Our family's vacation here in Emerald Isle was wonderful. The house was beautiful and everything we needed was there. The area was quiet with close proximity and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed family nights on the deck with the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. It was very relaxing. We would visit here again.

We loved the hous!e. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and all the appliances worked! The location was a convenient easy walk to the beach. Communication with Chris was quick and easy. We recommend this place for any family gathering.

The house is beautifully decorated, and the paint choices make it cheerful and fun even if the weather is not great. The carpet and furniture need a thorough cleaning but absolutely loved the sunroom.

Incredible Stay
Awesome beach house that is an easy, short walk to the beach. My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay here and we will definitely try to book again. Highly recommend this place and everything about Emerald Isle in general.

Perfect for Us
We absolutely loved our week in this house. Once we arrived, I immediately messaged to Chris to let him know we appreciated his attention to detail and the decor. It felt like we were in a house in the Keys. We are know stranger to Emerald Isle or vrbo. The location was great and this house met our needs as a family. Two thumbs up!!!

Great Christmas!
Great Christmas getaway location for a visit with family. Weather was wonderful, beach was not crowded at all and the home was great. In my wife’s words, “these people understood the assignment.” We had a great stay and are considering making this an annual event!

Howell Review
We enjoyed this house. Four bedrooms 2 kings, 1 queen, and 2 twins. Great kitchen, family room, and sunroom. Very bright and a lot of sun and only short 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Linens were dry cleaned which was nice. Only issues need TVs in each bedroom, need to clean blades on all ceiling fans, and make the game room feel more appealing because it just feels like a dark basement. But all in all we would recommend this place.

Great getaway!
Loved the space and colors of the rooms. Enjoyed the sunroom and being able to walk to beach was just a block away.. The only negative would be walking up stairs. Not ideal for elderly or people experiencing joint pain.. You have to climb stairs to bring in groceries and more stairs to bedrooms.

Great weekend! This home was all that we hoped for! Location was great, the home was clean and I loved the way the home was decorated! If we are fortunate enough to head back to Emerald Isle again in the future I hope to rent this VBRO again!

We chose this home based on the pictures we saw online and it would work best for our family girls trip this year! The pictures do not do this home justice! It was nice and private very short walk to the beach, the ping pong table was a huge hit and it was a beautiful home! We loved the colors and you could not help but be happy surrounded by such beautiful colors. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware we needed! Owner responded to all of my questions promptly no matter how silly they were! Will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the property. It was our first time staying in Emerald Isle and we enjoyed the short walk to the ocean. The home was well kept and the ping pong table was an easy favorite!

We had an awesome time staying in Chris’s beach house. It’s located in the middle of everything and a super short walk to the beach. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 5. We will definitely be back again. Chris was an excellent hope. Highly recommend!

This beach house was perfect for our family! It was so beautiful and had everything we needed. The property manager, Chris, was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond when we had questions before our trip.

Everything was great accommodations were perfect for the 8 of us. Chris was easy to work with!
Property was overall pretty clean! the only thing we found that could have been better was the air conditioning filters we extremely dirty & the bottom cabinets Pots & Pans were thrown in, I found myself straightening things out! There was a broken shower door in one of the bathrooms!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated With beach vibes and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals in. Access to the beach was very close. Chris, the property manager, was very nice and easily accessible by text. He provided all information to access the property prior to our stay. It was very thorough and we had no problems during our stay. We loved this property so much that we’ve already reserved it for our vacation next Summer!

We had a great family beach week!
We just got back from a great week at the beach with our family. We thoroughly enjoyed this house. We especially loved the sunroom for early morning coffee and the decks/outdoor speakers and ping pong tables for the late afternoon fun and evening hours. We will definitely be back!

No issues at all with the property or check in process. The house was clean and we'll furnished. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The location was great, just a short walk to beach access. Will definitely use again in the future.

Wonderful Vacation
Early vacation for us this year and the house was perfect! Great location, friendly neighbors, beautiful decor, new appliances, very accommodating. A short walk the beach, lifeguard patroling made us feel safe, an added bonus of beach wedding one afternoon. Thank you Chris for sharing your home and we can't wait to come back soon.

Trip of a lifetime
My husband and I, our sons and daughter-in-laws came to North Carolina to show our sons the Marine bases where they were born. The he was lovely, very comfortable, spacious and everything we needed. The owner was very welcoming and responsive. Great place to stay with only a short walk to the beach.

Another amazing stay.
We always love staying at the house. It is always so nice and clean and has everything you need and just a short walk to the beach. Love the new makeover of one of the bedrooms. If you need anything Chris is always easy to reach out to. Love this place so much and can not wait to come back again.

What a beautiful house! Location was great (close to the beach access)! Lots of amenities (ping pong table, PS2 console, cable, bikes and some beach gear)! We loved the decorative flare in each room! Highly recommended!

Cottage beach stay
It was very clean and a nice place to stay. The kids really enjoyed it! They enjoyed the ping pong table and bicycles!! It was nice to be close to the grocery store and not to far of a walk from the beach itself.
