Great location and access to beach. Condo was not clean, floors needed to be mopped! Beds were uncomfortable, linens stiff and scratchy. Thought the condo was pet free but there was what appeared to be “fur” under the sofa. Everyone in my family left there with allergy problems.

We loved Adagio G405! This is a great corner unit full of light and beautifully decorated. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need. We loved the air fryer! Very comfortable and clean. The bunk beds were larger than we expected which made our 16 year old very happy! We loved the location too and look forward to coming back in warmer weather!

We rented two side by side condos to accommodate our family for a week of fun in the sand and sun. It was our first time to stay at Adagio, but certainly will not be our last! We were delighted with the condos’ furnishings, modern appliances, and location. The pool was wonderful and the proximity to the breathtakingly beautiful beach was perfect. We weren’t expecting quite so many stairs - they provided a bit of a challenge and prevented us from using a beach cart. We would absolutely recommend Adagio as the ideal vacation spot!

Heated pools and hot tub were awesome and made the mid-March trip enjoyable. Security guards were so pleasant and the 3 bedroom suite was so beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped and we took advantage of the outdoor gas grills. Can't wait to come back to this little corner of 30a!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Adagio G405. It was exactly what we needed as we had 7 people in our condo. We all had plenty of room and the living room and dining room served our needs well. Our only complaints were the amount of kids in the hot tub and the lack of towels and wash clothes in the condo.

We were extremely happy with this rental and would definitely return. The unit was beautiful, quiet, and a great location. Our kids loved the bunk beds. We came with our 2 kids and my husband’s parents (so total 4 adults and 2 kids), and there was plenty of room for all of us.
As others have mentioned, be sure to rent your beach chairs and umbrellas ahead of time, as they are likely to be sold out. Popular restaurants book for dinner weeks in advance, though you can get carry out from some.
This was first time to the 30A area, and we will definitely be back!

The good...We really liked the look of the complex, its location and how clean it was. There is very quick and easy access to the pool and beach. The size and look of the pool which was never crowded was very nice. The unit itself spacious and has a large deck with a great view of the pool and all of the palm trees surrounding it. The pool looks great at night! The bad...The unit floors were dirty and the bedroom carpet was in rough shape and needs replacing. The bottom of my feet were black before we were done unpacking. The deck needs more comfortable seating. The only two hard deck lounge chairs could use some cushions which may be nitpicking but I would have liked to sit out on the deck more, especialy at the end of the day. Overall, this unit could be awesome with a few fixes. We really liked the complex and will probably come back again.

We have stayed at the Adagio for about 6 years and absolutely loved it and we have recommended it to countless people over the years but after our experience this summer we will never stay there again and never recommend it. We had an incident that was handled totally inappropriate and unprofessional by the security guards and management. I sincerely hope other vacationers are not treated in the manner that we were while on vacation at the Adagio.

The room was amazing. The pool area is great but hard to enjoy unless you get out at 8am to reserve a chair - which the pool rules say you can't do.
The pool chairs all had towels on them and no people when we went out. The kids in the pool were jumping & diving off of everything even though signs are posted. The pool at night was pure craziness.
We were told there was a mandatory evacuation due to hurricane Michael, and would receive further info. We did not receive anything telling us we could return to the property. We have been told that we will not receive credit or a refund b/c we did not purchase the optional insurance.
We held up our end of the deal. We paid and left the property in good condition when forced to evacuate - I feel that the owners should in good faith refund or credit us. It was after all a hurricane and mandatory evacuation.

These were two of the nicest condos we have stayed at the Adagio. Being in building G gave you the best of both worlds, next to the pools but also a short walk to the beach. The condos were all equipped perfectly and were great for kids. The Adagio staff was also very attentive to any needs we had and quickly fixed any minor issues we had. Definitely coming back to these condos.
