The house was an excellent get away for my family. We had a great time.

The layout of the home is perfect! The bunk room for parents with their child(ren) was the best and a true lifesaver! The screened in porch and hot tub were relaxing getaways and watching the wildlife along the shore made for the perfect quiet time. Three baths were also a large plus! Not to mention the H since we were all there for the Hart wedding!

We picked this home for our small family gathering and it didn't disappoint! The views from the back yard are amazing and the house is lovely, it's so cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the town of Azle, there is plenty of amenities close by, and loved that the big city was just a short drive away. Fishing off the dock was fantastic. Overall, the rental is a 5 star in our book and is one our list of ones we'd like to revisit.

What an impressive property! Pictures don’t do it justice. Huge yard, gorgeous sunset. House immaculate and organized inside and out. Very nice to have the kayak for our use. Quiet part of the lake. Good fishing too! We will definitely be back!

This was the coolest place, wish we would have had longer to enjoy it. Beautiful setting, very clean and so many items available including games, toys, beach towels, great stocked kitchen, etc. Also great communication from the owners....

Not even once did I hear any of the kids utter "I am bored" on this Spring Break getaway...there was something to keep all of the grandkids in our family group (1-yr-old to teens) happy. Even though, the weather wasn't perfect (often chilly & windy), the hot tub was warm & inviting. There was plenty of fishing going on from the dock--catching mostly catfish (using minnows & nightcrawlers). The yard had a playground for "the littles" with plenty of space for outdoor games for the older kids. The home was SO clean & cozy (stocked with indoor games, puzzles, toys & multiple TVs). We felt right at home and hope to visit again! *Also, when we weren't able to get the fire pit lighted (to make Smores), the owner was quick to respond.

We loved the layout. Very relaxing with comfortable beds. Great view. We'll be back.

This was our second trip here. The location works great for meeting in the middle with our extended family. Perfect layout, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The backyard is lovely - Gorgeous view of the lake and plenty of space for kids to run around and play.

My daughter got married at the orchard and this house was minutes from the venue. It was on the lake with a stunning view. The house was clean, furnished nicely and very comfortable for my family. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We celebrated a wonderful Thanksgiving with family. The house is immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Our grandchildren enjoyed the backyard. It was easy to prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen. The hosts have created a very special lakeside property.

Could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. The house was lovely and very well appointed with linens, games and anything else one might need for a stay. Beautiful yard and outdoor area. Comfortable and homey. We had a wonderful stay and would return in a heartbeat!

The property was exactly what was described, communication was excellent. Home was roomy with space for everyone to relax a/c ran great the whole time! Kitchen had a wide variety of dishware and cooking supplies, the ice maker was an extra bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!!

This property is very clean and comfortable. It felt like home. The lake is very nice. We used the dock for our 25 foot surf boat. The water was low but we managed. Not that anyone can control that. I would recommend this property to anyone. We will nlbe back.

This was a great home for us to stay and be able to help my 90 year old mother-in-law rest and be ready for a wedding in the area. We live about 5 hours away so having a comfortable place for her to rest was important. It was extremely comfortable and clean, for the most part. There were tons of necessities provided in a very thoughtful way. I will ding the place for a couple of things. Mostly the outside deck area was unusable because a sticky sap-like substance that was coming from the trees or some type of insect was covering all outside surfaces, including all seating surfaces. It would have been nice if the rather high cleaning fee included having the deck cleaned prior to our arrival. Not only was the entire area covered in sticky goo, the deck itself was filthy as evidenced by my black feet after walking on the deck for a minute or two. The only other thing I found less than ideal was the back king/bunk room which feels very cave-like as it has no windows and rather strange lighting. It also felt as if the air conditioning did not reach that room as well as other rooms and this created a situation where most rooms were very cold in order for this back room to be barely cool. Lastly, the king size bed in this cave/room was extraordinarily hard, and I like a firm mattress. Again, I still rate the rental as a 4/5 in that it was mostly a great experience but wanted to point out those things that you might want to be aware of before booking if those things are important to you.

Very fun and relaxing long weekend with my husband, adult children and sig others. Great location on the lake and a lovely home. We spent most of the time in the water or on the back deck overlooking the water and enjoying the breeze. Would definitly book again.

My friends and family had a wonderful time at this property. Very clean and excellent communication with the property owners. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future! Would also be perfect for a family get away!

If you are looking for great, kid-friendly place to spend time with family and friends, this is it. There are lots of toys and games for the kids, easy lake access for the water lovers, and tons of catfish just off the pier for the fishermen. The hosts have done a great job making the house feel welcoming and it has everything you need to make it home away from home during your stay. It is also a place where you can get away from it all and still have access to groceries and anything you might need to buy just minutes away.
