This is by far one of the best places we have stayed. The location next to the river is amazing. We will be back to this house!

Property was in a nice quiet area. Met some friendly renters next door as well as super nice couple boating in river. River was steps away which was nice but a boat or kayak is recommended if you are wanting to catch big fish. House had all necessities we needed. Upstairs porch was nice for our game night. Bedrooms were a little on small size but manageable. Master bed is not large. We did not find beds comfortable but could be our personal preference. There were not alot of eating options super close that were super interesting. Local IGA for groceries. We were only minutes away from Dale Hollow Lake and Mikes Landing Restaurant. Also only few minutes away from TN line. We were able to explore into TN a little. Also enjoyed a bit of a drive to Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo which we all enjoyed. Not too far away from Lake Cumberland also. Would recommend and look forward to staying here again.

LOVED the gorgeous properth and Harvey and Mary were right on top of it when the smoke detector battery went out...we will DEF rent this property again...Beautifully decorated inside ans out

This property is absolutely wonderful! There is so much space and privacy and the outside area cannot be beat. Right on the river with a boat ramp just a short walk down the hill and a huge grassy area beside the house that the dogs loved to run around in. The house itself is perfect, spacious and has everything you could possibly need. We even forgot coffee and were so pleased to find they had both coffee and sugar. Unfortunately it rained both evenings so we weren't able to take advantage, but there is a lovely fire pit and they even provide firewood for a small donation. An absolutely wonderful place to stay and we hope to be back!

The property was beautiful. The house was very dark, but clean and had everything we needed. The only problem was the air conditioning is very loud while trying to sleep. It rained most of our day on Tuesday, so we couldn’t bbq or use the fire pit. I really wanted to sit out by the fire pit but the rain just wouldn’t allow that. Thank you we had a nice relaxing visit , which is what we were looking for.

This property is welcoming. It has everything you need. My husband loved fishing right from the bank. Our dogs loved the quiet and walking the property.

We had a great stay here for my son’s 13th birthday. It was a good central location to the Wolf Creek Dam and Hatchery for trout fishing and to Grider Hill Marina for a striper charter. The icing on the cake was the boys being able to fish in the backyard when we were at the rental! The rental was a nice, private setting but still close enough to town that we could take the kids for pizza. Also, the cabin was outfitted with anything you would need. The beds were super comfy and the kids loved the carpet ball game on the pavilion. As a side note, this place was VERY dog -friendly. Our pup felt very so at ease and comfortable here. We will definitely be back!!!

We rented this property to have a weekend family Christmas for family that lives far away. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the place was beautiful!

This cabin was exactly what the listing described. It was beautiful, quaint, and quiet - the perfect getaway. Right on the banks of the Cumberland in a remote location, the cabin offered a great rooftop view of the river with lots of outdoor things to do, and games to play. Given the colder weather we had, we stayed indoors except for sitting by the firepit one night. But there is plenty to do on warmer days. Inside, the cabin is clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining, and living room, plus washer/dryer. It is appropriately "country" themed and decorated beautifully. The owners of the cabin are super friendly, and very responsive. Their check-in/check-out process is seamless and easy. We will definitely check the availability of this cabin again in the future whenever we want to get away from it all for a few days!!

Our second stay at the property was just as great as our first. Great property with all the comforts of home and still the peace and quiet of the outdoors. 5-stars!

This place was the best place we have rented way beyond our others. Everything was so clean, they had everything you needed. It is right in the water so fishing was a plus. Town is right down the road if you need something. And it’s very roomy. We will def be back for sure

Owner was there when we arrived. So friendly and courteous. The cabin had anything you needed to feel at home. Clean, well maintained right on the river. Just absolutely beautiful place. We will be back!
