Very well maintained.

The condo building is right next to the path to the pool and the beach. Easy access to restrooms and showers. The huge floor to ceiling living room window and slider in the primary bedroom has an amazing beach view! Kitchen is huge with plenty of storage and a washer/dryer. They even have some surfboards to use! Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed at different Shorewood Villas for many years and enjoy the location and pool for our younger grandsons. This particular unit was lacking some things: 1. Needs a deadbolt for safety reasons; 2. Need hook(s) on back of bathroom door; 3. TV didn't work 80% of time. Kept freezing up; 4. Kept losing Wifi as well; 5. Kitchen was not well supplied with pots and pans; 6. TV size(s), especially the kids bedroom, were a joke. 7. Lamp switch in 2nd bedroom is broke; 8. Deck needs a smaller table in order for a family to utilize the space.

Beautiful condo with updated bathrooms and kitchen. And the view! The view is amazing. We watched rabbits, deer, and osprey throughout the week. Shorewood 310 is really the best: close to the pool, beach view, easy access to the parking lot. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was as advertised. Everything was fine. Beautiful view of ocean, nice pool, nice walkway to beach. Definitely on our list for next time.

This property is very tired. It was not well cleaned (the property management offered to send someone in again but we did it ourselves to make sure it was done correctly. The entire unit is in desperate need of a refresh. The bed is absolutely terrible from a comfort stand point. Moldings are nasty, bathrooms are tired, window cranks are broken, screen door barely works. The hot tub that says 12 and over is filled with kids under 10 and no one is monitoring. I would not recommend this unit or complex to anyone. We stayed at another complex last year that was great...north of Coligny circle. The location is nice and the ocean was great.

Love staying at Shorewood. Great views! Dolphins going by. And who knew there were deer in the foliage in back of the dunes. It was cut short this year and we enjoyed watching three deer munching.

Super close to the beach, nice pools (we really utilized that baby pool!). Fully stocked kitchen and amazing view from the balcony. It was very clean and secure.

However this unit was not ready for guests upon arrival and many things were broken or dirty.

Upon our check-in, the floors were still dirty from the previous guests, the bathroom floors were wet, the furniture was dirty, and some of the beds were not yet made. We understood the cleaners might not have finished yet, so we called and within a couple of hours the bathroom floors were cleaned and the beds were made. No effort was made to vacuum or sweep the living area floors, wipe down the tables or counters, clean the fridge, or clean the furniture (couches were stained and had debris). Underneath the furniture was an entire summer's worth of dirt. The master bedroom bed box springs were broken, making for very uncomfortable nights. The showers still had hair in them from the previous guests. And dirty dishes were placed in the cabinets, an unwelcome surprise the next morning.

Additionally, the kitchen only provides the most basic of items. Recommend ensuring cooking utensils and at least 1 non-stick plan and some cutting boards are available for guests.

I did appreciate receiving all the paperwork, codes, and parking passes via mail earlier in the summer so we didn't need to stop by the property management company upon arrival.

Property was in an excellent location and in great shape

We’ve frequented Shorewood a few times and keep coming back because we love the property and location. We won’t, however, stay in this unit again. There were some positives - the kitchen was nice and recently updated and the refrigerator was big and clean, that’s about where it ends. The unit was overall pretty dirty and needed updates. The rugs were gross, the comforters on the beds were stained, well past their expiration date, and literally what you’d fine on a bed at a motel 6. The pillows were so flat my kid ended up sleeping on her stuffed animal all week. The balcony was filthy to the point where our windex and paper towels could not do the job of months of caked on grime. There were no towel hooks (why god why), no overhead lights, no ceiling fans, no decent sized pan for cooking. One of the extra blankets had what looked like cigarette burns on it. The couch was stained. Also, this unit is extremely loud - we could hear everything from the unit above us. I contacted the rental company to ask if they rented that unit as well and if so, they may want to add some rugs/runners to dampen the sound, and basically they told me they don’t rent it and that if I didn’t like the noise to go up there and tell them. I totally was not going to do that (and shouldn’t have to). They also said no one has ever complained about noise before and I went to the listing and went through the reviews and it’s definitely been mentioned. My fault for not taking it more seriously - don’t make my mistake. Or at least take a white noise machine. For the amount of money we paid, I don’t expect luxury, but I do expect comfort. I was not comfortable at all.

Amazing condo. Spotless, beautiful ocean front views, fresh design and all the comforts of home. I can’t think one of negative about this place. I especially liked the keyless entry and ease of having an elevator to make unloading easier. The beach was of course amazing but the pool area was even better. I may have spent most of my time in the hot tub but the heated pool was a favorite of the whole family, big and small. We will definitely look into visiting this gem again!
