (saw dolphins right outside our window) and short walk to the beach, to a well appointed house with all the essentials, you will not be disappointed. Lori has thought of every detail when it comes to your vacation needs and is such a pleasure to rent from. The home is super clean and the beach wagon and umbrella was much appreciated. We hope to visit the island again and would definitely choose this place to stay.

The home was in a perfect location and the beach was right across the street. Beautiful white sands. I woke up early to do some beach combing. In the evening we would sit on the balcony porch and enjoy some wine while watching the sunset. We found great places to eat. Our favorite was The Freckled Finn Irish Pub. Lori thought of every detail when she organized her home for a rental. The kitchen was well equipped although we only ate breakfast there, it had everything we would have needed to make meals. The home was exceptionally clean. Lori was easy to contact and the check in and out process was easy. I would definitely stay there again! We chose this property because of the stellar reviews and we were not disappointed. Lori was a wonderful hostess, very responsive and helpful. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and with some niceties that you don’t find often, like a healthy supply of K cups and some spices and olive oil for cooking. WE loved the location between the bay and the beach and enjoyed both the sunrise and sunset. Thank you Lori. We will be back.

I can see why this property and its owners gets such high ratings. They deserve it! I'm not sure there's a better deal for the price on AMI. The townhouse was clean and recently remodeled and my wife and I loved the fact that we could sit on the patio and look out over a small neighborhood park and view the bay to the east, while only a five minute walk in the other direction and we were standing on the Gulf-side beach. Also, and this is often overlooked, the set up of furniture in the living area allowed for comfortable lounging and television viewing -- too many places we've stayed stuck their tv in a corner, or next to the kitchen, or somewhere where you have to crane your neck sideways to catch a glimpse of the screen. This arrangement was totally comfortable, just like home. The owners were great. Lori even refunded us one day's rental because I had stupidly reserved for an entire day after we were scheduled to fly home. Now that's nice! Location was decent, although of the two main centers of island activity, it was closer to the Bradenton Beach action than the north end action. General AMI note: We got by on rental bikes and the trolley (not as regular as they would have you believe!) for transportation, but wished we had rented a car. In this Covid era, we cooked a lot at the house. The only grocery on the island is an understocked and criminally overpriced Publix. Anyone with a taste for decent groceries (Trader Joe's or Whole Foods) has to make a half hour drive across the bay to Bradenton. Not exactly do-able on clunky rental bikes, and $40 for an Uber grocery run doesn't cut it. Speaking of understocked, we couldn't even find a place to buy new tennis balls on the entire island. Wished we'd had a car to do some critical supply runs. But back to the main point, the place was great. Try it, you won't regret it!

This was the second time I have booked on VRBO and it exceeded my expectations (we didn't have the best experience in the past). Lori sends out detailed instructions several days prior to your arrival. The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures and it was also a nice surprise to see a Christmas Tree lit up when we arrived the day after Christmas. It is stocked with everything you think you might need during your stay. The area where the duplex is located is nice and quiet. This was our first trip to AMI and will not be our last, I will definitely stay here again!

My friend and I were looking for a vacation spot to celebrate turning 30 this year and this place was exactly as pictured. It’s walking distance to the beach access and trolley stops. Lori was super sweet and communicative. She even got us an umbrella since the original one was broken which is an essential for the Florida sun. Overall really great trip and wonderful place!

The rental itself was lovely, and Lori herself was a lovely host. I’m an RN that desperately needed a getaway after the challenges of the last 18 months, and this was the perfect spot. The rental was clean and cute. I enjoyed reading on the deck, walking to the beach, riding the trolley, watching the sunset… honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place for you.

By far, Lori took the most care and consideration into preparing and stocking her rental. She has thought of everything - and then some. I have stayed in many rentals - most don’t provide more than the bare basics - and usually kind of hodge podge and in need of updating. From the towels to the stocked kitchen and the immaculate state of everything, this was the most pleasant renting experience I have ever had. Lori is someone who takes tremendous pride in preparing her home for rental. This is not just an investment property that is managed by an agency. You will truly enjoy your stay in every way.

This place was so cute! A few minute walk from the beach and a perfect view of the bay. Lori offers many amenities. Everything couldn’t have been better. We’d definitely come back!!
