Place had everything we needed and was super close to power and light district (train stop was a block away). Convenience store right across the street for any small stuff we needed. Very cool rooftop with enclosed area for when it was too hot. Awesome place!

Easy location to get to. If you like to walk or run great location to a park, etc. Favorite spot to stay when visiting.

Had a good weekend with the boys and it couldn’t have been a better place to stay. The location alone is worth every penny! Management was excellent to work with and accommodations were as advertised!

Excellent layout for our parents and siblings to stay at during our wedding weekend.

Property was not ready for check in. It was a trash pit. It had a very dark, old hotel feel. We did not stay there went to a hotel. The property owner refunded our money but not the VRBO fee. Never got that back.

Excellent layout for our parents and siblings to stay at during our wedding weekend.

Air conditioning does not work. Service elevator marginally operational. This property DOES NOT SLEEP 16. It is a 4 bedroom place. Layout is great but upkeep and condition poor at best. Property was not ready when we arrived for check in. The place was dirty. A leaking roof caused all kinds of damage that was not fixed. Neglected property in a perfect location. The rooftop patio is amazing with breathtaking views. If you are looking for a place to stay in downtown KC for no more than 8 people and want to have a party on the roof…this is your place. But if you are looking at the pictures of a restored 5 star hotel and think you are renting this 7500 square foot industrial gem, your going to be disappointed. The couch is cheap and uncomfortable. The kitchen equipment and utensils are way sub-par. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING was provided for the stay in the way of soap, hand towels, paper towels, garbage cans, shampoo etc.. The bedding was second rate garage sale materials. The concrete floors, where multiple glass chards were found upon arrival, are dirty and not maintained. Based on the view and location, I give it two stars. Take away the rooftop deck and it would be somewhere around negative 5.

The location is great. The overall space and size of the building is expansive and really enjoyed. Be aware that this building is old and is not up to date. Bring everything you need.

We had the best t time. Elevator was great for the older folks in our group. Kitchen table big enough for all of us to gather together and yet the place is big enough that the introverts could find a spot for their quiet time. Loved being downtown and the roof top is off the hook. Can't wait to go back (this is our 2nd time staying at this property) again! Love the history of the building too.

Perfect place to watch games at place at Power and Light Area walking distance

Great house, great location. Would definitely stay here again. Brett was also very responsive when we reached out.For the price though, the house needs maintenance. Some tiles broken and missing in the bathroom. One of the dishwasher tops is loose requiring a knife to push it up to close. The stove exhaust fan doesn't work. There is a broken light bulb stuck in the kitchen table light, and the house could use a good deep clean.

This converted historic spot has PLENTY of room for all! With a great location that is within walking distance to dozens of places to eat, drink, and be merry, it is definitely worth looking into! Also, only 10 minute drive to Arrowhead for the game!

We loved it! Such an interesting piece of history that you can live in. Can’t wait for an excuse to go back.

The Riger was the perfect spot for a family meet up for my 40th birthday. We loved the historical aspects of the property combined with it's modern touches. It's also located directly in front of the RideKC streetcar, which has free rides into the Power and Light district.

A small group of friends and family stayed here for the weekend - it was an awesome experience all the way around. Brent was extremely prompt and thorough in his communication with us from the very start. The property was amazing, it was clean, and it had everything we needed for the stay. The location is excellent as well - with easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment options. We will definitely be renting this place out again the next time we visit KC!

Top notch all the way around..... prime location near everything with rail car at front door. Condo had all the amenities needed on top of loads of space. Brent was always available to help with any questions or problems. Easy check In and check out. Great weekend in KC.... will definitely be back!!!

We had 10 guys between 30-40 years old that stayed at the property last weekend. The property is in a perfect location and has excellent amenities. The checkin/checkout process was simple and I would strongly encourage everyone to consider staying here with larger groups.

We were only there for two nights but really enjoyed the property. The unit is huge and feels like condo rather than a hotel. The rooftop deck is a great space to relax and catch up with friends/coworkers/whoever you're there with. We also love the location as you can walk to a ton of restaurants and bars. We will certainly be booking here when we are in KC next.

Had a fantastic stay at this property. The location is amazing, the place itself is so roomy and has a fantastic view!

We had 12 team members staying as well as hosted our meetings in the living room. The space was ideal for our team meetings, lodging for everyone, and the kitchen was awesome for everyone to enjoy meals. Brent has excellent at communication and was great to work with. I highly recommend it!
