The house was great, especially the pool and gym in the basement. Location is perfect, close to town but also private and quiet. The property manager was responsive when issues arose (problems with AC) and contacted the appropriate people to come and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

The most important thing for me is cleanliness. The house was immaculate and I am very fussy. (I clean hospital rooms for friends so they are safer?) No peeling paint and chipping walls here. Everything was really up to snuff. The owner was lovely and her house manager was extremely efficient. We called him to help us work something and he was there within the hour.

We enjoyed an incredible 2 week vacation at Conny's beautiful home. The house is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need, especially the kitchen designed for serious cooking. The pictures do not do this place anywhere near justice. It is a gorgeous and comfortable house that my family and I enjoyed immensely. The communication with the owner and property manager were wonderful. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. It was spotless and comfortable. We loved having a full gym and ping pong table, and the pool and yard are magnificent. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and is accessible to the beach and town. The communication and attentiveness of the property manager was excellent. We would be thrilled to stay here in the future!

This property was even more than what the photos showed! We had such an amazing time staying at this beautiful home. Michael the property manager was wonderful and the owner as well. Communication was easy and check-in/check-out was great! We enjoyed the whole home as well as the outside with the beautiful pool! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Stayed with a group of 5 co-workers for an editorial event in Watermill. The home was perfect for all. Mike, the house manager, was extremely helpful and replied to any questions promptly. Loved the gym! Would definitely recommend for pleasure or business stay!
