Great space for a family of four and great location. Decor is definitely old school but has a certain charm. Communication with owner was great. Be aware there is no wifi.

Not bad for the price. Quaint but clean. Kind of outdated appliances. Lots of beds, biggest is a twin though. Family enjoyed bird nest outside door.

This property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, with a sweeping view of ocean (though far away) and lovely estuary you can explore.
It is somewhat dated but not “dilapidated” —just like us 4 senior ladies that stayed there. 😁 We each had our own bed, all the supplies we needed, especially the kitchen which was very well stocked. It was mostly clean (maybe needed dusting?) very comfortable. One mile from town / boardwalk, 5 minute drive to Dutch Bro. Coffee (essential!). The only thing it needs is: Wi-Fi! Please? I’ll be back.

The owner is very communicative and clearly puts in great effort to ensure a good experience. The house is very nice and has all the things I'd want in a beach house. It's modest, an older home with very used furniture in the living room and well-used blinds in the windows and such. So, it's probably not for those who prefer something swanky. Still, it's in excellent repair and quite clean -- though do note, the customer cleans the dishes before checkout at this VRBO, so check them before you use them. I re-washed a few. I especially love how there are NO stairs, which is nice for mobility concerns, and the separate bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for a brother-sister weekend. The covered back porch is outstanding, and the view completely serene. It was a gift and we'll be back.

This property is very cozy and inviting. To be right on the estuary and the beach was so fun and relaxing. We were very close to downtown also. We will be back.

Wow - Loved it! We are from Hawaii and we got the full Oregon wildlife experience staying at this Estuary property - the Eagle Family with 2 Fledged hunting low tide, Canadian Geese pairs, crows, Seagulls and a song bird singing to me every morning. Comfortable warm beds, stocked kitchen and amenities, quiet neighborhood, super clean home, nicely heated and the BEST Host Ever Candace Cady. We got our Oregon crab license and caught my first time ever 2 Dungeness crabs for breakfast. We want to come back!

Stayed 4 nights. Super cute and cozy, including amazing fireplace in the living room. Views to rivers and the Pacific shoreline, views always changing with the tides. Well appointed kitchen and large dining table. Close to the Prom and yummy restaurants, walk in the sand right below the property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Our host, Candace was easily reached for questions AND she even shared suggestions of places we may want to visit or dine at. It was a joy, a total magical experience!

Candace was all you could ever ask for and more in a homeowner!! So very kind and attentive to our every need! Her little cottage is adorable, comfortable, warm, and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked and everything is neat, clean, and tidy in the entire cottage. The view from the back is beautiful!! And we got to see the local elk herd meandering through the neighborhood...so awesome!! We will definitely be back again!!

Interior and furnishings are from the 1970's. Place was clean overall, but had mold and mildew around bathtub and rug was not clean. Still had clothing and shaving gear from a previous guest, which indicates the place was not looked at or cleaned very thoroughly between guests. There is a hang down lamp in living room in the open area that is as head level--not safe.
On the positive side, the location is great and the price is reasonable for a sea view. Owner is very responsive to emails.

Seaside is amazing, the house is cozy and very relaxing to stay in . This is our 2nd time staying here and we definitely will again!

I don't even want to say how great this place is because then everyone will want to rent it. It's a hidden gem that I will definitely go back to annually. The wildlife you get to watch from the property is like a National Geographic special.

The property was very clean with clear instructions! Host was great! Location was perfect for our annual trip to Gearhart/Warrenton. We look forward to our next visit!

Candace had excellent communication with us. The location was very close to the convention center which was important to us. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would book there again.

Great home in a nice neighborhood with a nice front and back yard. Cozy and stocked with all the necessities. My family and I did not want to leave once we had arrived.

Love that the beach was the backyard and it was away from the hustle and bustle. Everything we needed was available! We were so grateful that we got to check earlier than scheduled!!

Nice to see the ocean, Eagles and be able to cook our own meals. Had what we needed and it was a great stay.

We aren’t big vacationers so this was a big deal
For our family of 5. Our girls loved how close the house was to the sand & water. They got to go clamming for the first time and loved it.
The house was equipped with more than we expected. The water pressure was amazing and felt so good! The host was superb! She checked in on us and made sure our stay was comfortable.
We will be returning for sure!

Great spot on the estuary. Our family enjoyed paddle boarding and playing in the water. The Cabin is older but very well kept, clean, and stocked with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay.

The home is situated at the end of the street providing quick access to the sand and river. During low tide one can walk to the ocean. The house has beds for 5 and a sleeping mat for a 6th person. The kitchen has everything even a crock pot. The bath and 1/2 was a great addition for a larger family. Fire pit in the back yard to enjoy while watching the sunset.

This house has clearly been loved by its owners. It is decidedly "retro" 1960's, but in the most charming way. It is a very beachy house, nothing fancy, but spotlessly clean and kept up "just so". Very cozy living room area for colder weather, and a lovely big yard RIGHT ON the estuary for clamming and kayaking. We loved it and will definitely be back. Thank you Candace!

Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle but close enough to walk to Seaside board walk. Can walk out to beach from the backyard as long as your sense of adventure is willing to cross some mud flats, and creeks(We totally were). Kitchen decently equipped and Candace was very easy going and communicative.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, kid friendly, and it was great to have a backyard plus a beach area with no big waves to let the kids explore. We found so many seashells that the tide would bring in! The actual ocean waves/beach is a good 20 minute walk from the house, I did miss being right on the ocean and watching the waves right out the window, but they are still there in a distance from this home. Perfect location close (but not too close) to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Check in and out was smooth, we had a blast!!

The location couldn't be better if you want beach front, quiet and space for a family. We loved checking out the estuary and feeling like we had plenty of space, but still being close to town and the activities there. The house has everything you need, including sand toys and books for the kids. We would stay here again.

Also being an older home, but cozy and all you need. Enjoyed the view and the walks along the water. Will go there again for sure. Actually closer to Seaside than I expected.
