Great location for walking to hill, ski school, rentals, and dining out. Kids loved the large heated pool (warm enough for mom) that was just across the street. Condo just as advertised.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were great. The hot tubs and pool access was great. My only complaint was the nickle and diming. There is a fee for early check in and late check out which I thought was absurd considering the high prices. There is also the inconvenience of needing drop off keys at the main office by 10am the day of check out (or pay a fee for later check out) and the cars have to be out of there by 10am also. I've never stayed at a unit that wouldn't allow me to keep the car at least until early afternoon while I ski so I opted to pay for the expense Breck parking instead.

We stayed in this unit in September while in Breck. Great location, easy walk to Peak 9 base and downtown Breck.
The unit was extremely clean and well-maintained--we've stayed at many different units over the years in Breck, and this was one of the most well-kept/clean.
Kitchen was well-equipped. Plenty of sleeping space with the bed-set up.
Only area for improvement is the key access--you have to pick up and drop off a physical key at the main mgmt company building in downtown, with pretty firm instructions on time in & out. Would be great to just have a key code to get into the unit instead of needing to take extra trips for the physical key.

We had a great time. The bathrooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the living area had plenty of room for 8 of us to hang out together. The only thing we were missing in the kitchen was cookie sheets, but we picked up some disposable ones at the grocery store. Easy walking distance to main street. Overall, definitely somewhere I would stay again.

Great Mountain Getaway
We had a great stay! Spacious condo with everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. We love that you can hear the river from the balcony and that you can easily walk into town or take a hike without having to drive.

This condo was very clean. The location was perfect, we were surrounded by all kinds of trails and we were only about 15 minutes from downtown Brekenridge, walking. The only thing that wasn't great was trying to get a hold of the front office. We tried to request a late check out but nobody answered our phone call. But overall, great place and would reccomend it.

This condo was very clean. The location was perfect, we were surrounded by all kinds of trails and we were only about 15 minutes from downtown Brekenridge, walking. The only thing that wasn't great was trying to get a hold of the front office. We tried to request a late check out but nobody answered our phone call. The location is great, but upon arrival we were greeted by bags of trash in the hallway from the previous tenants. None of the exterior doors have deadbolts which was concerning. The real problem though was the hair. There was long, dark hair in every single bed, on the pillows, and shower wall. It was so bad we ended up sleeping on the couches and floor. I reached out to the property management multiple times through phone and email. They only returned my call after I reached out to VRBO We were told the condo would be deep cleaned and we would be refunded for that night. Days later, we still have no refund. To top it off, we left that day so they could come "clean" when we returned I was shocked to see the exact same bed blankets that were on top of the previous sheets, and the same comforters. The hair was still on the shower wall as well. I sent photos to the property management so they should've been clear on what needed to be cleaned. This would've been disgusting pre COVID but now it's a health concern. The customer service was abysmal and the manager was extremely rude. I was obviously very upset by the time they finally reached out the next day and my frustration was met with a lot of hostility from Tiana. I'm sure she'd be pissed if her family slept on the floor of a vacation rental after a long day of travel too. There are far better places to stay, don't make the same mistake we did.

The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, 3 big screen tv’s and there is 3 full bathrooms! What more could you want! I would definitely stay there again.

Make it crystal clear in add that pool and hot tub are closed until ski season. Maybe take hot tub photos off listing. It’s deceptive.

Girls getaway
Great property, great location. We chose this location for the pool and hot tub but this was not listed as “closed for the season” when we booked the room on 9/2. We paid +$200 more for this larger unit to swim/relax mountainside, pretty disappointing. Also, the fireplace is the unit did not work, so we were successful getting help addressed this either.

Wonderful Breck Condo
My 9 friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo! We had 10 people and the place was spacious and the beds were great. Would recommend to anyone staying in Breck. Quick walk to everything downtown!

4th of July Fun
This was a very nice property. Great update. Great location for walking everywhere. Wish we realized the office was in the back of Christi Sports. Love the idea of the free shuttle but never needed it. Enjoyed all of the activities for 4th of July. Would definitely book this again.

Awesome place to stay right by the ski lifts!
Loved the commodity and the space we had there.
It was great to be walking distance to rental place and to the ski slopes.

Outstanding condo- convenient to lifts
Condo was clean, updated & kitchen well equipped. Beds were comfortable- even the pullout couch! Short walk to the lift.

February 2018 Stay
Our stay in the Tannenbaum II was amazing! The place was clean and fully stocked with all the kitchen implements we needed. We were easily able to fit all 10 of us. We also enjoyed how close we were to the slopes, we walked every day and the great in and outdoor jacuzzi facilities. Overall 5 stars!
