First time in Aruba for our 30th wedding anniversary! What a wonderful trip!!! We absolutely loved the condo, so clean & has everything you need. Pool area is very nice & just out the back gate is short walk to Eagle Beach. Sie was very helpful with all the info prior to trip. We will be back!! Thank you!

We loved the modern decor. Outstanding view. Steps from Eagle Beach. Well maintained property. Exactly as stated on the listing. Well equipped kitchen for those who cook. Superfoods grocery is super close and convenient if you need to pick up items. We had breakfast and lunch in and dinners out. All of our restaurants were fabulous. Highly recommend BLT at the Ritz, Flying Fishbone,Barefoot on the beach, El Gaucho. Loved the sunsets from the large balcony. Check in super easy. Highly recommend this place. Just amazing. First time In Aruba. Go Snorkeling and rent a car to tour the island and the beaches for yourself. Jet skiing was awesome. Sunset cruise 5 stars too.

This condo is the perfect place to stay in Aruba. It’s just steps away from Eagle Beach, the hosts have everything you’ll need for your stay. Chairs, beach towels, coolers are all in the condo for your use. Lots of places to eat within walking distance too.

It was a beautiful place and the view was amazing and every bed room is off the balcony. I would stay here again. ♥️🇦🇼

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Easy communication with host and check-in/out. Perfect location right across from beautiful Eagle Beach and short taxi rides to restaurants. Very comfortable and clean apartment, nice terrace + view, great to have chairs to take to the beach. Didn't stay by the pool because we love the beach, but the grounds are lovely and well-kept. Stayed with a friend so we each had our own BR/bath. The security guards at the entrance called taxis for us in the evenings - very easy, and everyone is super friendly. Would absolutely recommend!

Everything about the location and the property was amazing. Eagle Beach is gorgeous and just a short walk across the street. I would suggest waking early to secure a hut, otherwise there is no shade. We spent afternoons at the pool, which was the perfect way to wind down the day. The property manager, Sie, welcomed us and kept in contact throughout our stay. She was wonderful and represented the owners well. We would definitely stay again!

The process of renting and checking in was so easy. Sie was the best! She made it so welcoming during move in day and was always available if we had questions or if there was something we needed. We were three hours late getting there but Sie made sure she was there to greet us and that we were comfortable. The condo was in a very convenient location. Easy walk to the beach and the pool and surrounding grounds were beautiful. We all had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

Our stay was to be for 8 nights 9 days. Very pleased with the location! We found this location was central to a lot of things that interested us. Great communication with the property owners and host. Instructions the host provided in advance to our arrival were helpful. The property and surrounding grounds was immaculate at check in and very well maintained. The host provided us early check-in, in which we were thankful for. However, We felt a bit rushed with the host's schedule and availability to meet us for early check-in. Possibly mailing the key or leaving it at the front desk would had been better. Or having a keypad on the door with a keycode for entry. Thankful for the beach chairs, we used them daily! having a refrigerator with built water and ice maker was great for filling our water bottles. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the evenings, having screens on the slider glass doors would had been a nice addition. The condo is beautiful, but feel it is average for the price. A downside are all the fee's associated with renting. I was aware of the fee's at booking but limited on what rentals were available at the time. It seems that VRBO has increasingly raised their fee's which is becoming a turn off. Thank You for sharing your condo with us. We enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend Eagle Beach for your stay. Close enough to all beaches but quite at night. Eagle Beach is the beast beach. LeVent property grounds are amazing. If you have been to Aruba before or your first time I would highly recommend this location

My family and I stayed for 8 days and it was an amazing experience. This condo is near food, shopping, and the beach is just a short walk from the condo. We made it a point to visit as many of the beautiful beaches on the island as we could and this place was right in the middle of all of them. The owner was super easy to communicate with and everything g we needed was already there. Beach chairs, towels, even a cooler. Highly recommend this place and I’m picky lol.

This was a belated honeymoon for my husband and I. We originally looked at the Divi resort and when our newlywed friends asked to join our trip we changed to a condo option. This property was gorgeous, the staff and other owners or vacationers weee absolutely amazing. We got tons of advice from the other visitors on where to eat, sites to see, and stores for groceries. I cannot say enough about the location of the condo at Eagle Beach. I cannot wait to return and will reach out to this owner again for their condo. Absolutely in love with the layout, the view, and the island.

My first trip to Aruba. I researched many different places to stay, and I picked a winning place. Immaculate. Very spacious layout and the balcony had more room than other units.. Well stocked kitchen. Great attention to detail and visitor needs. So appreciated the beach chairs and the coolers. The pictures are spot on. The grounds were attended to every morning. To the pool, out the gate, and arrival to Eagle Beach! ( go to the left to avoid crowds). Many restaurants and grocery are walking distance. I looked around me and will not consider staying any other place.

The condo is exactly as pictured. Very nicely appointed. Sleek modern feel. Very well equipped kitchen. The laundry room was so nice to have…we should have all packed less! That room also has beach chairs and coolers….perfect for the beach which is only a block away! The property’s ground are very well maintained and constantly being cleaned. The barbecue area is really nice too. The big Superfoods is less than a half mile away. The next time we come we will barbecue more than the one night we did this time. Lastly, Sie, the property manager, is excellent and highly responsive. We will definitely be back…..it is such a deal!

The property is in a prime location with Eagle Beach right across the street. Restaurants within walking distance and a beautiful sunset view. Sie is an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with.

The property was exactly as advertised and pictured. Two master suite set up was perfect for two couples. Pool area was immaculate and extremely well kept. Beach was less than 200 feet away. Also, a great upscale restaurant virtually shared the parking lot with the property. Finally, the property manager Sie was a superstar, answering questions via text like a professional concierge. Great time and excellent service. Sie extremely helpful and so friendly. Love the balcony and views. We hired a private chef for an evening Angela Bella Aruba and she was fantastic and food was outstanding. The super food grocery store has everything you need. The bakery has freshly made breads and desserts. Thank you for supplying us with beach towels, chairs and coolers. The beach was lovely and lively watching the wave runners and catamarans ride by. We had a much needed wonderful time and your place could not have been any nicer and accommodating. See you in 2023!

We stayed in this condo over the Holidays and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was me, my husband and our two kids (2 year old and 7 year old). The management company was amazing to deal with and super responsive. We asked for a high chair for the little one as well as a crib and they were nice enough to accommodate us with both requests. In lieu of a crib, they provided pack’n’play which was large enough for our little girl to sleep in. Our girls shared the room and had their own bathroom & shower! One downside that I have to mention - we couldn’t take showers at the same time because the water was cold! So you have to use one shower at a time to have the hot water. Condo had everything we needed to live comfortably for 2 weeks. Washer & dryer was my savior with 2 kids who constantly needed something to be washed and dried. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need to make a meal! They even had the best pots and pans, the ones I use at home - Calphalon and All-clad! And they had a bottle of white wine and some water for us in the fridge waiting for us which was very nice! Supermarket is conveniently located across the street & another one 5 min driving distance. Supermarkets in Aruba are awesome! Lots of European products but everything else that we have in America as well. Beach location is perfect, although you do have to cross the street to get there. With 2 kids, we found it easier to drive there in our rental car as we didn’t have to carry chairs, etc. On the beach you can rent umbrellas & chairs although for a hefty price. The umbrella is $25 and chair is $10 per day - so If you want to be on the beach every day by the water - be prepared to pay for the umbrella! Beach chairs are provided by the condo owner, so you don’t have to rent those but our baby wanted to sleep on the beach, so we ended up renting a lounge chair for her daily. The pool area is nice although the baby pool was always a bit dirty. Also the pools in Aruba do not have heaters so for us it was a bit cold. So we preferred the beach. But there is also a nice jacuzzi at the pool area! So often times we would go there to warm up after swimming in the pool. Overall beautiful amenities and very well kept building! This condo is great for a family or a couple or two couples! We already booked for next year and cannot wait to come back! Thank you 🙏🏼 so much for this amazing experience!!!

Just amazing! This was perfect for our family of four. Everyone had their own space and the views from the balcony were fantastic! The place was immaculate. The location being right across from the beach was perfect. Eagle beach may be the most beautiful beach we have ever experienced. It was very clean and also very quiet, but still far the opportunity for water sports, etc. Sie made the check in and check out process a breeze. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Our stay at LeVent was awesome! The property manager Sie was so helpful with directions, check-in/out and anything we needed. She even went out of her way to find a high chair for our 9 month old which was so helpful! Condo location is steps from Eagle Beach and the condo has all the beach supplies you need. We would definitely rent this unit again for another family trip to Aruba.

There are beach chairs and noodles to make your beach time easy and the pool was very quiet and relaxing. We spent all day, every day at the beach with local dining within walking distance. Eagle Beach is your closest swimming beach and the water color is indescribable. Thank goodness there is the Super Food grocery store. The prices are comparable to Whole Foods and the selection is amazing. We totally enjoyed our grocery shopping trips and trying unique food items. This condo was better than we had hoped and made our vacation a wonderful memory.
