Bueno, no te preocupes aquí!

Great house beautiful location

Beautiful setting on the Yellowstone River. Large house to accommodate 8 adults and 2 teens. Location only 15 minutes from Livingston, easy drive. Fully furnished with everything we could want. Bed linens, mattresses and pillows so soft and comfortable. Loved the hot tub. Peaceful location.

This property is aptly and as described in the VRBO listing. Communication with the owner was good and he quickly responded to my queries. My suggestion would be to change the check in and departure times. Check in make it earlier than 5:00 and check out later than 10:00. Those are late hours after traveling and early before leaving. Understand it takes time to turn over properties, but most hotels have a more generous check in and out policy. Otherwise, the house was well stocked with kitchen items and spices. Comfortable living room and great views of the Yellowstone River and mountains beyond. The hot tub worked when we were there which was great. Two levels made it easy to separate adults with no kids and adults with kids.

This place was the perfect stay in the valley. Unfortunately the weather didn't agree with our ambitious plans during our stay, but this property ended up being a wonderful place to hang out throughout the rain. The different areas to congregate left us never feeling crowded

Expect the house to be hot and filled with bugs in the summer. There is no air conditioning, so the home slowly bakes in the sun. With all the shades closed, the interior temperature reached 79 degrees when it was only in the mid 80’s outside. Even when keeping all the doors and windows closed, the house filled up with bugs. We couldn’t use one of the bedrooms because without ever even opening the window in that room, it was filled with hundreds of flying insects coming in through gaps in the window. Each day, the sinks and showers would be littered with new carcasses of insects. The walls and blinds were studded with bug carcasses. We woke up to bugs in the beds. Every meal at the dining room table was like a picnic, in that ants and flys couldn’t be kept out of the food. When I informed the owner, JT, that the bug problem was out of control, he called to YELL at me, stating that it was my fault because I didn’t close the screen door to the front door the first night (the door had been propped open by his staff, and the front door itself was closed). He knew the screen door was open because watches the home through several security cameras he has mounted around the property. He was difficult to deal with due to his vocal escalations. I wouldn’t stay in the property again if it were free.

The view from the deck is absolutely spectacular! House is very well equipped and a great location between Livingston and Gardiner. It was so roomy for the 8 of us.

A very good place to get away, but still be close to areas of interest.

The house is wonderfully convenient between Emigrant and Livingston, offering a beautiful respite on the banks of the Yellowstone River. JT is easy to communicate with and a great host - would love to come back soon.

We had such an amazing time! We saw 2 moose, too many deer to count, even a fox! The view of the river is beautiful! The beds were so comfy! My granddaughter that is 3 started crying when it was time to leave and stated she never wanted to leave this place. We really had that much fun! We had 4 couples and 2 kids and this place was more than enough room! We hope to be back!

Great Location 50 minutes north of the park and 15 minutes to Livingston. The views are unbelievable, and the backdrop of the Yellowstone River is incredible. The home has a well-equipped kitchen with just about any seasoning you could want. Sitting on the back porch and listening to the river is a must. JT was quick to respond to our questions and was on point with his suggestions. Hopefully we will be able to get there again.

The location was perfect. Amazing vistas, walking distance to the Yellowstone river, privacy, close to epic hikes/horseback riding/fishing. I would definitely return.

Plenty of space, bathrooms and kitchen had all the essentials. The view of the river and mountains was awesome. It was great that there are 4 bedrooms for all my wife and I and our 3 kids and their spouses. The bunk room with 3 beds worked out well for the grandchildren.
Over all, I don’t think anyone had anything to complain about and a good time was had by all.

The home we stayed in was by far in the poorest condition of any we have stayed at for the last 8 years. The advertising photos made the home look really nice but in reality a few of the cupboard doors would not close, the basement bathroom shower dripped all day and the paint was peeling on the walls from that. It was exceeding hot in the home during the day as the windows and doors are quite old and very inefficient. We used blankets to block the sun so that helped. We were confined to a very small area so there was nowhere to even take a good walk. Every where around us was private property so we were not able to go very far without trespassing. The ad made it look like we had a huge property for our grandkids to run around in and in reality there was a small fenced in yard with hardly any room to play. We did have a lot of beds which was nice and the view from the deck (also warn out) was beautiful but the home itself was very expensive and not at all worth the money we spent. We would not rent this home again and are now concerned about the next time we rent a VRBO.

We enjoyed our stay at Green Acres Lodge. Would just recommend ceiling fans for the other 1st floor bedrooms other than the master, due to the warmer than normal temperatures. Thanks!

The location of the property was ideal for our family activities. The views of the mountains and the river were fantastic. We had a group of 10 and had ample room and never felt crowded. We were unfortunate to be there at the time of the great flood of 2022. Yellowstone was closed before we had a chance to get there and were a little bummed out. JT was in touch with us during the flooding and tried to keep us informed. We found other activities in the area to stay busy and still had a wonderful vacation. The only complaint we had was that the house was a bit dated and could use some face lifts, but was still very livable. We would very much recommend staying here though.

Best views of The Valley from the deck in the morning w coffee to evening happy hour. Hot tub same views. We incorrectly assumed the River was for us to enjoy all along its banks, I guess we made the assumption from the photos, however, access is obtained by walking a bit to the beach area where there is shade and a picnic table to enjoy. Still lucky to have River access, just can’t drive to it, nor walk on the private land between house and river. I would def stay here again. House is big enough for all to spread out, kitchen well appointed and organized, pool table, horseshoes and darts also. Owner very handy to communicate with. And beautiful yard w big shade trees to relax under.thank you for sharing your property, JT!

This home was all it was advertised and more. Very comfortable and well appointed. Less than 45 minutes to Yellowstone North entrance which is much less crowded than going in through West Yellowstone. So much room in this house to find a quiet place to relax or enjoy the open concept upstairs that allows conversation between those cooking in the kitchen and others lounging in the living room.

We were traveling with multiple families and our children. The basement was perfect for all the kids. The house is very spacious which was great for our group of 13. The view from the deck is amazing!!!

I've stayed in Paradise Valley a few times and this is by far the best place I've stayed. The pictures for this property really don't do it justice. The views off the back deck are spectacular, with the location being centrally located to Yellowstone Park, Livingston, Chico, Emigrant, & Gardiner. JT and his Property Mngmnt. Team were very supportive and quick to respond to any text questions we had. They even brought us fans due to the high temperatures. (You won't find many places with AC in this part of Montana)
With 10 people staying in the house the front bedroom got pretty hot from the sun hitting it all day, but we got creative and one couple used the basement pull out bed/couches and they were fine.
Also of note: the signs on the property that lead you to the mini beach & river access are pointing the wrong way, just follow the map that was provided inside the cabin.
This trip provided a lifetime of memories and it all started with this property!
