Desde la reserva un acoso de whatssaps, la gente intenta ser simpática y es cansina. Piso totalmente mal adaptado, sofá cama roto, la cocina figura como amueblada pero falta desde un abridor de vino hasta cacerolas, sin hablar del apagón que tuvimos y nos tocó cambiar de piso, y a todo eso en el mes de enero en Granada sin calefacción, porque lo que tienen ahí no se puede llamar así. No entiendo los buenos comentarios de la gente, ya no hay amor propio y nos contentamos con todo. El ruído de la plaza Trinidad con los jóvenes no te deja dormir. Un verdadero horror de frio. Y a los casados cuidado con los mensagens “cariñosos” de la gerente.

The location was fantastic! Across from a plaza with several cafes for drinks and breakfast steps away. Close to everything... Granada Cathedral, shopping, hamman. Our apartment was nice and cozy. The terrace was delightful.
The best thing about the trip was our concierge, Rosie, available 10 hours a day with Whatsapp. She gave us wonderful suggestions! Don't miss the Savon experience to eat at a local's home. The apartment has all the cleaning products you need and coffee pods for several days.
The written directions and photos to enter the codes outside the door were incorrect. The door to the mailboxes and lockboxes was closed so we thought it was an apartment. Could not open door to apartment with key. Finally Rosie told us to pull the door toward us while turning key to the left. Wish there had been directions on how to use washing machine.
The 4 poster bed in the photo is not your apartment. They are all different. Ours was cute but could use some TLC.
The pool is on top of an unattractive roof. No chairs. It is for wading/cooling off, not swimming.

Location was great. Right by lots of shops and cafes and in front of a nice plaza. Penthouse apartment has a great balcony with a nice view of Granada. The rooftop pool is small but a nice option for hot summer days.
The elevator didn’t work for at least half of our stay and we were in the penthouse on the 5th floor! The other apt we rented was on the 4th floor, so that was painful as well. Also, the power went out twice while we were there. Other issues: there are no extra hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes and no luggage racks in the bedrooms to place your bags. Once these issues are resolved, this place would be perfect.

Before I even reached the apartment I had loads of contact and advice from my amazing host Rosa. She was so kind and helpful and really made me feel so looked after. Having been to Granada several times this year this was by far the best location. The apartment was very well equipped, spotless and the views were stunning. It was such a bonus having the rooftop pool as the temperatures were in the mid 30’s. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Rosa for making this special trip so wonderful 🥰🥰
The only thing I would say, not that it bothered me was the pool needs some minor repairs to a few tiles, but certainly didn’t affect the used of it.

Spacious apartment, modern, clean, well designed and comfortable. The kitchen island is huge and was able to cook meals there. Bed is comfortable and bedroom is silent even though apartment is in the center. Excellent location to walk anywhere in historic center. The host was always responsive and helpful. Extra towels. Great warm lighting. Felt homey and welcoming in the apartment. I loved the apartment overall and felt very relaxed there. Building is safe and felt secure.
If I had to be picky about it, I just didn't like the tall chairs that sit under the kitchen island as they were too tall to really sit in and eat at the same time. The chairs were not practical. And one other suggestion, to put a side lamp in the bedroom as an alternative to the ceiling lights.

Great apartment with nice interior, well equipped and in a good central location. Everything is within walking distance.
The rooftop with the small pool is a bonus and you have a great view over the city. It would be nice if it were equipped with some chairs or sun loungers.
The host was very nice and helpful. Good check-in instructions, available all the time and gave recommendations.
We travelled with a baby and pram. There is a lift in the building but to get there you have to go up a staircase. It was manageable but you have to carry a potential pram etc. up.

Stylish apartment with everything you'd need for a long weekend. Bed was firm as well. The capsule coffee machine was a nice touch.

The apartment was really fantastic, well designed and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well kitted out with everything we needed. Incredibly central to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Apollo Homes.
If you’re sensitive to noise, pack some earplugs. And if you wanted to make the apartment perfect, new pillows needed. Feather pillow on top and a good quality normal pillow underneath will give added comfort.
