Ofrecemos 2 casas adosadas de fundición prácticamente adyacentes entre sí. Anexo Truman es una comunidad cerrada de seis bloques justo en la entrada a Ft. Zachary playa, a 2 cuadras de la calle Duval, y justo al lado de la Fiesta de la puesta del sol todas las noches en la plaza Mallory. Si bien se proporciona un lugar de estacionamiento ... un coche no es necesario ya que se puede caminar a todo! La casa cuenta con una cama king, 2 camas individuales (o solicitar una conversión a una cama king) y un sofá cama. El primer piso cuenta con un plan de piso abierto con una gran sala de estar y cocina junto con un 1/2 baño y terraza exterior. El segundo piso cuenta con dormitorio # 1 con un baño completo con baño y balcón privado. La tercera planta cuenta con el dormitorio # 2 con un baño completo en suite. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos actualizado y todo lo necesario para cocinar, incluyendo esenciales como una licuadora para aquellas bebidas de diversión, máquina de café para la mañana siguiente, y un horno de microondas por la última noche de palomitas de maíz! Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana y hay un gran televisor inteligente de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar. We recently spent a week in this lovely and very comfortable condominium unit in the Truman Annex neighborhood, and we highly recommend it.
The unit is a 3-level walkup, located in the former Foundry building directly off of Front Street. Due to the manner that foundry buildings were built in the last century to contain fires, when converted to living units they have the benefit of being virtually soundproof. To anyone who has ever stayed in any of the excellent hotels, B&Bs, or guesthouses in Old Town, you'll understand why having a soundproof residence slightly away from the "action" can be a real blessing.
The home itself is extremely relaxing, with a well-appointed kitchen/dining area, comfortable chairs and sofa, and wonderful mattresses.
We have traveled extensively and have rented luxury homes for large and small family gatherings in a wide variety of locations, including beachfront homes costing many times more, but this home ranks very well with all of the others.
Of special mention is the superior management of Craig & Cindy's Key West Rentals which manage a small number of homes in the area. Though everything was well maintained, fully operable, and nicely clean, they provide their guests with the personal cell numbers of their maintenance manager, their housekeeping manager, and themselves.
We have absolutely nothing to say of the slightest negativity about either the home or the management, and are already planning our next visit with them.

This location was absolutely perfect for enjoying old town; walking distance to everything you'd need we never ordered an uber except for to and from the airport. I wish the curtains were a little darker so the sunlight wouldnt wake us up in the morning but overall a WONDERFUL place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a perfect location from everything. There was plenty of space on the patio for all of our bikes (5 of them). It was very quiet and peaceful. The pool is close to the condo and we never had a problem finding somewhere to sit. The condo is decorated nicely and the beds were very comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer. I have learned over the years that this is a must.
A lot of stairs to go up and down. I have to say that was a good thing at times though, with all of the wonderful food and drinks we had. :)

Highly recommend!
My husband, our friends and myself really enjoyed our stay here! It’s very spacious and we loved having a parking spot right outside our building. It also has a washer and dryer which came in handy our last couple days. Everything was near by, you really can’t beat this location. The host was also very communicative, which I appreciate! The only downfall we had was a lack of cleaning supplies. We had to buy trash bags, dish soap and paper towels a couple days in to the stay as there were very little left. A cleaner for the counter tops would have also been useful as we did a lot of cooking. We didn’t find the beach towels until the end when we did laundry because they were in the dryer. Very small inconveniences, but overall it was a fantastic stay and we will certainly be back!

Everything was great!! Check-in / parking pass was a breeze, the townhouse was absolutely spotless (kudos to Marcela!!!), and the location cannot be topped! Our only disappointment was the small pool, which was way overcrowded. Having said that, we would definitely return to this beautiful property!

We got really lucky finding this unit. The location was in the heart of key west and we walked everywhere. Beautiful town home with all the comforts of home and very comfortable beds. Everyone slept great.

Great location and property in Key West!
Truman Annex is so convenient to everything in Key West. Duval Street, Mallory Square, Historic Harbor and more all within walking distance. The gated community is also very quiet. The pool is relaxing as well. The townhouse was just as advertised and worked well for two couples traveling together. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay
We loved the property and location. The only downside was the fact that the gate key didn’t work so we had to always go to the main entrance once the other gates were closed.

Fantastic property!
Great house in a great location. Very easy checkin/checkout and Randy was very responsive when we pointed out a very small problem that needed to be fixed. We completely enjoyed our stay, thanks for providing such a great home away from home!

Everything was really good except the bugs ! Bugs in the bed bugs in the kitchen bugs everywhere !
The mattress on the very top floor ever Denteley hit dog P or human P on it had a very foul smelling smell needs to have a change bedding protected changed

Key West Vacation
We knew we wanted to stay in the Truman Annex. Close to everything we love... only a few minutes to Mallory Square or Zachary Taylor State Park. We rented bikes for the week and loved the townhouse. Clean, quiet and perfect for us. Highly recommend renting from Cynthia and Craig Tellerd!!!!

Relax In Style!
As long time visitors of Key West we have always stayed in hotels, until now. We rented Truman Annex Foundry #14 and loved every minute of it. The unit was very clean and extremely comfortable. Being able to make our own breakfast was such a nice change. The location was also excellent as we were so close to our favorite restaurants and hangouts. We will definitely rent one of Craig and Cindy's properties again. Thank you! Scott & Ruth

What an amazing trip and amazing place to stay!! The place was clean, easy check in and check out. Location is everything and the Truman Annex is the place to be. We will come back and we will rent this place again, and again and again!!
