Nuestro condominio es A114, ubicado en el primer piso de la Torre. Ha habido varias actualizaciones al condominio desde marzo de 2013. La sala de estar y la cocina son amplias y luminosas. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 'en la sala de estar.
Hemos abierto la escalera e instalado madera dura en las escaleras. En diciembre de 2014, renovamos el baño de la planta baja y reemplazamos los muebles del dormitorio.
Tendrás tu propio espacio de estacionamiento reservado; ¡no es necesario buscar un buen lugar para estacionar!
Nuestra unidad de 3 dormitorios cuenta con una cama king size en la planta baja principal, una cama king size en la planta superior principal con un balcón que da a la arena, y una cama queen en el 3er dormitorio. Ambas habitaciones principales tienen baños en suite. Hay un baño completo en el pasillo de arriba. Las habitaciones de arriba han sido completamente renovadas con nuevos muebles y colchones en 2017.

The property is just as advertised. Great location. Great hosts. Directly on the beach inside of a gated community and away from the super busy crowds of PCB.

We had a wonderful stay in A114! The condo was beautiful and very clean. Our hosts made everything easy for check in and when we left. They even checked on us during our stay! I would highly recommend this property!!

Pinnacle port is located at the end of 30 A right before the split at 98 and front beach rd. There are 2 grocery stores nearby. If you need to get somewhere in PCB or 30 A it's easy to get on the highway. It's far away from the high rises and right by Camp Helen State Park. This means you're not fighting for a spot to place your tent at 5am like you are on 30a as the beach isn't crowded. The chair rental folks aren't aggressively taking up all of the beach like they are in Santa Rosa. It's wonderful! The condo was just what we needed with plenty of space for all of us and the dedicated parking space allowed us to keep our beach gear in the truck without having to carry it upstairs. We will certainly be back as the location cannot be beat! We have stayed on 30 a for years and prefer this location hands down.

This condo has the most stunning views. The master balcony overlooks the water and the other balcony also has partial views, but they look down the beach and are beautiful as well. Parking was easy. Beach access was steps away. Loved having two floors. There was also fresh water fishing behind the condo and lots of amenities, including 2 pools, access to games and books, basketball, tennis, etc. and in the most amazing gated community. Owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. There is an issue with internet and cable, but the owners were great about letting us know it’s out of their hands and should be resolved soon, but something to consider if you need internet/tv. It certainly did not negatively affect our trip. The views made up for it!! Would highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has the most stunning views. The master balcony overlooks the water and the other balcony also has partial views, but they look down the beach and are beautiful as well. Parking was easy. There was also fresh water fishing behind the condo and lots of amenities, including 2 pools, access to games and books, basketball, tennis, etc. and in the most amazing gated community. Owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. There is an issue with internet and cable, but the owners were great about letting us know it’s out of their hands and should be resolved soon, but something to consider if you need internet/tv. It certainly did not negatively affect our trip. The views made up for it!! Would highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay here again.

My mom, aunts, grandmother, and I had a great stay for Mother’s Day weekend! The condo was right on the beach but just note that you still have to utilize the elevator (stairs were inaccessible during my stay due to the broken door). Everything was mostly clean and inside nicely decorated. The view from the master bedroom was lovely! There is a Dunkin Donuts, Publix, and CVS less than 10 minutes away which was very convenient.
One downside was that the Wifi did not work for the entirety of my stay, which put me out a bit on Friday as I intended to work and the internet was a bit unstable upstairs.
Due to COVID, there were limited supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) which we were informed of prior to arrival, so just make sure to bring all of your essentials if coming with a big group.
Overall, I would recommend staying here and would book again!

Great location!
Location and proximity to the beach was wonderful, just steps away! Carillion is a very nice community on 30A, not overly crowded. The condo is an older building, so there is wear. But for the 3 bedrooms/location/price, it's a good choice. Owners were very helpful and kind. Would have liked some extra blankets available and a hair dryer. Thank you!

Lovely Condo and Excellent Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Excellent beach location and not too crowded. Felt very safe staying in this nice gated community!! Would definitely stay here again!!🤗

Wonderful!
Our family of 7 was very comfortable and satisfied with our stay. We had plenty of room and everything met our needs perfectly! The unit is beautiful and very easily accessible, as is the beach. We had one minor maintenance issue and the owner was very quick to respond and it was taken care of instantly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time!! The condo was nicely decorated in beach theme and very homey feeling.
We had 8 people in our party. We had a wonderful time. Easy access to the beach. The kids loved the pool. Beach felt secluded but we didn’t feel secluded from the action. Easy drive to local restaurants and only about 10 minutes from PCB. The only draw back was the kitchen/dining area was a little tight but we managed just fine. The owners were accommodating and so easy to work with. Hope to definitely return soon!!!

Perfect for a girls getaway!
My lady coworkers and myself decided to travel to the beach for a week of relaxation after an extremely busy time at work and we were so glad that we chose this area and this condo in particular! It was super close to grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. but without feeling like you were in the middle of any kind of hustle and bustle. We spent the majority of our day time relaxing by the beach and our evening time was spent cooking meals together, watching movies, chatting and playing games. The condo was clean and felt really homey and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever pots and pans that we needed. The owner was super helpful and responded quickly whenever I had questions both in our preparation for the trip and during our stay as well! We'll definitely be coming back at some point! Thank you for such a wonderful space to get ourselves refreshed!

Great Location with Excellent Space for Kids
We stayed at this condo for our spring beach trip. It was our first time going to Pinnacle Port. We normally go to Sea Grove. We were sad to leave Sea Grove, because we really appreciate being away from hustle and bustle of Destin and PCB. However, we wanted to try something affordable on the beach. This location was excellent. In fact, I think it may replace our normal Sea Grove location. It is far away from all of the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach, but it is close enough to find good eats on 30A or PCB. So, it is an excellent location!
The condo itself was great. It has beautiful views. It was extremely clean. Also, it was very kid friendly. We have two children, 5 years old and 1.5 years old. My 5 year old absolutely loved the bunk bed! Having the bunk bed along with another bed in the second bedroom makes it ideal condo for a family with little ones. Also, the condo owner was amazing to work with! They were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this condo!!

We really enjoyed our short stay at this condo! I wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was really nice and updated. The beds were really comfy! The beach was gorgeous and not crowded at all! The owner, Connie, was so nice and helpful.
