It's very nice day and it was semi-clean found some food in the bathroom and no soap for the dishwasher and no toilet paper. We have to go buy toilet paper on our own but the price was really nice and everything else but no toilet paper. Thank you.

The air conditioner was very loud and was blowing forcefully on the dining room table. Had to shut it off to eat there. Table on the patio was thoroughly rusted out. If it were mine I would throw it away. The beds were fair but very soft because of the 3 inch foam on top.

We picked this rental because of its central location to town and also that it was dog-friendly. Everything was as described, and the check in process was very easy (stopped by a property office down the road for key code). Our only comment is that the bed is very squeaky- it would be great if this could be replaced, and we had seen this in prior reviews. Overall, a simple and easy place for a beach weekend.

The place was clean but there was an ant problem in the kitchen . If you left anything out with the hour there were ants all over. The Tv in the bedroom had no wires so we only had one channel on that tv.

We’ve stayed at Sea Isle Condos for the past several years now. The location is great with beach access and an incredible pool. Our room was clean and accommodating. I’d highly recommend having the beds replaced as both of them were extremely uncomfortable. They had zero padding and were old and squeaked with every move. We actually rotated to the the reclining chair to get a few hours of sleep. Aside from the beds, it’s perfect for a small family who prefers to stay in for dinner instead of dining in the island. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. We will continue to stay here for years to come.

Showering was an unpleasant experience and we used bottled water for bird baths. Colder outside temps seemed to help, however property really needs a water filtering system to remove harsh smell. Likely perfectly safe to use “if” you can get past the smell. Otherwise - we would recommend this location.

Although the 1-bedroom rental was in fairly good shape, it seemed lacking in beach decor/color. Both full-size beds were very squeaky. Floors could have been cleaner. We were very satisfied with the response of Port A Escapes maintenance when needed to replace front door lock batteries and adjust back door screen latch and also with the friendliness and professionalism of the Port A Escapes staff.

My best friend and I booked this condo for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed, and was located so close to everything we wanted to do. The porch is perfect for sitting and enjoying the ocean views. Loved the pool as well. We will definitely be booking this condo again! Port A Escapes was absolutely wonderful to work with as well, with quick communication and helpful employees!

Check in was easy, coded door lock was easy. Then we walked into the condo and were overwhelmed with the smell of mold coming from the A/C. The smell was so strong that I had a headache for the entirety of our stay. Opened the closet and found a giant water roach(would not have been that big of a deal if I didnt find baby roaches in the kitchen 2 days later. The beds were awful and creaked all night with a pit in the middle of the mattress. Location was amazing, pool was amazing but very disappointed in the substandard accomodations

We had not been to Port A in many years and very much enjoyed our visit this summer! This perfect little condo was great for our small on the go crew. The community is wonderful, nice open green spaces if you bring your fur baby, and the pool is just right! It's a small place - but perfect for breaks from the beach and resting up for the next day. Very clean - everything you need and close to the beach. The community path down to the beach is beautifully preserved. It is a little steep over the dunes. We also rented a golf cart and highly recommend.

Absolutely no frills condo
This is the type of condo for you if you don’t plan to spend any time there. It’s not a place to relax but more of a place to try to sleep. The porch beach view is pretty and the grounds/ pool are nice but the furniture inside is basically patio furniture. It’s nice patio furniture but designed for outdoor seating and very scratchy. Not a place to relax. The beds are not that comfortable and make very loud noises any time there is the smallest movement. The beds would have been somewhat tolerable if they were not topped with the absolute worst sheets that money can buy, they felt like actual sandpaper. They were so thin that you could literally see the blood stains on the bed topper cover through the sheets on one of the beds. If you are not going to invest in mattresses or furniture at least buy some decent sheets because it’s like adding insult to injury.

Conveniently located right next to town and the beach. Beach visible from back patio. The pool was nice and the room was cozy. Our dog absolutely loved it. One thing I wish is they would put a pet waste basket somewhere on the property. There was some visible patch work on the walls in the living room. Also the front door could use a hinge so it doesn't contact the wall behind it. We had no issues during our 3 night stay. However, the morning we were checking out we saw a small german cockroach crawl out from behind the stove. I tried killing it but was unsuccessful. Luckily it didn't affect our stay but I feel this issue should be addressed immediately to avoid any problems with future tenants.

The cons (get them out of the way):
Check in could have been streamlined with a printable window display and code for the door. The two double beds were rough (very loud with the slightest move, lumpy, and not conducive to sleep). We went out and bought two air mattresses the second day and they were worth the money. We would have left them, but I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have stayed in the apt.
The pros:
Far more than the cons. The location? Great. Shower from beach? Awesome. Dog friendly? Yup! The kitchen was stocked with dishes and made it so convenient for us to save money as a family and cook at home. The pool was 40 ft away and we used it a lot. Basketball? Yup! Playground? Yes! How perfect is that for a family with small kids?! We had a wonderful stay and will be back…just with air mattresses ;)

Our family had a great time. We’ve been renting at Sea Isle for years and are always happy to come back. This condo was clean and had great views and comfy beds. Come prepared if you plan to do any cooking; While there are pots and pans there’s no oil, salt and pepper, etc. Overall a great stay!

Hotel was updated and clean. Nice view of the beach out the back door and balcony. The pool was nice. The only downside was that it was upstairs.
