The breakfast at the Restaurant is brilliant.
Free entry to the historic village.
Beautiful view.
Very nice and helpful employees.
Missing kitchen eqiupment, e.g. oil, pasta strainer, salt and pepper only in tiny bags, scissors. I recommend to eat at the restaurant if you want to stay and only for 1 night, otherwise i think it's to expensive for what is offered.
Somewhat sparsly decorated, without any pictures on the wall.

A very nice place and a very comfortable cottage. The equipment can seem old at the first look but it fits with the global atmosphere

The location was amazing - we visited other villages with Rorbuer (Reine, Hamnoy, Henningsvær) and can confidently say that Nusfjordveien was the most peaceful and beautiful

Wonderful cabin
Very well furnished and equipped
Amazing view
No black out curtains, it was hard to sleep with the midnight sun
No soundproofing at all - but that’s a given in wood cabins, you just have to hope the neighbors will be considerate and quiet

It was absolutely stunning. It felt like a quieter area than some of the other places I stayed in Lofoten, which felt very serene, but there were also places to eat walking distance. Highly recommend.

The location was great!
Nothing to complain about!

Location, views from the cabin, fireplace, well-equipped kitchen and friendly staff.
The bed was softer than I am accustomed to, but sleeping on the mezzanine quickly solved my problem.

it's in an old fishing village and it's very cool to stay in an Old fisherman's cabin. and of course it's in Lofotan so everywhere around is beautiful. But that's the end of it.
the refrigerator had a chirp that sounded like an annoying phone ring. it went off every few minutes the entire time. totally sucked. there was a beautiful fire place that didn't work at all. there was a loft bed that was dirty and covered in crumbs. there was no convenient parking. would not stay here again. there are better options.

Location, lady at reception was nice and upgraded to better suite for free due to not having entry level cottage with separate beds :)
Quiet and preserved village, restaurant was okay.
And..did I mention location?
Some weird whiny noise coming from kitchen in few minute intervals.
Certainly not fridge, not smoke alarms, so we figured it most likely was a ghost of an old fisherman :)
Hotel parking lot has steep down slope, my poor WV Golf wasn't particularly happy about it, but SUV's should do just fine.

Beautiful cosy cabin, next to the water. Very well equipped and you can just enjoy your time in Nusfjord!
Everything was great!

The cabin was well situated with a gorgeous view of the fjord.
Very pricey for such a little cabin.

Couldn’t fault anything !

Everything. The cottage was clean and comfy. the wood-stove was great. The village picturesque. it was very peaceful. One of the best places I have ever stayed.
Firewood could have been provided. The hot tube/sauna policies were not clear.

be prepared about the heritage features

Atmosphere, living room, furniture, comfortable spaces of the house and all the Restaurants nearby.
we booked a Rorbu with double bed but we got 4 single beds - not comfortable at all. Hairdryer is missing. Lot of tourists come and walk in just close to the houses, looking inside through the windows. It would be easier with a sign outside for private houses/guests only area. No Wi-Fi at all in our Rorbu.

Good position as close to the sea. The rorbu was close to the road but it did not disturb us. We had limited sea view only from ine window, but it was ok. Nusfjord is beautiful. Bathroom and rooms looked newly renovated. Bedlines, towels included. Temperature ok inside. Parking close to the rorbu. Very clean. We had 2 bed rooms with 2 single beds in each room.
Fishing trip, 2.5h, with Elliott was an amazing experience, even if we did not caught much fish. Even if sea was calm the boat moved a lot. A bit too expensive taking into account fishing gears were not available for all and there no fishing activity for children evene if they cost 900nok, would be better to allow children to be free of charge in this case.
There is a good bakery in Nusfjord making cinnamon rolls!
A bit too expensive for the quality.
No tourist information in the rorbu, no hiking maps available in reception, only a map of whole lofoten. No breakfast included. We tried dinner at Karolinska restaurant too expensive for the quality.

A beautiful location. Easy and flexible check-in. Herritage house was really lovely and authentic. It was sth unordinary to listen to tha waves unter your home while falling asleep :) House and bathroom (some meters further) were clean.
Herritage house is split in two apartments. The acoustic was poor and we heard all what was going on in the second part of house. A ledder to get to the bed was pretty uncomfortable. I gueaa it could be difficult for older people.

It was indeed a traditional fisherman’s cottage
The bathroom was 100m away, but very well presented,

mornings sit for breakfast.

The most comfortable place in all the Lofoten Islands! Very pleasant and helpful staff! Beautiful room with a stunningly beautiful view of the fjord from the veranda! The village itself is small, but very picturesque!
I recommend to lovers of beautiful nature to walk from the parking lot through the forest along the path towards the mountains. Very close you will see a lake with a simply breathtaking view!!! Great time spent in a magical place!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
