La ubicación es ideal al estar muy cerca del pueblo y una playa de la vida vigilado sin embargo, totalmente privado y exclusivo .. Esta casa es para alguien que exige lo mejor disponible en propiedades frente al mar. Se puede visitar las bodegas, Southhampton, Easthampton y Sag Harbor fácilmente, pero una vez que llegue mi experiencia es que nadie quiere dejar! Hay de varios programas de TV, Apple TV, construido en la música y 5 1/2 baños más una ducha al aire libre. Sal por la puerta a una hermosa playa de arena blanca de ancho. Completamente equipada con sillas de playa, tablas de boogy, bicicletas, toallas, sombrillas. En verdad nada más fino disponible. No hay grupos por favor., Sólo Strictly familias ..

My husband and I spent one winter week in this wonderful, beautiful home. The home itself is very pretty, it is well and tastefully furnished as well as comfortable, but the location (close to town) and the views (spectacular!) take the cake. Dan is one of the most gracious owners we've ever encountered. Thank you Dan, you really have a gift!

Wonderful home in a spectacular setting
We had a wonderful week-long stay. The house is gorgeous and perfectly set up to take advantage of the beachfront location. It exceeded our high expectations in all respects.

Perfection!
This is an amazing property! The home is beautifully designed and cared for. It offers the best location and the beach is perfect! We had to cancel a trip for our 25th anniversary and felt like we were out of luck! Then we happen to find this home, we could not have felt luckier. This home boasts amazing views, a pool and a location that can't be beat! The beach is private, amazing and right out your door. The owner provide wonderful beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas and towels). The owner was very gracious providing lists of favorite restaurants and activities. We could not have been luckier to have found this truly wonderful home. We hope to go again, it is a gem!

Special family vacation
The property is absolutely perfect. The home is comfortable, beautiful and comes with everything you could want or need. Being on the beach was a gift that we enjoyed everyday. We were a family of ten from 10 to 70 years old. Dan and Diane were gracious and helpful hosts. I highly recommend this home.
