My friend and I stayed at Helen's place and it was perfect for staying in North Tahoe. Super close to the grocery store, we walked as it is on the other side of the property and you get into the parking lot by the gate in the complex. Helen was very easy to get a hold of and answered all our questions. She had snacks, wine for us on arrival. Very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again!

We just returned home from a fabulous time at Helen’s very spacious and perfectly located condo in Incline Village. Helen was an incredible host and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo was very clean, spacious, and well kept with a fully stocked kitchen, and lovely outdoor patio. My family was very comfortable with three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The location was fantastic and had direct access to Third Creek’s beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court. The condo is also walking distance to Raley’s grocery store and the many other amenities nearby. We would absolutely stay at Helen’s condo in the future for our annual Incline Village vacation.

The townhouse is in a nice community with easy access to a grocery store, restaurants, walking trails, a community pool and spa, and lake activities which are all within a walking distance. The property is in very good condition, well maintained, comfortable, well organized, and supplied with everything we needed for a great stay. We found that our host, Helen, was a very proactive communicator and available to answer a question or provide a recommendation if needed. One observation we had during our stay is the majority of people in the community are residents or friends/family of residents. With that said, we felt it was important to understand and support the local HOA rules during our stay, and there was no issue doing that.

Excellent accommodations. Helen, our host, was very responsive and the house was well appointed. There wasn't anything we were missing and the walkable path to the community pool (usually we had the pool to ourselves, depending on the time of day.) Proximity to shopping allowed for a quick walk for groceries and anything else you might need) The Hiking, biking and kayaking was outstanding and close by.
we were 2 couples and having 2 "master suites" was rare and we loved it!!

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at this location. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location (within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants), and cozy. Lake Tahoe is minutes away and we were able to access many sites within a 30-minute drive. The townhouse is well equipped for a very enjoyable stay. Helen was extremely helpful before and during our stay. We hope to return in the future!

The location is perfect, really 20 seconds from the super market, 5 min from the Diamond Peak ski resort and 5 min from Hyatt Casino and Lake.
Helen is amazing, it was like having a second mum, she took care of us in multiple situations, always ready to help also in a pro-active way. Wonderful. The house is perfect, it has everything. We learned and played Chinese checkers, and Blackgammon, she has also interesting books about Tahoe. The kitchen is a heaven. And the couches are extremely comfortable. We were lucky that it snowed during our stayed, they handled extremely well, nothing to be worried about.
The bath with the fire is a must try. My wife spend at least 1 hour every day there. She loved it.

This was a return visit for our family to this fantastic townhome. There are amenities galore to be found at this property.
It is located in a beautiful wooded and secluded and gated location yet so close to the lake, shopping and other fun things to do that you'll enjoy.
Helen, your host, is marvelous and almost instantly responds to you should you need help or have questions regarding your stay in her property.

The unit was exactly as pictured. Exceptionally well-supplied. Plenty of thick, fluffy towels. Helen was a pleasure to work with, answering all questions clearly and promptly. Highly recommend this unit!

The home was perfect! We’ve stayed in many rental homes and this one was by far the best. Clean, organized, supplies, and amenities.
Helen was responsive to my many emails and texts! She even made some great suggestions which were very helpful to us.
The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and stores, as well as the supermarket. We were also able to walk on the lovely 3 minute trail to the the pool and hot tub. Everything you want to see in Lake Tahoe is close enough to this property where you don’t have to drive forever to get to it. I highly recommend it, and will surely rent this place again if we should come back to visit in the winter.

Excellent property!!
I only have good things to say about this property and owner! The townhome was extremely clean, and every need had been anticipated. There was a basket of goodies left for us to enjoy, as well as bedside candies! What a nice treat! Helen (the owner) provided a notebook full of recommendations and information for our use. She was also very quick to respond to any of our questions and made checkin a breeze. I highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area!

The property is lovely and very comfortable, with amenities galore. The house was clean, the host welcoming and responsive. Short driving distance from Sand Harbor parking, from which East Lake Trail and beaches are easy to access. Grocery store next door, walkable. Highly recommended.

Beautiful facility
We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and all of the extra amenities that were included. The only thing we wish the HOA would reconsider is having 1 or 2 guests for dinner or breakfast. My son lives closeby and we only see him once a year and could not have him over for breakfast or dinner. We abided by the rules and took food to his condo, and understand not wanting large parties, etc. but wish there could be some consideration for families like ours. That said, Helen was a perfect host and her condo was immaculate, comfortable, and enjoyed by all.

The golf course was a perfect spot for sledding and was a short walk away. The grocery store (Raley’s) was just out the front door to the left through a private gate. It was perfect!
The spaces have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. One of my favorite amenities were the fire places! Those made our White Christmas feel even cozier!
I HIGHLY recommend staying here. We’re going to look into staying here in summer next time!!

Helen was SO extremely helpful throughout our trip and was easy to get a hold of. We came down for Christmas and apparently it’s snowed more in the last week than it has in the last 10 years! So we definitely got that “white Christmas feel”.
The golf course was a perfect spot for sledding and was a short walk away. The grocery store (Raley’s) was just out the front door to the left through a private gate. It was perfect!
The spaces have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. One of my favorite amenities were the fire places! Those made our White Christmas feel even cozier!

Wonderful, peaceful place to stay as we enjoyed the 4th of July in Tahoe (our first visit to the city). Helen was very attentive, and the property had all we could have asked for - we really enjoyed the walking trails and streams right outside the front door!

perfect property for a week in Tahoe
exactly as represented in the listing, every thing you could need was included. Home is very well cared for. Plenty if dishes and kitchen for the largest group. Towels, sheets etc were all high-end. Well worth the value !!! and the WEATHER was perfect.

We absolutely love this home. It's in a wonderful complex in a great location. The kitchen is always stocked with the basics-- it feels like a second home. The only negative is that it's often rented and unavailable, so book early. Helen is the best host, she is super nice and always easy to reach.

From the moment we walked into the house, we were met by a wonderful welcome basket thoughtfully prepared with snack. The house was spacious and very clean. The rooms were perfect with extra bedding. All of the bathrooms were stocked with everything we could need. The owners have stocked the house with everything a family could need for vacation in Tahoe, from sleds for the snow to sand and beach toys, BBQ and all of the amenities. My family will definitely stay here again. We can not recommend this property enough. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The layout is spacious and perfect for a family. I loved gas fireplace in the master bedroom and bath. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Townhome and Location was perfect
Everything exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked there was nothing we needed that wasn't there. Excellent Deck with a great BBQ Grill we used it every night of our stay. Even the TV with soundbar worked out great for catching a 49ers game. The secret gate to the shopping center was perfect for a quick trip to the Grocery store. The property was gated and felt very secure and quiet. The location was central to all the Trails for mountain biking and used the garage to store our bikes. If I could give more stars I would! Love the place and Helen was very responsive to any questions we had. Hope to visit again soon!

Attention to Detail!
This property is exceptionally nice and centrally located for all your vacation needs at Incline Village, Tahoe. And that attention to detail…Staying there is like being at home with all the accessories you could ever need or want. From a welcome basket to chocolates by your bed! What else could you ask for? The property is next door to a Raley’s shopping center with several restaurants and speciality stores. The property is close to Highway 28 to quickly take you to your particular Tahoe destination. On top of it the townhome is very quiet.
Helen, the homeowner, stayed in contact with us using the VRBO messaging system, willing to help us should we have any issues with the property or need help with the rental. We left an item in the townhome after leaving and before we noticed the loss Helen had texted us a picture of the item to confirm it was ours and had it mailed back to us! You can’t go wrong choosing this beautiful Incline Village vacation property!
