Property worked fine for our needs! Walk to lift, ski home

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at Kim’s condo. The check-in/check-out process couldn’t have been easier, the location was fantastic…proximity to the mountain and ski-home trail were awesome and Trail Creek is very close to tons of restaurants. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and even the water pressure in the shower was great. Small details like that made it a great place to come back to after a day of skiing. The pool/hot tub center was close and also clean and the kids had a blast there. We would stay again for sure!

Our party was four adults (two couples and my 15 year old son) and we found the size of the unit to be perfect. I'm sure two additional children could fit well but bathroom use would have to be timed. There was one bathroom off of the master bedroom and one in the main hall area and we found this to work well. The water was hot for everyone and pressure was good. Our bath had a warming light that was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed but we did not cook there because there are so many wonderful restaurants to try in the area. Check in was easy, we arrived early but explored until 5pm. It was nice to have a code so we didn't have to worry about keys. It was only a short walk from the parking lot to the unit and carts were available (although a bit dirty in the bottom). We drove and had a non-skier with a van so did not use the shuttle service but we could ski right down to the road by the unit. The clubhouse with the pool and hot tubs (two of them) was spotlessly clean with towels, changing area and showers. The internet, even with the unit service was weak , but we expected that given the mountains. It was certainly as good or better than most ski areas. The Killington community is delightful with friendly locals and plenty to do and see. The mountains are gorgeous and the runs are long with short lift wait times except for Saturday morning (and that was in perfect weather with an event on-going so not unexpected). Overall, a fantastic trip.

2 bedroom unit with loft worked great for our family. Heat worked great even when temp hit -26!

I am a ski industry professional that was visiting Killington Resort for a national conference. All rooms were sold out at the Grand Lodge so I checked VRBO and found this property. I am very happy I did. The unit was clean, well kept, and spacious. The instructions and communication with the property manager couldn't have been clearer or more helpful. I look forward to renting this unit in the future- I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Main bedroom bathroom shower curtain was in cased in black mold, cob webs on fixture’s in condo place was outdated old burnt out candles everywhere not worth the money

This place is nice. It is a bit dated in terms of design and décor, but very well maintained (looks like it was built in the early 80's - but that is just a guess). Everything was very clean and in good repair. I found the master bed to be very comfortable, and heard no complaints from the other guests. The place was a little smaller than I expected from the photos and description. There is seating for 5 in the den. The two bathrooms are a bit snug with old-school tub showers. The kitchen was fully functional and we liked the island between the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen had the best set of knives that I have seen at a rental and we appreciated that there was a small collection of spices available. The dining room could seat 8. The location is about as close as you can get to the base of the mountain. There is very little available on the mountain at Killington. This unit is a short 1/4 mile hike to the base lift at Snowshed (mostly level with a little up hill, so no skiing to the base). There are two trails off of the Snowshed slope that you can ski or ride back to complex if there is enough snow. In our case, the green trail to get back was closed, but there was a blue trail to get back to the edge of the complex. My son and I both loved this winding trail and it was great fun being able to ski (ride in our case) nearly all of the way back to our place at the end of the day. For location in Killington this is the best you will find, only the hotel at the base is closer. The hot tubs (2x) and pool are shared by the whole complex and we regretted that they were usually crowded. We managed to use them anyway but had to wait each time. The facility was clean and well maintained. One gripe: We learned the hard way that the shuttle only runs on weekends and holidays. My friends would prefer a place with a private hot tub, in part due to post covid anxieties. I did not mind that too much and would definitely stay here again. I have not done much east coast skiing in years, but Killington is a pretty awesome mountain and the place worked out nicely. We'll be back.

Clean condo in a good location. Owner was very responsive.

The condo was clean and cozy and fit our group well. Adults could be downstairs with teens upstairs in the sleeping loft. Well stocked kitchen. Working fireplace was nice to use at night. Teens loved using the hot tub and pool at the clubhouse. We walked with our gear from the condo to the base each morning and skiied home on the trail that led right to the complex. Overall good value.

Property was perfect for a weekend getaway with easy access to and from lifts. Ski home trail was open which made things really easy to head home for lunch/ for the day. Everything in condo was in good working order. Super easy to locate and access condo, just read the detailed instructions that Kim sends and you won't have any issues. Will definitely be returning for another stay. Thanks Kim!

This property is in a great location, very short drive to Ramshead Lodge and parking area. Snowshed lift is walkable, but our visit was during early season so the lift wasn’t yet open. A few minor housecleaning issues, but nothing major. Anything that was an issue, the owner was prompt to address and resolve. Love the location relative to the activity center and the benefit of getting to soak in the hot tub and pool after a day on the slopes. Overall, a comfortable unit and a good experience in Killlington.

Very spacious condo with all the necessities.

The property had all the essentials. A little worn down as I imagine is the case for most the units in the area. Takes a little getting used to. Overall a comfortable space to crash.

The condo had lots of pots/pans for cooking.. plenty of dishes... salt:pepper and seasonings. Very easy to find with all the maps sent by the owner. AND COMFY WARM BEDS!

Condo was fine if spartan with basic startup paper goods as advertised. Challenging poorly written additional agreements create confusion about monies due without much help from property owner who tries to pit renter against VRBO.

Great place slopeside Killington. Tons of room, comfortable beds. We will definitely be renting again! Kim was great at communicating, super friendly

Kim's condo was a perfect housing choice during a ski trip with friends. The interior was clean and well organized with great features. We really enjoyed the close proximity to Killington base resorts. Community was quiet and great for a relaxed time. Kim was fantastic with communication!

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, close to slope, transportation to and from every 10 minutes, community pool & spa convenient and clean.
