Great view of the river and bridge. A train goes by occasionally. Furniture was comfortable. Uber rides to down town were easy and cheap.

The beautiful condo is perfectly located in an easy half mile to Broadway (aka Music Row). The unit is very well appointed and equipped. A great gym within the building a big bonus.

Housekeeping did not do a good job. The main bathroom toilet was disgusting. The shower walls had black spots on them. There is a big cobweb on the light above the table.
Heat was 61-63 degrees while we were there. Might want to check the unit.
May want to consider curtains that actually cover the windows rather than just look pretty. I know you don't get that cold that often but still needed. Also the homeless camp across the street made me want to cover the windows at night for security.

My husband & I took my mother-in-law on her bucket list visit to Nashville. We were very pleased with the condo, building facilities & overall ambiance of the building, the view from the condo, the proximity to downtown Nashville, and the restaurants etc. in the area. We would definitely book again.

The apartment views are not of downtown, just fyi. But since downtown was realllly noisy, it was nice to be away from it. We did walk to town and Uber back to the apartment (since going back to the apartment was uphill). Nice and clean. View of River and bridge. Residential neighborhood.

Very happy with this nice apartment. Clean, quiet, a short 15-minute walk to downtown, great views, and a fantastic restaurant (Pinewood Social) very close, where we had 2 delightful breakfasts. Perfect amount of space for 3-4 people.

Great place within walking distance to downtown Nashville but a hike back up hill was difficult. We took Uber when going back to the condo. Place was beautiful and what a great view!

Our family of four spent 3 nights at this condo. The neighborhood felt very safe and we walked to Broadway street each day and Ubered home at night only because it was late and dark. The condo was spacious and clean and very comfortable. We didn’t encounter any issues and we would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Overall the property is nice but the shower in the bathroom by the king bed is disgusting. There is black mold on the bottom of the shower door and also several other places.
We had a communication issue with the owner. We returned to find the door to the unit open. When I called to report it the representative said I was sent an email to let me know they would be painting and the door had to be open for 3 to 4 hours! I told him I never received the email. He said he send it and apologized but the situation was out of his control. Later he sent an email that in fact I had not been notified.
We left valuables with no clue that the door would be open. Not too happy about it. Fortunately nothing was taken but still felt vulnerable.

Love the location of the property. Note freeway and train noise if that bothers you. My biggest issue was the bed sheets were dirty even though the cleaning person stated to mgmt company they personally changed them. In addition there were dirty utensil in the silverware draw; spatulas still had egg on them.

We stayed for a girls weekend in Nashville and this was a perfect spot. Just outside of the noisy area but close enough to Uber very easily everywhere. Recommend staying here!

This VRBO was in an excellent location. Was exactly as advertised and very clean and well outfitted. Communications with owner was easy and prompt. We would recommend it to anyone who wants a place close to downtown.. walkable or short Uber ride. Thanks !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The listing is completely accurate. The view is wonderful. The directions to get into the condo are detailed and easy to follow. Good starter packet of supplies, like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Condo is close to all that Nashville has to offer and is very relaxing to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect! Close enough to walk to downtown, entertainment and restaurants! Also convenient to get an Uber quickly if you prefer. We had two couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. Clean and quiet! Easy check in and check out and the host is extremely easy to get a hold of and fast to communicate back if you have questions or need anything. This apartment was right across from the workout room in the building which was a plus as well! Would definately recommend and rent again!

The only problem we found that the sheets in the guest bedroom was dirty. It was strands of hair in between the sheets. Other than that the location was great. The building and unit was nice.

The unit was beautiful and so very close to downtown area where all the excitement was happening. Could UBER in just minutes to everything. We had one of the best times ever!!! Want to go back!!!

Condo was clean and had most everything we needed for a short stay. Location was good for us. However we had some trouble with entry. The first instruction for entry to the building did not work. Luckily a resident was near and let us in. Once in the building, everything went smoothly.

Excellent condo with large rooms, comfy beds and all the amenities. Awesome setup for two couples with the bedrooms and ensuites on opposite side of condo. Great location, short walk to Broadway and $10 Ubers can get you to most places. We enjoyed the Trolly hop on hop off tour. You have to eat at Hattie B’s and fine dining at Eddie V’s was amazing for a special birthday dinner. We will definitely try to book here every time we come to Nashville.

Very much enjoyed the property and would return on a future trip if available. It was modern and clean, with great views and comfortable beds. Fitness room was excellent. A bit of a walk from Broadway but not too bad - was in a pleasantly quiet neighborhood.

Check in was a breeze and they had a folder full of directions and information on the kitchen counter. All the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had nice and clean selection of glassware and utensils. I would definitely stay here again.

This is just as advertised!! A great location when taking in the sights and sounds of Broadway. The condo itself was very clean and bright. Only downside was the train tooting at 6am ;)

Very happy with accommodations. Comfortable home away from home, well stocked and equipped. 15 minute walk to downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay but only one hand towel in each bathroom and same in the kitchen. No can opener was hard opening cans with what we had. No dustpan to sweep up. The stove was so greasy took several times to get it clean and lot of pans and dishes we dirty could use some rinse.
I hate to complain but just telling you so this can be changed for the next person

Great place to stay if you want a little distance from the Broadway chaos. It is 0.9 mile to Broadway, downhill walk down there but I’d recommend a ride for the way back. Generally safe feeling neighborhood. Liquor store right around the corner and C-store a block away. Great local restaurant right down the hill along river. Stayed here with another couple, each have own bedroom and bathroom at opposite ends of apartment which is nice for privacy. I would stay here again.
