Friendly helpful staff, water brought every day

I would recommend giving actual duvet, sheet or blanket instead of towels for the bed.

Receptionist and workers were extremly nice and accamadating. Right next to the beach and good restaurants too!

The location is great. Just a very short walking distance (4 min) to one the beast beaches on Koh Phanghan. The hosts and staff are very friendly. The Bungalow was very clean and comfortable. It had both an ac and fan and a small fridge which was great for storing fresh fruits. The bed was comfortable and big and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Every three days they will clean the room and change sheets. The only awkward thing was that they didn't provide blankets but big towels instead. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The owners are the sweetest and friendliest hosts you can hope for. Accommodation was less than a 5 minute walk to Mae Haad Beach. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. Large bathroom with a hot shower that had good pressure. Aircon was very powerful. My boyfriend enjoyed relaxing in the hammock on the terrace.

The doorframe to the bathroom was very low. My boyfriend bumped his head a few times on it while going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The bed and pillows were too firm for our liking. Only a large towel was provided to be used as a blanket.

I lived and travelled around Thailand for more than 2 years now and PIM Bungalow is by far the nicest staff we’ve encountered. The rooms are clean and spacious and the location is near by the beach.

The owners are fantastic! Every member of the family is supernice, friendly and helpful. The location is just 200 metres from a beautiful beach and a nice bay. The place is very clean, quiet and cozy.

The owners were really helpful. Great location with a little store run by the owners that has everything you might need. The bungalow was exactly as shown on the pictures - spotless and really cute. We would definitely stay again :)

Very clean place, led by family, cheap cold bear at the arrival was a bonus! Place was close to the nice beach. You can also rent a motorbike. Owners were very helpful with everything and very kind. They also borrowed us adaptor to charge our phones.

The place was hard to find by taxi drivers that were offering transfer. At the end we gave the phone and taxi driver called the owner that explained quickly where is the place.

Family run place with a couple of bungalows and a little (only basics) supermarket right next to it. Very kind and helpful people! Family Mart in the village was closed so we had to go to the next village for some things. If you come a little prepared this shouldn't cause any trouble. We just decided to stay for another 2 nights and will be happy to discover the nearby nature...

Very clen and comfortable bungalo. Not exactly at the beach but not far from it. We had a nice patio where we could have our meals. The garden is pleasant too.

Spacious room, with big bathroom; big patio; clean; fridge and kettle; very close to very good beach; good restaurants close by; happy, helpful family manage Pim’s and good shop onsite.
