Enclavado en Guayas, esta atractivo condominio por 32 € por noche es una fantástico opción para su próxima escapada. Actualizado amueblado 2 hab, 2 baños condominio con una vista completa del Océano Pacífico. Pisos de baldosas mejorados, hermosas puertas de madera han sido mejorados. Amplio balcón de azulejos con conexión para su hamaca, vista al mar de 180 grados, comedor, sala de estar, sala de estar / oficina, cocina, cuarto de lavado. Esta unidad tiene un estilo de decoración colorida de Sudamérica. Toda la unidad es liviana y brillante, y el clima te permite mantener las ventanas abiertas para que entre aire fresco y dulce. Baño principal tiene un jacuzzi para 2 personas y una ducha vertical. El segundo baño tiene una hermosa ducha con azulejos. Este condominio está cerrada y tiene una piscina y estacionamiento. Justo en la playa Costa del Pacífico en un pintoresco pueblo pesquero. Transporte de autobús y moto taxi justo en frente del condominio. A poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes. Durante todo el año de 70 grados a 85 grados. Caminatas por la playa, cáscara / coleccionar piedras. Observación de aves, ballenas y delfines desde el balcón. Surfboard, para surfing, parapente y cerca de 25 millas al campo de golf MontiCristi. Centros comerciales de nueva construcción en Portoviejo y Manta, así como instalaciones médicas cercanas. Este pintoresco pueblo de pescadores tiene mucho que ofrecer, especialmente pescados frescos capturados todos los días y verduras y frutas frescas. Solo traiga su traje de baño, protector solar, lentes de sol y cepillo de dientes.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean . We had a few problems that the owner addressed quickly like when the air conditioner broke they fixed it. The manger of property was awesome but the house needs some serious updating, everything metal was covered in rust and cracks in ceilings, walls and the smell of gas from appliances was bad enough to get headaches. The TV was broken, allegedly taken from the neighbors trash can some years ago....but the property manager Jim helped everytime we asked, he made it bearable as he is simply awesome and so very friendly and helpfull. The other people who live in the building are wonderful and super helpful about the town. Being only 31 dollars a night....worth it...even if just to meet Jim :)

My wife and I have never been anywhere in South America and Ecuador has long been on our bucket list. The property manager was outstanding to work with, and was super responsive on every question regarding the local area and places to visit and things to see. The property is very secure and safe and is literally right across from one of the most amazing beaches ever the beaches in Ecuador are absolutely gorgeous, and there’s virtually nobody on them in comparison to Hawaii, or other places in the Caribbean. The local/native people are the hardest working people in the friendliest people and my wife and I toured a good chunk of Ecuador from this property and found that consistently throughout the entire countryside. Everybody is amazing, random strangers on the street or just happy people in general, and make you feel so welcomed. Even with the language barrier, it was easy to communicate with most everybody I would recommend this property and this country to anybody who wants an amazing adventure, and 8 Absolutely Beautiful Pl..

Overall, it was a great stay. Had some communication problems initially but that was rectified early on and the weekends tend to be noisy (loud music) in the evenings, but even that is done by 10 or 11pm. Monday thru Friday is heavenly and sleeping with the sound of the ocean and cool breezes is indescribable. Will definitely be back.

Overall, it was a great stay. Had some communication problems initially but that was rectified early on and the weekends tend to be noisy (loud music) in the evenings, but even that is done by 10 or 11pm. Monday thru Friday is heavenly and sleeping with the sound of the ocean and cool breezes is indescribable. Will definitely be back.

The view alone is worth the price paid for this rental. The nightly sunsets viewed from the patio were spectacular. The condo itself does need a little "TLC", but overall met our needs. It could use an iron, a new coffee maker, and a repair to sink in the master bedroom, but overall for the price, it was absolutely worth it. The property manager, Jim, was available to help with questions and local guides/drivers which was super helpful. He was prompt if we had any questions and helped right away with any needs. The property was very safe and secure; it is gated so everyone who enters needs a key to even get into the property. As noted in past reviews, it is pretty loud on Friday and especially Saturday nights, so keep this in mind. But the beach is right across the street, the neighbors were super friendly and helpful, offering us rides to whatever we needed. This is NOT a touristy area, it is a small village, so if you want all the tourist shops, this is not for you. You will be able to get fresh baked goods, produce, fish, meat and basic necessities at the local markets, but big shopping is in Manta or Portoviejo. I stayed there 3 weeks and it was very relaxing and wonderful!

My daughter and I (plus her service dot) traveled to Crucita and stayed at Joy and Harold's condo. Jim the property manager was very efficient on multiple things: from getting a driver from the airport in Manta to bring us to the condo (and back), getting us some groceries since were arriving late and nothing would be opened, guiding us in finding what we needed in Crucita, gave us a ride to his restaurant on the hill La Loma where we had a fabulous time enjoying a meal with an amazing view. Jim certainly made our stay a very enjoyable one. I would highly recommend this location. Thanks Jim for all your kindness and Thanks Joy and Harold for sharing with us your lovely home.

Amazing stay in Crucita!
My daughter and I (plus her service dot) traveled to Crucita and stayed at Joy and Harold's condo. Jim the property manager was very efficient on multiple things: from getting a driver from the airport in Manta to bring us to the condo (and back), getting us some groceries since were arriving late and nothing would be opened, guiding us in finding what we needed in Crucita, gave us a ride to his restaurant on the hill La Loma where we had a fabulous time enjoying a meal with an amazing view. Jim certainly made our stay a very enjoyable one. I would highly recommend this location. Thanks Jim for all your kindness and Thanks Joy and Harold for sharing with us your lovely home.

Enjoyed the stay. Hope to return. A little difficult to locate but that is the only low point. The beach is great and went there daily. Great view and just across a small street. Nothing between the condo and the beach.

Absolutely lovely condo in a fabulous location
When we walked into the condo, we were blown away with the beauty of the condo itself, the decor is quite lovely. What was even more amazing was the view. Walk out onto the balcony and there is the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing. There is a lovely pool and lounge chairs to relax poolside while watching the waves crash. Walk across the street and there is the ocean. The condo is very secure with an attendant on duty during the day. During the week, the town of Crucita is very quiet. Things pick up on the weekend with Sunday being the busiest and noisiest day. The condo itself had everything we needed with a well appointed kitchen and laundry. The master bath jacuzzi tub is fabulous and the shower with multiple massaging jets was a treat. I cannot say enough good things about this place. There are full time residents on the property that are very friendly and can advise you on where you might find things. The property manager, Jim, was wonderful. He met us at the property late at night and answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations on places to eat. There are not many stores on the beachfront, but there are restaurants within quick walking distance. Also, the tuk tuks are plentiful and cheap and can take you wherever you need. I highly recommend this as a great vacation location.
