This property was great for our family! It was so nice to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us and the property was clean and well-kept. The little pond was great for fishing and kayaking and the beach was perfect for the kids to play. Close to fryeburg and North Conway we went to each town multiple times for things to do and places to eat. Definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

The property and the home are spectacular. We spent a wonderfully relaxing weekend cross-country skiing, watching the beautiful deer and attending the Stone Mountain Arts Center. As always, everything was perfect! Thank you Vin and Linda!

We arrived at the this property at 8 pm after Informing the owner we will b checking in around that time . As per checkin instructions the keys were to placed in between the 2 front doors. To our horror on a cold night with 5 kids ( youngest being 3 year old ) there were no keys found . This area has NO NETWORK, we had to leave the kids with a few adults near the house and one of us drove back to closest city Conway (25 mins ) to be able to make a call . At 8:45 we call the owner who doesn’t answer to our call or texts . We decide it is time to reach out to VRBO SUPPORT . Mind you we are in middle of no where parked on side of a small road making these calls .. we explain the whole situation to support agent and they try to reach the owner who doesn’t answer so at this time they tell me that “we will book you another place” from this point on @9:15pm to an hour into the call 10:15 they just drop the call and never call back on the call back number . Being completely aware of the fact that we are at a remote place standing by a road to make this call. I call back and they say ‘travel department is working on finding a place” @ 11:30pm I get on chat with support again using the case number and by this time I have given the same info 12time to different agents . VRBO is aware of kids and my family being stranded and did absolutely NOTHING . I would never advise anyone to use VRBO again . This was my worst nightmare come alive . I was scared for my safety and my kids well-being . We had to struggle keeping the kids fed and warm at that late hours of the night . The next morning owners did respond to our messages and worked with us also provided a partial refund . This booking was done over a month in advance and it was heartbreaking to have such an experience so far away from home (I travelled form georgia and my other fam came form Kansas , Vegas and New York ) . I know we are all going through issues in life but this was just beyond my imagination. To this day VRBO has not returned with anything for the case I opened . VRBO SHOULD TO BE ASHAMED OF HOW THEY HANDLED THIS CASE AND HOW THEY LEFT US STARNDED .

Great home on a beautiful private pond with a fire pit and volley ball set up. Linda was flexible with our dates and very helpful. Close to the Saco and beautiful trails. We had a great weekend! We will definitely be back:-)

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect for us. There was 13 of us (ranging from 3 to 65) and there was plenty of space- never felt crowded and the extended dinning table was great for dinners and games. Kitchen was fully stocked, outside seating, swimming area, bedrooms with plenty of space, I cannot think of one negative thing to say.. we are already making plans to book again next year.

We had a fantastic time on the property. We had read all the previous reviews but were excited when we arrived to find that it was even better than the pictures advertised!

We have loved staying here for a couple days every year. We have three family's with young kids that stay here together. We love the ease of walking down to the beach area and our own private spot. There's lots of outdoor eating areas which is great. Beds maybe need a little tightening as some squeak and the wifi is a bit spotty. But overall a great comfortable getaway!

The inside was spacious and well stocked. Great location close to hiking and biking but also close to shopping in Conway, NH and StoryLand for the kids.

There was quite a storm and the owners and Whit were very helpful checking on us, plowing is out, and keeping us well stocked with wood for the fire so we stayed cozy. We had a bit of a miscommunication with the check-in process, but Linda was very responsive and made sure we figured it out. The property itself is gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the deer crossing the snow.

Nice and cozy, though spacious. Very well kept. Great remote property to enjoy the outdoors. Close to everything you need. Highly recommend.

The property is outstanding - very clean, comfortable, and cozy. It's the perfect setup for fun times with friends and family. The kids had blast sledding down the hill. There are also some great walking/hiking trails around. Linda was great with communication and made sure our stay was enjoyable and problem-free. We had a great time and we would love to do this again in the summer when it's warm.
